Protein phosphatase 4 (PP4) is an important member in the PPP family of protein Ser/Thr phosphatases. It has been proven to regulate a variety of cellular processes such as centrosome maturation, micro- tubule nucleation, splicesome assembly, and JNK pathway activation. Compared to the crystallized and structurally well defined phosphatase PP1 and PP2B, little is known about the structure of PP4. Besides the conserved motifs characteristic of the PPP family, no information is available on the other domains of PP4. PP4 is reported to localize to the centrosome in many species such as Drosophila, Caenor- habditis elegans and mammalian cells, which suggests a conserved role of PP4 in the regulation of centrosome function. Unlike several other centrosomal proteins, no sequence has been identified for PP4 that can target it to specific centrosomal localization. In this study, we used a combination of PCR mutagenesis and transient expression of GFP-tagged proteins in mammalian cells, and identified two PP4 centrosome-targeting domains of 68―136 and 134―220 aa. These two domains may be associated for appropriate localization to the centrosome. The findings are useful for further elucidating the func- tion of the domains and other structural characteristics of PP4.

[Objective]This study aimed to investigate various factors affecting the dedifferentiation of different floral organs of Jinxiu wild chive.[Method]Floral organs of Jinxiu wild chive were cultured in vitro,to analyze the effects of basic medium,exogenous hormone type and combination,and blossoming status of buds on callus induction.[Result]MS medium was the most suitable medium for callus induction from *** was conducive to improving callus formation rate compared with other ***-blossomed buds exhibited the highest rate of callus *** the same culture conditions,the rate of callus induction varied extremely significantly among various floral organs;to be specific,the rate of callus induction from floral disc reached the highest,followed successively by bud and pedicel,but no callus was formed in floral axis group.[Conclusion]This study laid the foundation for further establishment of tissue culture and rapid propagation system of Jinxiu wild chive and other wild chives and provided technical support for the preservation,development and utilization of wild chive germplasm resources.

中分子物质是分子量在５００～５０００道尔顿的物质，许多实验证明，中分子参与多种疾病的发病机制。本研究对腰椎间盘突出症患者（共４０例）手术前后的血液及脑脊液中中分子物质含量进行测定。结果发现，手术前后血液中中分子物质含量无显著差异，而术前脑脊液中中分子物质含量明显高于术后，并且脑脊液中中分子物质含量与疼痛的程度及髓核突出的程度呈正相关。研究的结果提示脑脊液中中分子物质含量的增高源于脑脊液中因梗阻所致的蛋白质含量的增高，并认为脑脊液中中分子物质可能是引起腰椎间盘突出症疼痛的化学因素之一。

Consensus control of stochastic multi-agent systems: a survey

In this article, we provide a review of the consensus control problem for stochastic multi-agent systems(MASs). Recent advances are surveyed according to the method of occurrence of the stochasticity of the MASs. First, the consensus problem is discussed for MASs, wherein individual agents are corrupted by random noises, i.e., the dynamics of agents involve stochasticity in process and/or measurement equations. Both additive noises and multiplicative noises are surveyed in detail and special attention is paid to the MASs whose dynamics are governed by It?o differential equations. Moreover, particular effort is devoted to presenting the latest progress on the consensus problem for a special type of stochastic MAS with Markovian jump parameters. Subsequently,the relevant research is summarized for MASs with noisy communication environments and stochastic ***, we provide a systematic review of the consensus problems for MASs whose communication topology varies randomly in the process of data propagation among agents. Finally, conclusions are drawn and several potential future research directions are outlined.

