Emission factors of polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons from domestic coal combustion in China

Domestic coal stove is widely used in China, especially for countryside during heating period of winter, and polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons （PAHs） are important in flue gas of the stove. By using dilution tunnel system, samples of both gaseous and particulate phases from domestic coal combustion were collected and 18 PAH species were analyzed by GC-MS. The average emission factors of total 18 PAH species was 171.73 mg/kg, ranging from 140.75 to 229.11 mg/kg for bituminous coals, while was 93.98 mg/kg, ranging from 58.48 to 129.47 mg/kg for anthracite coals. PAHs in gaseous phases occupied 95% of the total of PAHs emission of coal combustion. In particulate phase, 3-ring and 4- ring PAHs were the main components, accounting for 80% of the total particulate PAHs. The total toxicity potency evaluated by benzo[a]pyrene-equivalent carcinogenic power, sum of 7 carcinogenic PAH components and 2,3,7,8-tetrachlorodibenzodioxin had a similar tendency. And as a result, the toxic potential of bituminous coal was higher than that of anthracite coal. Efficient emission control should be conducted to reduce PAH emissions in order to protect ecosystem and human health.

Background Diabetes mellitus （DM） is a common disease accompanied with a high incidence of hind limb ischemia （HLI）.In recent years,numerous studies demonstrated that endothelial progenitor cells （EPCs） are involved in angiogenesis and maintenance of vascular integrity following HLI.On the other side,it has been proved that Astragalus polysaccharide （APS） could promote angiogenesis.In the present study,we aimed to evaluate the effect of APS and EPCs on enhancing angiogenesis after experimental HLI caused by femoral artery ligation in rats with streptozotocin （STZ）-induced diabetes.Methods Rats （n=110） were randomly assigned to the following groups：sham group,ischemia group,APS group,EPCs group and APS＋EPCs group.APS,EPCs or an equal volume of vehicle was administered intramuscularly after HLI induction,and 6 rats were assessed by angiography at 28 days after induction of HLI,6 rats were sacrificed at the same time point to take histological studies,biochemical tests were also performed at that point in the rest rats.Results APS or EPCs treatment induced an increase,respectively,in the protein expression of vascular endothelial growth factor （VEGF）（36.61%,61.59%）,VEGF receptor-1 （VEGFR-1）（35.50%,57.33%）,VEGFR-2 （31.75%,41.89%）,Angiopoietin-1 （Ang-1）（37.57%,64.66%） and Tie-2 （42.55%,76.94%）（P 〈0.05）,after HLI injury.And combined therapy of APS and EPCs enhanced the effort of angiogenesis after HLI induction in diabetic rats,through elevating protein expression of VEGF （99.67%）,VEGFR-1 （105.33%）,VEGFR2 （72.05%）,Ang-1 （114.30%） and Tie-2 （111.87%）（P〈0.05）.Similarly,mRNA expression of VEGF,VEGFR-1,VEGFR2,Ang-1,Tie-2 also show similar trends as well as protein expression （P〈0.05）.Conclusion APS or EPCs could enhance angiogenesis,and the combined treatment leads to better effort,at least,partially via VEGFNEGFR and Ang-1/Tie-2 signaling pathway.

In this study,we prepared a series of tung oil phenolic foams(TPF)by a one-pot method.The FT-IR and 1H NMR spectra confirm the successful Friedel-Crafts grafting of phenol to the long-chain alkyl group in tung oil.Modified TPFs exhibit enhanced mechanical properties,including compressive and flexural strengths of up to 0.278±0.036 MPa and 0.450±0.017 MPa,respectively,which represent increases of 68.75%and 86.72%over those of pure phenolic foam(PF).SEM spectra reveal the TPF microstructure to have uniform hexagonal cell morphology,narrower cell size distribution,and smaller mean cell size,suggesting enhanced mechanical properties.The TPF total smoke release decreased by 74.23%,indicating that the long alkyl chain significantly improves smoke suppression of the combusting foam.However,due to the flammability of the alkyl chains,the TPF limiting oxygen index decreases with increasing tung oil content.Moreover,TPF exhibits reduced thermal stability and high-temperature charring rate,elevated peak and mean heat release rates,and higher total heat release compared with pure PF.Therefore,future research will focus on the use of tung oil modified flame retardant to provide more robust phenolic foams.

Bi_(2)Te_(3) based alloys have been the most widely used thermoelectric material at low temperature for many decades.Here we report Se doped n-type Mg_(3)Bi_(2) based materials with a thermoelectric figure-of-merit ZT of 0.82 at 300 K and a peak ZT of 1.24 at 498 K,which is comparable to the n-type Bi_(2)Te_(3) and Te doped Mg_(3)Bi_(1.4)Sb_(0.6).The improved thermoelectric performance is benefited from the high carrier concentration and mobility as well as the thermal conductivity reduction.The reduced resistivity increased the power factor at all measured temperatures,leading to a higher engineering ZT(ZTeng)and engineering power factor(PFeng)for n-type Mg_(3)Bi_(2).The n-type Mg_(3)Bi_(1.4)Sb_(0.6) materials are promising for thermoelectric power generation and cooling applications near room temperature.

