Epoxy resin(EP)composites with satisfactory thermal and tribological performance are highly required for engineering moving ***,the simple addition of fillers leaded to the serious filler agglomeration and limited promotion in tribological *** this work,we constructed a new kind of three-dimensional(3D)reduced graphene oxide(RGO)/Si_(3)N_(4) hybrid aerogel for EP composites,which was prepared by a facile hydrothermal self-assembly method followed by freeze-drying *** a result,the dispersibility of Si_(3)N_(4) whiskers was greatly improved through wrapping of polydopamine–polyethyleneimine copolymer(PDA–PEI)copolymer and physical spacing of 3D ***,benefiting from the synergistic effect of RGO and Si_(3)N_(4)@PDA–PEI in the thermal network,the thermal conductivity of RGO/Si_(3)N_(4) hybrid aerogel(GSiA)–EP increased by 45.4%compared to that of the neat *** addition,the friction coefficient and wear rate of GSiA–EP decreased by 83.7%and 35.8%,*** work is significant for opening a tribological performance enhancement strategy though constructing 3D hybrid architecture.

以高温高压角阀简化后的阀座组件为研究对象,利用有限元法及Goodman图法分析其服役过程中的应力情况与疲劳寿命,定性讨论阀座热装预应力对阀门性能的影响以及出现焊缝开裂的原因。研究结果表明,出口焊缝开裂为疲劳破坏,温度变化是导致焊缝开裂的主要因素;热装预应力的存在对阀门整体应力分布无影响,但造成进口焊缝平均应力幅值增加,降低了焊缝的疲劳寿命;而出口焊缝应采用U型坡口,可以提升其疲劳寿命。

黄瓜胚性愈伤组织的诱导保存和再生

【目的】对黄瓜胚性愈伤组织的诱导保存和再生进行研究,为黄瓜高频率遗传转化奠定基础。【方法】以欧洲温室型黄瓜自交系14-1子叶节为外植体,在MS培养基上附加1.5 mg/L 2,4-D,进行25 d的胚性愈伤组织诱导培养后,取胚性愈伤组织在添加30,60,90,100,110,120,130,140和150 g/L蔗糖及1.5 mg/L 2,4-D的MS培养基进行继代培养,每30 d继代1次,观察胚性愈伤组织的褐变情况及胚性分化能力,并用电子天平在超净工作台中记录胚性愈伤组织质量的变化。继代培养60 d后,将保存的胚性愈伤组织和体细胞胚移至含1.5 mg/L 2,4-D的MS培养基上,待出现体细胞胚后移至MS培养基进行萌发,观察再生小植株的生长情况。【结果】将欧洲温室型黄瓜自交系14-1的子叶节,接种到附加1.5 mg/L 2,4-D的MS培养基上进行诱导培养后,子叶节一端的愈伤组织集中聚集于下胚轴处,之后有黄色胚性愈伤组织产生。在继代培养过程中,当培养基中添加的蔗糖为60~150 g/L时,胚性愈伤组织能保持胚性愈伤状态达60 d。之后将继代培养60 d后的胚性愈伤组织转接至附加1.5 mg/L 2,4-D的MS培养基上,在蔗糖质量浓度为60 g/L条件下保存的胚性愈伤组织可诱导出正常胚状体,且能形成健康小植株。【结论】由黄瓜子叶节诱导出的胚性愈伤组织可在MS+60 g/L蔗糖的培养基上保存达60 d,之后能正常萌发形成胚状体,进而形成正常小植株。

Spatial and temporal changes in ecosystem services(ESs)are driven by two types of factors:environmental factors and trade-offs/synergies between *** the ecological conservation red line(ECRL)area,in which national ecological security and social sustainable development are guaranteed,it is particularly important to clarify the driving mechanism of ESs for the management of *** this study,soil conservation,water yield,and carbon sequestration in Beijing’s ECRL area are quantified,and GeoDetector is used to identify the factors influencing the trade-offs/synergies between ***,partial correlation analysis is used to calculate the net trade-offs/synergies and compare them with the extent to which environmental variables contribute to *** results are as follows:environmental variables and trade-offs/synergies have different effects on the changes in ESs,and their interactions can enhance the determinative power of the corresponding individual *** land use intensity is an extremely important factor affecting the trade-offs/synergies between the three services,indicating that rational land use planning in Beijing’s ECRL area is crucial for avoiding the negative impacts of trade-offs and enabling coordinated optimization of *** the elimination of the cross-influence of environmental variables,the trade-offs/synergies change significantly,and the impact of environmental variables on ESs is compared with the net trade-offs/*** variables are the driving forces of the spatiotemporal changes in soil *** and carbon sequestration have similar effects on water *** changes in carbon sequestration are closely related to the other two services,with smaller influences from environmental variables.