To dampen periodic off-levelling motions within an inertial platform while undergoing horizontal accelerations of the same period and to achieve a levelling accuracy of a few tens of arcseconds with that system,an internally damped inertial platform for a marine scalar gravity system was the *** for attenuating horizontal acceleration and reducing off-levelling error by a satisfactory gyro-levelling loop,which are fundamental to the internally damped inertial platform,were designed and *** addition,phase delays are introduced by the levelling *** resulting off-levelling gravity errors were analyzed and modeled.A series of tests on a motion simulator were performed in laboratory for a variety of simulated sea *** found that the motion of the platform is a function of the amplitude and period of the simulated ship motions and ranges between 10 and 40 *** addition,the phase lag between platform motion and ship motion is not constant but ranges 180°-270°,depending on the period and amplitude of the ***,the platform,on which a gravimeter was mounted,was installed on the R/V Shiyan 2 to conduct a gravity survey in the South China *** rough sea conditions,it was shown that in short periods of 2-30 s,the off-levelling angle was less than 30 arcseconds,and the phase lagged the horizontal acceleration by 230°-260°.From a repeated survey line and intersecting survey points,the estimated errors of gravity measurements were between 1.3 and 1.7 *** marine measurements results were compared with those of satellite altimetry data and show a mean value of 0.5 mGal in a standard deviation of 1.5 mGal.

A new gravity sensor based on electromagnetic damping for the JMGrav marine gravimeter is *** new gravity sensor considered the advanced construction methods of the electromagnetic damping system of the *** design features of the new system are discussed and the research survey data in the South China Sea are *** simulations are applied to model the magnetic and mechanical characteristics of the system using finite element analysis and to evaluate the force distribution and the resulting damping *** performance characteristics of the system were tested on a motion simulator in laboratory,and the gravimeter was subjected to vertical accelerations of up to 100 Gal in 1-1000 *** was found that the amplitude reduction of vertical accelerations in 3-15 s is 30-45 dB,with a time lag of 2-5 s,while the effect on gravity in period greater than 600 s is less than 0.5 dB,with a time lag of less than 100 *** accelerations cause discrepancies of approximately only 1 mGal between the static value and the mean dynamic *** sea tests were conducted in September *** measurements were taken with a JMGrav marine gravimeter onboard the R/V Dongfanghong 3,and the effective survey line exceeded 2000 *** irregular accelerations with peaks up to 100 Gal yielded a reduction of approximately 40 dB in *** survey data were evaluated using ocean gravity field models and grid line *** results show that the accuracy of the gravity measurements is better than 2 mGal.

背景:颗粒细胞的状态很大程度上影响卵母细胞的质量。随着高龄女性在辅助生殖中占比不断增多,为了能更好地评估卵母细胞的质量,此研究在转录水平对不同年龄段患者来源的颗粒细胞进行了检测。目的:探究低龄和高龄患者颗粒细胞mRNA及长链非编码RNA表达变化。方法:在辅助生殖治疗周期中收集患者取卵时获得的废弃卵丘颗粒细胞,其中低龄组患者年龄为25-35周岁,高龄组患者年龄为38-45周岁。对低龄和高龄女性颗粒细胞进行RNA-seq分析,每组3个重复。结果与结论:①RNA-seq分析结果显示,样本平均测序量超过14 G,质控后的数据质量Q30超过93%,数据平均比对率为98.4%,表明数据质量较好;②主成分分析及相关性分析结果显示高龄组和低龄组样本间基因表达水平具有明显差异;③差异分析结果显示,相对于低龄组,高龄组颗粒细胞中共有410个差异表达的mRNA,其中上调基因167个,下调基因243个,GO分析结果显示下调基因主要富集到胞吐作用调节、激素代谢过程等,GSEA分析结果显示高龄组颗粒细胞中与分泌相关的通路表达下调;④相对于低龄组,高龄组共检测到662个差异表达的长链非编码RNA,这部分长链非编码RNA直接调控的蛋白质编码基因为1772个,其中与差异表达基因交集59个。结果表明:高龄组颗粒细胞中与分泌相关的基因及通路表达下调,从而影响卵母细胞质量,同时这些表达下调的基因受到长链非编码RNA调控,因此长链非编码RNA的表达可能与年龄有关。
