In this paper, the problem of cubature Kalman fusion filtering(CKFF) is addressed for multi-sensor systems under amplify-and-forward(AaF) relays. For the purpose of facilitating data transmission, AaF relays are utilized to regulate signal communication between sensors and filters. Here, the randomly varying channel parameters are represented by a set of stochastic variables whose occurring probabilities are permitted to exhibit bounded uncertainty. Employing the spherical-radial cubature principle, a local filter under AaF relays is initially constructed. This construction ensures and minimizes an upper bound of the filtering error covariance by designing an appropriate filter gain. Subsequently, the local filters are fused through the application of the covariance intersection fusion rule. Furthermore, the uniform boundedness of the filtering error covariance's upper bound is investigated through establishing certain sufficient conditions. The effectiveness of the proposed CKFF scheme is ultimately validated via a simulation experiment concentrating on a three-phase induction machine.

EZH2/miR-142-3p/HMGB1 axis mediates chondrocyte pyroptosis by regulating endoplasmic reticulum stress in knee osteoarthritis

Background: Knee osteoarthritis (OA) is still challenging to prevent or treat. Enhanced endoplasmic reticulum (ER) stress and increased pyroptosis in chondrocytes may be responsible for cartilage degeneration. This study aims to investigate the effect of ER stress on chondrocyte pyroptosis and the upstream regulatory mechanisms, which have rarely been ***: The expression of the histone methyltransferase enhancer of zeste homolog 2 (EZH2), microRNA-142-3p (miR-142-3p), and high mobility group box 1 (HMGB1) and the levels of ER stress, pyroptosis, and metabolic markers in normal and OA chondrocytes were investigated by western blotting, quantitative polymerase chain reaction, immunohistochemistry, fluorescencein situ hybridization, fluorescein amidite-tyrosine-valine-alanine-aspartic acid-fluoromethyl ketone (FAM-YVAD-FMK)/Hoechst 33342/propidium iodide (PI) staining, lactate dehydrogenase (LDH) release assays, and cell viability assessments. The effects of EZH2, miR-142-3p, and HMGB1 on ER stress and pyroptosis and the hierarchical regulatory relationship between them were analyzed by chromatin immunoprecipitation, luciferase reporters, gain/loss-of-function assays, and rescue assays in interleukin (IL)-1β-induced OA chondrocytes. The mechanistic contribution of EZH2, miR-142-3p, and HMGB1 to chondrocyte ER stress and pyroptosis and therapeutic prospects were validated radiologically, histologically, and immunohistochemically in surgically induced OA ***: Increased EZH2 and HMGB1, decreased miR-142-3p, enhanced ER stress, and activated pyroptosis in chondrocytes were associated with OA occurrence and progression. EZH2 and HMGB1 exacerbated and miR-142-3p alleviated ER stress and pyroptosis in OA chondrocytes. 基于Transformer的状态−动作−奖赏预测表征学习

为了提升具有高维动作空间的复杂连续控制任务的性能和样本效率,提出一种基于Transformer的状态−动作−奖赏预测表征学习框架(Transformer-based state-action-reward prediction representation learning framework,TSAR).具体来说,TSAR提出一种基于Transformer的融合状态−动作−奖赏信息的序列预测任务.该预测任务采用随机掩码技术对序列数据进行预处理,通过最大化掩码序列的预测状态特征与实际目标状态特征间的互信息,同时学习状态与动作表征.为进一步强化状态和动作表征与强化学习(Reinforcement learning,RL)策略的相关性,TSAR引入动作预测学习和奖赏预测学习作为附加的学习约束以指导状态和动作表征学习.TSAR同时将状态表征和动作表征显式地纳入到强化学习策略的优化中,显著提高了表征对策略学习的促进作用.实验结果表明,在DMControl的9个具有挑战性的困难环境中,TSAR的性能和样本效率超越了现有最先进的方法.

Plasmon-induced hot energy in metal nanostructures holds great promise for photocatalytic organic conversions. However,maintaining the high-energy state of hot electrons within these structures remains challenging, even in hybrid metal-semiconductor heterojunctions. The rapid relaxation of hot electrons（bing ultra-small metal chalcogenide semiconductor clusters（P2） with gold nanorods（AuNRs）, which exhibits high-efficiency extraction of hot electrons and photocatalytic application. The robust binding of P2 cluster, with its smaller volume and larger energy level splitting compared to large-sized quantum dots, not only significantly increases the yield of hot electrons but also enables their rapid extraction and sustains long-lived（> 2 ns） high-energy states. As a proof of concept, the composite photocatalyst achieves near-infrared-lightdriven C（sp3）–S cross-coupling reactions for the first time. This protocol effectively produces over 50 alkylthioethers from a wide scope range of non-active alkyl bromides and chlorides, aryl and alkyl thiols. This work provides a new strategy for highefficiency extraction of hot electrons within plasmonic metal nanostructures and paves the way for hot electron-driven photocatalytic organic transformations.

