The evasion of carbon dioxide(CO_(2))from lakes significantly influences the global carbon *** global climatic transformations,the role of Qingzang Plateau(QZP)lakes as carbon(C)sources or sinks remains a subject of ***,accurately quantifying their contribution to the global carbon budget presents a formidable ***,spanning half a century(1970e2020),we utilize a synthesis of literature and empirical field data to assess the CO_(2) exchange flux of QZP *** find markedly higher CO_(2) exchange flux in the southeast lakes than that in the northern and western regions from 1970 to *** this time,both freshwater and saltwater lakes served primarily as carbon *** annual CO_(2) exchange flux was estimated at 2.04±0.3. Tg(Tg)C yr1,mainly influenced by temperature *** CO_(2) exchange flux patterns underwent a geographical inversion between 2000 and 2020,with increased levels in the west and decreased levels in the ***,CO_(2) emissions from freshwater lakes diminished,and certain saltwater lakes in the QTP transitioned from carbon sources to *** 2000 to 2020,the annual CO_(2) exchange flux from QZP lakes is estimated at 1.3.±0.50 Tg C yr1,with solar radiation playing a more pronounced role in carbon ***,over the past five decades,QZP lakes have generally functioned as carbon ***,the total annual CO_(2) emissions have declined since the year 2000,indicating a potential shift trend from being a carbon source to a sink,mirroring broader patterns of global climate *** findings not only augment our understanding of the carbon cycle in plateau aquatic systems but also provide crucial data for refining china's carbon budget.

The underwater X-ray imaging technology development is significant to subaqueous target reconnaissance/detection/identification, subfluvial archaeology,submerged resource exploration, etc. As the core of X-ray imaging detection, the scintillator has been plagued by inherent moisture absorption and decomposition, and strict requirements for seamless packaging and ***, we designed a manganese-doped two-dimensional(2D) perovskite scintillator modified by hydrophobic longchain organic amine through the combination of component and doping engineering. The modified perovskites show high water repellency that can be used as an underwater X-ray scintillator. X-ray images of aquatic organisms or other objects with a high spatial resolution of10 lp·mm^(-1) at a big view field(3. mm × 3. mm) were obtained by scintillation screen. This hydrophobic perovskite scintillator based on molecular design is of great promise in underwater X-ray nondestructive testing technology development.

APPLICATION OF ANALYTIC HIERARCHY PROCESS TO ASSESSING THE ECOLOGICAL VULNERABILITY OF WETLANDS IN THE JIANGHAN PLAIN

Wetlands in the Jianghan Plain are important components of wetland types in lake area in the middle and lower reaches the Changjiang (yangtze) River and they fulfill many uses and functions related to hydrology, waste assimilation, ecosystem productivity and biodiversity. Owing to natural factors and human activities, especially excessive reclamation from lakes, the shrinking process of the lakes has been accelerated. Wetland ecosystem has shown the characteristics of vulnerability. According to the analysis of wetland ecological function in the Jianghan Plain, this paper presented an index system related to productivity, stability and environmental capacity. By using the method of Analytic Hierarchy Process, we computed the values of the relative weights of the indexes, and evaluated the vulnerability level of the wetland ecosystem by the method of multi-indexes. The case study showed that the fragile extent of wetland ecosystem in the Jianghan Plain is 5.6. This means that the wetland ecosystem in the Jianghan Plain is laid to the state of middle vulnerability. Therefore, the wetland conservation and eco-rehabilitation in the Jianghan Plain should be paid attention to.

Anisotropic tribology and electrification properties of slidingmode triboelectric nanogenerator with groove textures

Sliding-mode triboelectric nanogenerator(S-TENG)is based on the coupling of triboelectrification and electrostatic induction,converting electrical energy from sliding *** micro-textures into the sliding surface,and adjusting the angle between the texture and sliding direction(direction angle)may achieve performance anisotropy,which provides novel ideas for optimizing the tribology and electrification performance of *** guide the performance optimization based on the anisotropy,in this paper,groove micro-textures were fabricated on the surface of S-TENG,and anisotropic tribology and electrification performance were obtained through changing the direction *** on the surface analysis and after-cleaning tests,the mechanism of the anisotropy was *** is shown that the anisotropy of friction coefficient can be attributed to the changes of texture edge induced resistance and groove captured wear debris,while the voltage anisotropy is due to the variations of debris accumulated on the sliding interface and the resulting charge *** the selected 0°–90°direction angles,S-TENG at angle of 90°exhibits relatively small stable friction coefficient and high open-circuit voltage,and thus it is recommended for the performance *** open-circuit voltage is not directly associated with the friction coefficient,but closely related to the wear debris accumulated on the sliding *** study presents a simple and convenient method to optimize the performance of S-TENG,and help understand the correlation between its tribology and electrical performance.

Enhancing catalytic activity through modulating the interaction between N-doped carbon and metal phosphides clusters is an effective ***,the electronic structure modulation of CoP_(2) supported N-modified carbon(CoP_(2)/NC)has been designed and prepared as efficient electrocatalysts for oxygen reduction reaction(ORR),oxygen evolution reaction(OER),and hydrogen evolution reaction(HER).Notably,CoP_(2)/NC-1 catalyst exhibits impressive performance in alkaline media,with an ORR half-wave potential of 0.84 V,as well as OER and HER overpotentials of 290 and 129 mV(at 10 mA·cm^(−2)),*** addition,CoP_(2)/NC-1 produces a power density as high as 172.9 mW·cm^(−2),and excellent reversibility of 100 h at 20 mA·cm^(−2) in home-made Zn-air *** experimental results demonstrate that the synergistic interactions between N modified carbon substrate and CoP_(2) material significantly enhance the kinetics of ORR,OER,and *** functional theory(DFT)calculations reveal the strong electrons redistribution of CoP_(2) induced by high-density N atoms at the interface,thus optimizing the key intermediates and significantly lower the energy barrier of *** electronic adjustments of CoP_(2) greatly enhance its kinetics of ORR/OER/HER,leading to faster *** study provides profound insights into the specific modification of CoP_(2) by N-doped carbon,enabling the construction of efficient catalysts.

Wearable multilead ECG sensing systems using on-skin stretchable and breathable dry adhesives

Interface failure of segmental tunnel lining strengthened with steel plates based on fracture mechanics

Segmental tunnel lining strengthened with steel plates is widely used worldwide to provide a permanent strengthening *** existing studies assume an ideal steel-concrete interface,ignoring discontinuous deformation characteristics,making it difficult to accurately analyze the strengthened structure’s failure *** this study,interfacial fracture mechanics of composite material was applied to the segmental tunnel lining strengthened with steel plates,and a numerical three-dimensional solid nonlinear model of the lining structure was established,combining the extended finite element method with a cohesive-zone model to account for the discontinuous deformation characteristics of the *** results accurately describe the crack propagation process,and are verified by full-scale ***,dynamic simulations based on the calibrated model were conducted to analyze the sliding failure and cracking of the steel-concrete ***,detailed location of the interface bonding failure are further verified by model *** results show that,the cracking failure and bond failure of the interface are the decisive factors determining the instability and failure of the strengthened *** proposed numerical analysis is a major step forward in revealing the interface failure mechanism of strengthened composite material structures.