Casein kinase 1α(CK1α) mediates the phosphorylation and degradation of interferon-α/β receptor 1(IFNAR1) in response to viral infection. However, how CK1α regulates hepatitis B virus(HBV) replication and the anti-HBV effects of IFN-α are less reported. Here we show that CK1α can interact with IFNAR1 in hepatoma carcinoma cells and increased the abundance of IFNAR1 by reducing the ubiquitination levels in the presence of ***, CK1α promotes the IFN-α triggered JAK-STAT signaling pathway and consequently enhances the antiviral effects of IFN-α against HBV replication. Our results collectively provide evidence that CK1α positively regulates the anti-HBV activity of IFN-α in hepatoma carcinoma cells, which would be a promising therapeutic target to improve the effectiveness of IFN-α therapy to cure CHB.

酸枣仁是一种药食同源的物质。现代药理研究表明,酸枣仁具有镇痛、催眠、抗炎和抗血小板凝集等作用,广泛应用于神经、心血管和免疫系统等疾病的预防和治疗。酸枣仁的主要活性成分是皂苷,它们种类多样,且生物活性强。酸枣仁皂苷A(jujuboside A,JuA)和酸枣仁皂苷B(jujuboside B,JuB)是酸枣仁皂苷中的主要活性物质。近年来国内外研究表明,JuA和JuB具有显著的助眠安神、改善认知和缓解抑郁等多种生物活性,这些发现加大了酸枣仁在食品和医药领域的应用潜力。为了明晰JuA和JuB发挥生物活性的机制,本文归纳和评价了JuA和JuB的体内外代谢途径、构-效关系以及其对体内神经系统和体外细胞调控作用的研究现状。同时,对JuA和JuB未来的研究方向提出构想,以期为酸枣仁的深度开发及利用提供理论指导。

近年来冠心病的发病率呈逐年上升趋势,经皮冠状动脉介入治疗是冠心病的有效治疗方法之一,而桡动脉是其传统的血管路径。舒适化医疗医学时代,经远端桡动脉路径(dTRA)是一种用于冠状动脉造影和经皮冠状动脉介入治疗的新手术路径,其具有局部并发症少,患者舒适度高等优点,正在逐渐替代传统桡动脉路径(TRA)。然而,作为近两年新兴的技术,dTRA也存在一些缺点,如血管扭曲、直径小等,可能导致穿刺失败、血管痉挛、导丝送入困难等不良事件。本文就dTRA行冠状动脉介入诊疗的应用价值及进展作一综述,以促进其在临床诊疗中推广,进而使更多患者获益。

Pressure-driven anomalous thermal transport behaviors in gallium arsenide

High-pressure has been widely utilized to improve material performances such as thermal conductiv-ityκand interfacial thermal conductance *** arsenide(GaAs)as a functional semiconductor has attracted extensive attention in high-pressure studies for its technological importance and complex structure *** properties of GaAs under high pressure are urgent needs in physics but remain ***,we systematically investigateκGaAs and G Al/GaAs of multi-structure up to -23 *** conclude that:(1)in pressurization,phonon group velocity,lattice defects,and electrons play a central role inκGaAs in elastic,plastic,and metallization regions,*** increased phonon density of states(PDOS)overlap,group velocity,and interfacial bonding enhances G Al/GaAs.(2)In depressurization,electrons remain the dominant factor on κ GaAs from 23 to 13.5 GPa.G Al/GaAs increases dramatically at -12 GPa due to the larger PDOS *** decompressing to ambient,lattice defects including grain size reduction,arsenic vacancies,and partial amorphization reduce κ GaAs to a glass-like ***,the released G Al/GaAs is 2.6 times higher than that of the *** our findings open a new dimension in synergistically realizing glass-like κ and enhancing G,which can facilitate thermoelectric performance and its potential engineering applications.
