Creep aging is well-known to be a time-dependent,coupled process of deformation and precipitation strengthening for age-hardening *** existing mechanisms are mainly attributed to those interac-tions between atomic diffusion and dislocation ***,an understanding of the relationship between dislocation density and a special multistage creep behavior,i.e.,double steady creep feature,is still far *** we investigate the effect of various dislocation density levels on such an abnormal multistage creep of an Al-Cu-Li *** find that the increased dislocation densities enable an apparent time decrease(from 6.2 h to 0.8 h)of their first steadyⅡ-*** yield strength of post-aged sam-ples increases from 425.0 MPa to 580.0 MPa while the corresponding elongation decreases from 12.3%to 7.3%for the creep-aged samples#1 to#*** results also reveal that a great difference in dislocation configuration,tailored by various density levels,results in varying creep processes of theⅡ-*** stage is closely related to the nucleation and early growth of T_(1)*** number densities(maximum:2.9×10^(19)m^(-3))and the average length(maximum:21.3 nm)of T_(1)precipitates are much smaller than those of the stable peak-aged T_(1)phases,suggesting that creepⅡ-stage of all three creep-aged samples is dominant by the nucleation and initial growth of those T_(1)*** study provides valuable insights into the dislocation density-mediated creep deformation of an Al-Cu-Li alloy.

Direct regeneration method has been widely concerned by researchers in the field of battery recycling because of its advantages of in situ regeneration,short process and less pollutant *** this review,we firstly analyze the primary causes for the failure of three representative battery cathodes(lithium iron phosphate,layered lithium transition metal oxide and lithium cobalt oxide),targeting at illustrating their underlying regeneration mecha-nism and *** stripping of material from the collector to obtain pure cathode material has become a first challenge in recycling,for which we report several pretreatment methods currently available for subsequent regeneration *** review and discuss emphatically the research progress of five direct regeneration methods,including solid-state sintering,hydrothermal,eutectic molten salt,electrochemical and chemical lithiation ***,the application of direct regeneration technology in production practice is introduced,the problems exposed at the early stage of the industrialization of direct regeneration technol-ogy are revealed,and the prospect of future large-scale commercial production is *** is hoped that this review will give readers a comprehensive and basic understanding of direct regeneration methods for used lithium-ion batteries and promote the industrial application of direct regeneration technology.

Nickel(Ni)-rich cathode materials have become promising candidates for the next-generation electrical vehicles due to their high specific ***,the poor thermodynamic stability(including cyclic performance and safety performance or thermal stability)will restrain their wide commercial ***,a single-crystal Ni-rich Li Ni_(0.83)Co_(0.12)Mn_(0.05)O_(2) cathode material is synthesized and modified by a dual-substitution strategy in which the high-valence doping element improves the structural stability by forming strong metal–oxygen binding forces,while the low-valence doping element eliminates high Li^(+)/Ni^(2+)*** a result,this synergistic dual substitution can effectively suppress H2-H3 phase transition and generation of microcracks,thereby ultimately improving the thermodynamic stability of Ni-rich cathode ***,the dual-doped Ni-rich cathode delivers an extremely high capacity retention of 81%after 250 cycles(***/Li+)in coin-type half cells and 87%after 1000 cycles(***/Li^(+))in pouch-type full cells at a high temperature of 55℃.More impressively,the dual-doped sample exhibits excellent thermal stability,which demonstrates a higher thermal runaway temperature and a lower calorific *** synergetic effects of this dual-substitution strategy pave a new pathway for addressing the critical challenges of Ni-rich cathode at high temperatures,which will significantly advance the high-energy-density and high-safety cathodes to the subsequent commercialization.

MYBL2(MYB proto-oncogene like 2)is an emerging prognostic marker for malignant tumors,and its potential role in osteosarcoma and its relationship with immune infiltration in pan-cancer is yet to be *** constructed a transcription factor activity profile of os-teosarcoma using the single-cell regulatory network inference algorithm based on single-cell RNA sequencing data obtained from the Gene Expression ***,we calcu-lated the extent of MYBL2 activation in malignant proliferative *** also explored the association between MYBL2 and chemotherapy resistance in ***,we systematically correlated MYBL2 with immunological signatures in the tumor microenviron-ment in pan-cancer,including immune cell infiltration,immune checkpoints,and tumor immu-notherapy ***,we developed and validated a risk score(MRGS),derived an osteosarcoma risk score nomogram based on MRGS,and tested its ability to predict ***2 and gene enrichment analyses in osteosarcoma and pan-cancer revealed that MYBL2 was positively correlated with cell proliferation and tumor immune ***2 expres-sion positively correlated with SLC19A1 in pan-cancer and osteosarcoma cell ***-cancer immune infiltration analysis revealed that MYBL2 was correlated with myeloid-derived sup-pressor cells,Th2 cell infiltration,CD276,RELT gene expression,and tumor mutation burden.

BACKGROUND Colorectal cancer(CRC)is a common malignant tumor,and liver metastasis is one of the main recurrence and metastasis modes that seriously affect patients’survival rate and quality of *** such as albumin bilirubin(ALBI)score,liver function index,and carcinoembryonic antigen(CEA)have shown some potential in the prediction of liver metastasis but have not been fully *** To evaluate its predictive value for liver metastasis of CRC by conducting the combined analysis of ALBI,liver function index,and CEA,and to provide a more accurate liver metastasis risk assessment tool for clinical treatment *** This study retrospectively analyzed the clinical data of patients with CRC who received surgical treatment in our hospital from January 2018 to July 2023 and were followed up for 24 *** to the follow-up results,the enrolled patients were divided into a liver metastasis group and a nonliver metastasis group and randomly divided into a modeling group and a verification group at a ratio of 2:*** risk factors for liver metastasis in patients with CRC were analyzed,a prediction model was constructed by least absolute shrinkage and selection operator(LASSO)logistic regression,internal validation was performed by the bootstrap method,the reliability of the prediction model was evaluated by subject-work characteristic curves,calibration curves,and clinical decision curves,and a column graph was drawn to show the prediction *** Of 130 patients were enrolled in the modeling group and 65 patients were enrolled in the verification group out of the 195 patients with CRC who fulfilled the inclusion and exclusion *** LASSO regression variable screening and logistic regression *** ALBI score,alanine aminotransferase(ALT),and CEA were found to be independent predictors of liver metastases in CRC patients[odds ratio(OR)=8.062,95%confidence interval(CI):2.545-25.540],(OR=1.037,95%CI:1.004-1.071)and(OR=1.0

C-B4C-SiC composites with silicon additive obtained by the hot press sintering method are studied by means of transmission electron microscopy(TEM).When the specimens are heated to 1800℃,their structure does not *** the specimens are heated to 2000℃,carbon begins to graphitize. Moreover,two monoclinic phases are *** monoclinic phase named as the M phase belongs to C-center monoclinic lattice with a=0.90nm,b=0.59nm,c=0.54nm and β=119.3°.The other monoclinic phase named as the Ml phase also belongs to C-center monoclinic lattice but with a=0.85nm,b=0.49nm,c=0.53nm and β=123.6°.