Dynamic network embedding via incremental skip-gram with negative sampling

Network representation learning, as an approach to learn low dimensional representations of vertices, has attracted considerable research attention recently. It has been proven extremely useful in many machine learning tasks over large graph. Most existing methods focus on learning the structural representations of vertices in a static network, but cannot guarantee an accurate and efficient embedding in a dynamic network scenario. The fundamental problem of continuously capturing the dynamic properties in an efficient way for a dynamic network remains unsolved. To address this issue, we present an efficient incremental skip-gram algorithm with negative sampling for dynamic network embedding, and provide a set of theoretical analyses to characterize the performance guarantee. Specifically, we first partition a dynamic network into the updated, including addition/deletion of links and vertices, and the retained networks over time. Then we factorize the objective function of network embedding into the added, vanished and retained parts of the network. Next we provide a new stochastic gradient-based method, guided by the partitions of the network, to update the nodes and the parameter vectors. The proposed algorithm is proven to yield an objective function value with a bounded difference to that of the original objective function. The first order moment of the objective difference converges in order of O（1/n;）, and the second order moment of the objective difference can be stabilized in order of O（1）. Experimental results show that our proposal can significantly reduce the training time while preserving the comparable performance. We also demonstrate the correctness of the theoretical analysis and the practical usefulness of the dynamic network embedding. We perform extensive experiments on multiple real-world large network datasets over multi-label classification and link prediction tasks to evaluate the effectiveness and efficiency of the proposed framework, and up to 22 times speedup has been achieved.

目的:探讨综合性护理应用于蠕形螨睑缘炎病人的效果。方法:选取2019年2月—2020年2月我院收治的70例蠕形螨睑缘炎病人作为研究对象,按照首诊顺序将病人随机分为对照组和观察组,每组35例。对对照组病人进行睑板腺按摩的常规护理及用药指导,对观察组病人进行综合性护理,比较两组病人护理2个月后的治疗效果、护理满意度及治疗依从性。结果:护理后观察组病人治疗总有效率为97.14%,满意率为94.29%,治疗依从性得分为(96.65±2.21)分,均高于对照组[治疗总有效率为88.57%,满意率为77.14%,治疗依从性得分为(78.28±3.94)分],两组比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:将综合性护理应用于蠕形螨睑缘炎病人有利于提高病人治疗效果、满意度及治疗依从性。

图书馆读者的数量大、借阅行为复杂多变,而传统图书馆读者借阅行为分析方法精度不高,且工作效率极低,无法满足现代图书馆管理的要求。为了更好地刻画图书馆读者借阅行为,提高图书馆读者借阅行为分析的准确性,设计了大数据背景下的图书馆读者借阅行为分析方法。首先,分析图书馆读者借阅行为的研究现状,对图书馆读者借阅行为分析数据进行聚类分析,并提取图书馆读者借阅行为分析特征;然后,采用大数据分析技术--最小二乘支持向量机对图书馆读者借阅行为变化特点进行拟合,构建图书馆读者借阅行为分析模型;最后进行图书馆读者借阅行为分析实例验证。结果表明,大数据背景下的图书馆读者借阅行为分析精度超过93%,而当前其他分析方法的精度均小于90%,同时,减少了图书馆读者借阅行为分析时间,所提方法分析速度明显加快,具有显著的优势。

With the increase of problem dimensions,most solutions of existing many-objective optimization algorithms are non-dominant.Therefore,the selection of individuals and the retention of elite individuals are important.Existing algorithms cannot provide sufficient solution precision and guarantee the diversity and convergence of solution sets when solving practical many-objective industrial problems.Thus,this work proposes an improved many-objective pigeon-inspired optimization(ImMAPIO)algorithm with multiple selection strategies to solve many-objective optimization problems.Multiple selection strategies integrating hypervolume,knee point,and vector angles are utilized to increase selection pressure to the true Pareto Front.Thus,the accuracy,convergence,and diversity of solutions are improved.ImMAPIO is applied to the DTLZ and WFG test functions with four to fifteen objectives and compared against NSGA-III,GrEA,MOEA/D,RVEA,and many-objective Pigeon-inspired optimization algorithm.Experimental results indicate the superiority of ImMAPIO on these test functions.

平等原则是行政审判中审查行政行为实质合法性的标准之一。在平等诉求日滋月益的现实背景下,既有学理观点存在疏漏,实务上的审查基准不成体系,难以应对审判需求。同时,平等原则的广泛内涵也造成其在适用过程中存在司法权过度干涉行政权的风险。基于司法适配性和实践操作性的考量,平等原则在行政审判中的审查基准应采用双阶审查标准:第一阶段为条件审查,要求涉诉案件有适宜进行比照的参考依据;第二阶段为对比审查,法院应根据形式平等为主、实质平等为辅的适用原则,比照参考依据作出行政行为是否违反平等原则的认定。
