This paper presents a 2DOF nonlinear piezoelectric energy harvester for improving the efficiency of energy harvesting in low frequency range.The device consisted of an L-shaped piezoelectric cantilever with a magnet at the tip of the first beam and two external magnets on the pedestal.The distance between the magnets which generated nonlinear magnetic attraction was adjusted such that the system can exhibit monostable or bistable characteristics.First,the model of this piezoelectric energy harvester was established and the dynamic equation was derived based on the magnetic attractive force.Then,the nonlinear dynamic responses of the system subject to harmonic excitation were explored by a numerical method and validated by experiments.At an excitation level of 4 m/s^(2)in reverse sweep test for the proposed nonlinear harvester,nearly 240%increase in frequency bandwidth was obtained compared to 2DOF linear one in the first two resonance regions under both monostable and bistable states.Moreover,the nonlinear device yielded a closer frequency band gap between the first two resonance regions.The findings provide insight for the design of a broadband energy harvester when there is nonlinearity using magnets.

Cancer immunotherapy especially immune checkpoint inhibition has achieved unprecedented successes in cancer treatment.However,there are many patients who failed to benefit from these therapies,highlighting the need for new combinations to increase the clinical efficacy of immune checkpoint inhibitors.In this review,we summarized the latest discoveries on the combination of nucleic acid-sensing immunity and immune checkpoint inhibitors in cancer immunotherapy.Given the critical role of nuclear acid-mediated immunity in maintaining the activation of T cell function,it seems that harnessing the nuclear acidmediated immunity opens up new strategies to enhance the effect of immune checkpoint inhibitors for tumor control.

本文建立了全自动Qu ECh ERS-超高效液相色谱-串联质谱法快速测定花类代用茶中5种链格孢霉毒素的分析方法。样品经全自动Qu ECh ERS前处理,以ACQUITY UPLCHSST3色谱柱分离,在电喷雾离子源负源模式下,进行多反应监测分析。在优化后的条件下,5种链格孢霉毒素在各自的线性响应范围内线性关系良好,相关系数(r)均大于0.999,在6种花类代用茶基质的3个不同加标水平下平均回收率为82.3%~105.7%,相对标准偏差(RSD)小于10%,方法检出限为0.5~1.5μg/kg。方法具有分析速度快、稳定性好、灵敏度高的特点,能够满足花类代用茶中链格孢霉毒素的快速检测需求。

目的:采用超高效液相色谱-串联质谱法,建立测定动物源性食品中30种抗寄生虫类药物残留的方法。方法:样品经乙腈、1%氨水乙酸乙酯提取,经QuEChERS净化。净化后采用Waters ACQUITY UPLC^(TM) BEH C_(18)色谱柱分离,10 mmol/L甲酸铵(含0.1%甲酸)水溶液-乙腈:甲醇(50:50,v:v)为流动相进行梯度洗脱,电喷雾离子源正负离子切换多反应监测(Multiple Reaction Monitoring,MRM)模式下进行检测,基质匹配外标法定量。结果:在优化的条件下,30种抗寄生虫类药物在各自的线性范围内线性良好,决定系数(r^(2))均大于0.99;回收率为70.1%~111%;相对标准偏差在0.10%~9.1%之间(n=6);方法检出限为0.001~0.3μg/kg之间,方法定量限在0.004~1μg/kg。结论:该方法灵敏、准确,具有良好的重复性和稳定性,可用于动物源性食品中多种抗寄生虫药物残留的检测。