Detection of Perfect Stealthy Attacks on Cyber-Physical Systems Subject to Measurement Quantizations: A Watermark-Based Strategy

In this paper, the attack detection problem is investigated for a class of closed-loop systems subjected to unknownbutbounded noises in the presence of stealthy attacks. The measurement outputs from the sensors are quantized before transmission.A specific type of perfect stealthy attack, which meets certain rather stringent conditions, is taken into account. Such attacks could be injected by adversaries into both the sensor-toestimator and controller-to-actuator channels, with the aim of disrupting the normal data flow. For the purpose of defending against these perfect stealthy attacks, a novel scheme based on watermarks is developed. This scheme includes the injection of watermarks(applied to data prior to quantization) and the recovery of data(implemented before the data reaches the estimator).The watermark-based scheme is designed to be both timevarying and hidden from adversaries through incorporating a time-varying and bounded watermark signal. Subsequently, a watermark-based attack detection strategy is proposed which thoroughly considers the characteristics of perfect stealthy attacks,thereby ensuring that an alarm is activated upon the occurrence of such attacks. An example is provided to demonstrate the efficacy of the proposed mechanism for detecting attacks.

Effects of particle size and content of RDX on burning stability of RDXbased propellants

Particle size and content of RDX are the two main factors that affect the burning stability of RDX-based propellants. However, these effects and the corresponding mechanisms are still controversial. In this work, we investigated the physicochemical processes during burning and the corresponding mechanisms through the technologies of structure compactness analysis on the base of voidage measurement and theoretical interfacial area estimation, apparent burning rate measurement using closed vessel(CV)and extinguished burning surface characterization relying on interrupted closed vessel(ICV) and scanning electron microscope(SEM). The results indicate that the voidage increased with the increase of RDX content and particle size due to the increasing interfacial area and increasing interface gap size,respectively. The apparent burning rate increased with the increase of RDX particle size because of the decreasing RDX specific surface area on the burning surface, which could decrease the heat absorbing rates of the melting and evaporation processes of RDX in the condensed phase. Similarly, the apparent burning rate decreased with the increase of RDX content at pressures lower than around 55 MPa due to the increasing RDX specific surface area. Whereas, an opposite trend could be observed at pressures higher than around 55 MPa, which was attributed to the increasing heat feedback from the gas phase as the result of the increasing propellant energy. For propellants containing very coarse RDX particles, such as 97.8 and 199.4 μm average size, the apparent burning rate increased stably with a flat extinguished surface at pressures lower than around 30 MPa, while increased sharply above around 30 MPa with the extinguished surface becoming more and more rugged as the pressure increased. In addition, the turning degree of u-p curve increased with the increase of coarse RDX content and particle size, and could be reduced by improving the structure compactness.

目的:探讨天津市7~9岁儿童生活行为与超重抑郁共存风险的关联。方法:于2021年5月，采用随机整群抽样选取天津市1 632名7岁儿童青少年进行基线调查，并于2023年进行随访。基线和随访时均收集研究对象的年龄、性别、生活行为等信息，并进行体格检查和抑郁症状评价。选择含糖饮料摄入、体力活动、视屏时长和睡眠时长四种行为因素纳入生活行为综合评分，总分0~4分，得分越高表示生活行为越好。采用多分类logistic回归模型分析各时点生活行为及两时点间生活行为的变化情况与超重抑郁共存风险的关联。结果:研究对象基线时年龄为（7.72±0.62）岁，随访时为（9.61±0.62）岁，男生350名（52.08%）。调整相关混杂因素后，多分类logistic回归模型分析结果显示，与生活行为中等的儿童相比，生活行为较差者基线时和随访时的超重抑郁共存风险均较高（基线： OR=2.62，95% CI：1.28~5.37;随访： OR=2.28，95% CI：1.26~4.11），而生活行为较好者随访时的抑郁风险较低（ OR=0.35，95% CI：0.19~0.64）;综合基线和随访两时点的生活行为发现，生活行为改善儿童的超重抑郁共存状态更易于消失（ OR=1.29，95% CI：1.04~1.61），更不易再次出现超重抑郁共存状况（ OR=0.82，95% CI：0.69~0.97）。结论:天津市7~9岁儿童青少年生活行为与超重抑郁共存存在关联，儿童生活行为的改善能够降低超重抑郁共存的风险。
