Computational modeling methods have been increasingly employed to quantify aortic hemodynamic parameters that are challenging to in vivo measurements but important for the diagnosis/treatment of aortic *** the presence of turbulence-like behaviors of blood flow in normal or diseased aorta has long been confirmed,the majority of existing computational model studies adopted the laminar flow assumption(LFA)in the treatment of sub-grid flow *** far,it remains unclear whether LFA would significantly compromise the reliability of hemodynamic *** the present study,we addressed the issue in the context of a specific aortopathy,namely aortic dilation,which is usually accompanied by disturbed flow *** patient-specific aortas with treated/untreated dilation of the ascending segment were investigated,and their geometrical models were reconstructed from computed tomography angiographic images,with the boundary conditions being prescribed based on flow velocity information measured in vivo with the phase contrast magnetic resonance imaging *** the modeling of blood flow,apart from the traditional LFA-based method in which sub-grid flow dynamics is ignored,the large eddy simulation(LES)method capable of incorporating the dissipative energy loss induced by turbulent eddies at the sub-grid level,was adopted and taken as a reference for examining the performance of the LFA-based *** results showed that the simulated large-scale flow patterns with the two methods had high similarity,both agreeing well with in vivo measurements,although locally large between-method discrepancies in computed hemodynamic quantities existed in regions with high intensity of flow ***,a switch from the LES to the LFAbased modeling method led to mild(<6%)changes in computed space-averaged wall shear stress metrics(i.e.,SA-TAWSS,SA-OSI)in the ascending aortic segment where intensive vortex evolution accompanied by high stat

Flow diverter(FD)devices have been widely employed to treat cerebral *** the well-documented clinical benefits,considerable inter-patient variability in clinical outcome has been reported,which implies the necessity of patient-specifically evaluating hemodynamic changes following FD treatment,especially those associated with posttreatment intra-aneurysmal thrombus formation or *** fluid dynamics(CFD)methods,owing to the advantages in hemodynamic quantification,cost,and flexibility over traditional in vivo measurement or in vitro experiment methods,have increasingly become a major means for addressing hemodynamic problems related to FD *** CFD-based studies have extensively demonstrated that the results of hemodynamic computation can reasonably explain the clinical outcomes in different patient cohorts and provide useful insights for guiding the selection or optimization of FD ***,CFD models are inherently unable to predict FD implantation-induced mechanical changes in the walls of aneurysm and its parent *** addition,the boundary conditions of most existing CFD models were not fully personalized for purpose of simplicity or due to the difficulty of measuring flow velocity in nearaneurysm regions,which may however considerably compromise the fidelity of the models in reproducing in vivo *** address these issues,the following studies would be expected:(1)perform fluid structure interaction simulations to explore the associations between wall stress/tension and posttreatment adverse vascular remodeling or aneurysm rupture,and(2)develop geometrical multiscale models based on available in vivo data to generate patient-specific boundary conditions for CFD models localized to aneurysm regions.

Recently published in Joule,Feng Liu and colleagues from Shanghai Jiaotong University reported a record-breaking 20.8%power conversion efficiency in organic solar cells(OSCs)with an interpenetrating fibril network active layer morphology,featuring a bulk p-in structure and proper vertical segregation achieved through additive-assisted layer-by-layer *** optimized hierarchical gradient fibrillar morphology and optical management synergistically facilitates exciton diffusion,reduces recombination losses,and enhances light capture *** approach not only offers a solution to achieving high-efficiency devices but also demonstrates the potential for commercial applications of OSCs.

The soybean cyst nematode（SCN）,Heterodera glycines is one of the most destructive pathogens of soybean *** establish specific interactions with its hosts by using stylet to secrete effectors into host *** secreted by SCN,effectors perform their biological functions through manipulating important physiological metabolism pathways and defense responses in host *** each of these effectors to elucidate the underlying mechanistic data for SCN parasitism will aid developing novel strategies for SCN *** previously provided evidences that the effector Hgl6 B09 plays an important role in the parasitic process of *** this study,we use Nicotiana benthamiana to transiently express recombinant Hgl6 B09 plasmid,and immune elicitors which can trigger PTI and ETI defense ***,the effects of Hg 16 B09 on PTI and ETI suppression were investigated by determining the ROS burst,hypersensitive response（HR）,and the expression of defense marker *** expression of Hgl6 B09 in *** leaves suppressed significantly the burst of hydrogen peroxide and the expression levels of defense-related genes（PT15,WRKY22-A,WRKY22-B,and ACRE31） triggered by *** also found that Hgl6 B09 could also inhibit HR induced by Pseudomonas syringae DC 3000 and an avirulent effector ***-PCR analysis further showed that Hgl6 B09 caused significant down-regulation of defense genes（PR1 a,PR2,PI1,and WRKY51） in salicylic acid signaling during Pst DC 3000 *** results suggested that Hgl6 B09 acts as PTI and ETI suppressors during SCN-host interactions.

针对传统的基于像素特征的草莓成熟程度检测方法中,颜色特征相似干扰带来的识别不准确的弊端,提出一种颜色差值分类算法进行草莓成熟程度检测。利用多尺度图像增强处理方法对草莓图像进行增强处理,通过颜色差值分类方法对草莓成熟程度进行分类,从而确定草莓成熟程度。将基于颜色差值分类算法的草莓成熟程度检测方式应用到草莓自动采摘设备中,将提高成熟草莓采摘的效率。实验结果表明,这种草莓成熟程度检测方式,能够提高草莓成熟程度检测的准确率,取得了令人满意的效果。

动物源食品中噻菌灵残留分析的净化方法比较

该文对比研究了凝胶渗透色谱(gel permeation chromatography,GPC)法、固相萃取(solid phase extraction,SPE)法和QuEChERS法3种净化方法在超高效液相色谱-串联质谱(ultra performance liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry,UPLC-MS/MS)法测定动物源食品中噻菌灵残留的净化效果。GPC法使用Bio-BeadsS-X3填料,SPE法和QuEChERS法使用PSA与C 18吸附剂,分别对猪肉、鸡蛋、牛奶、猪肝和鸡肉5种食品进行净化前处理。在0.01、0.05和1.0 mg/kg 3个浓度进行添加回收率实验,GPC法、SPE法和QuEChERS法的平均回收率分别为80%~108%、80%~110%和82%~107%,3种净化方法分析样品的回收率均满足要求。考虑到GPC法和SPE法需特定的仪器或固相萃取柱,耗时费力,推荐使用快速、简捷的QuEChERS法进行处理,可满足动物源食品中噻菌灵或其他农药残留量的检测分析的需求。

目的探讨社区综合干预对双相情感障碍患者社会功能及疾病知晓率的影响。方法随机选取该院2018年12月—2019年12月诊治出院的80例双相情感障碍患者作为研究对象,所有患者均接受镇街基层医疗卫生机构管理。按随机数字均分法将患者分为对照组和观察组,每组40例。对照组患者给予维持药物治疗及常规知识宣教干预,观察组患者在对照组患者的基础上再给予社区综合干预。比较两组患者干预前后社会功能缺陷筛选量表(SDSS)评分、对疾病知识知晓率及生活质量综合评定问卷(GQOLI-74)评分情况。结果干预半年末及1年末,两组患者的SDSS评分均降低,观察组患者干预半年末及1年末SDSS评分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=9.293、12.561,P0.05);其他维度评分及总分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论社区综合干预可促进双相情感障碍患者的社会功能,提高患者对疾病的知晓率,明显改善患者的生活质量。