近年来,水滑石(LDH)材料因其组成、结构和形貌易于调节,具有丰富的活性位点,被认为是高性能锂离子电池(LIBs)负极的替代材料,然而水滑石作为负极仍存在电导率差和结构易聚集等问题.于此同时,金属有机框架(MOFs)及碳基材料也由于其优秀的孔隙率、比表面积以及良好的电导率在储能领域得到了广泛的关注.考虑到这二者有望对LDH的主要缺陷有所改进,提出了将原位沉淀、化学刻蚀法和静电吸附法相结合,使镍钴水滑石纳米笼(H-(Ni,Co)-LDHP)能够固定在GO上,从而得到镍钴水滑石纳米笼/氧化石墨烯复合材料(H-(Ni,Co)-LDHP/GO).这种GO上密集分布的中空纳米结构更能有效抑制水滑石纳米片的聚集,并有利于锂离子的脱嵌.H-(Ni,Co)-LDHP/GO纳米复合材料作为锂离子电池的负极,在电流密度为50m A·g^(-1)下,循环第一圈库伦效率可达68%,循环50圈后电容保留率为68.4%.

Tyrosine kinase inhibitors for epidermal growth factor receptor(EGFR TKIs)greatly improved clinical outcomes of patients with non-small cell lung cancer(NSCLC).Unfortunately,primary and acquired resistance limits their clinical benefits.To overcome such resistance,new generations of EGFR TKIs have been developed by targeting newly identified mutations in EGFR.However,much less effort has been put into alternative strategies,such as targeting the intrinsic protective responses to EGFR TKIs.In this study,we found that EGFR TKIs,including gefitinib and AZD9291,impaired lysosome-dependent degradation of SQSTM1,thus compromising their anti-cancer efficiency.By accumulating in the lysosome lumen,gefitinib and AZD9291 attenuated lysosomal acidification and impaired autolysosomal degradation of SQSTM1 owing to their intrinsic alkalinity.As a result,SQSTM1 protein was stabilized in response to gefitinib and AZD9291 treatment and conferred EGFR TKI resistance.Depleting SQSTM1 significantly increased the sensitivity of NSCLC cells to gefitinib and AZD9291 both in vitro and in vivo.Furthermore,a chemically modified gefitinib analog lacking alkalinity displayed stronger inhibitory effects on NSCLC cells.Therefore,targeting accumulated SQSTM1 or chemically modified EGFR TKIs may represent new strategies to increase the effectiveness of EGFR targeted therapy.

The hematopoietic system composed of hematopoietic stem and progenitor cells(HSPCs)and their differentiated lineages serves as an ideal model to uncover generic principles of cell fate transitions.From gastrulation onwards,there successively emerge primitive hematopoiesis(that produces specialized he-matopoietic cells),pro-definitive hematopoiesis(that produces lineage-restricted progenitor cells),and definitive hematopoiesis(that produces multipotent HSPCs).These nascent lineages develop in several transient hematopoietic sites and finally colonize into lifelong hematopoietic sites.The development and maintenance of hematopoietic lineages are orchestrated by cell-intrinsic gene regulatory networks and cell-extrinsic microenvironmental cues.Owing to the progressive methodology(e.g.,high-throughput lineage tracing and single-cell functional and omics analyses),our understanding of the developmental origin of hematopoietic lineages and functional properties of certain hematopoietic organs has been updated;meanwhile,new paradigms to characterize rare cell types,cell heterogeneity and its causes,and comprehensive regulatory landscapes have been provided.Here,we review the evolving views of HSPC biology during developmental and postnatal hematopoiesis.Moreover,we discuss recent advances in the in vitro induction and expansion of HSPCs,with a focus on the implications for clinical applications.

Carbon peaking and carbon neutralization trigger a technical revolution in energy&environment related fields.Development of new technologies for green energy production and storage,industrial energy saving and efficiency reinforcement,carbon capture,and pollutant gas treatment is in highly imperious demand.The emerging porous framework materials such as metal–organic frameworks(MOFs),covalent organic frameworks(COFs)and hydrogen-bonded organic frameworks(HOFs),owing to the permanent porosity,tremendous specific surface area,designable structure and customizable functionality,have shown great potential in major energy-consuming industrial processes,including sustainable energy gas catalytic conversion,energy-efficient industrial gas separation and storage.Herein,this manuscript presents a systematic review of porous framework materials for global and comprehensive energy&environment related applications,from a macroscopic and application perspective.
