In this paper,deep learning technology was utilited to solve the railway track recognition in intrusion detection *** railway track recognition can be viewed as semantic segmentation task which extends image processing to pixel level *** encoder-decoder architecture DeepLabv3+model was applied in this work due to its good performance in semantic segmentation *** images of the railway track collected from the video surveillance of the train cab were used as experiment dataset in this work,the following improvements were made to the *** first aspect deals with over-fitting problem due to the limited amount of training *** augmentation and transfer learning are applied consequently to rich the diversity of data and enhance model robustness during the training ***,different gradient descent methods are compared to obtain the optimal optimizer for training model *** third problem relates to data sample imbalance,cross entropy(CE)loss is replaced by focal loss(FL)to address the issue of serious imbalance between positive and negative *** of the improved DeepLabv3+model with above solutions is demonstrated by experiment results with different system parameters.

Strong unique continuation property for stochastic parabolic equations

The unique continuation property has been extensively studied for partial differential ***, this fundamental concept has not yet received sufficient investigation when it comes to stochastic partial differential equations. Particularly, to the best of our knowledge, there is no published work addressing the strong unique continuation property of stochastic partial differential equations. In this paper, we obtain a strong unique continuation property for stochastic parabolic equations. To achieve that, we establish a new stochastic version of the Carleman estimate.

This paper concluded the vegetation restoration technique system in the arid-hot valleys and studied the anti-erosion function, environmental function and biological diversity effects of vegetation restoration on the ecosystem in the arid-hot valleys. The results showed that the soil erodibility decreased significantly after the vegetation restoration. The climate environment of the small watershed had a great improvement after the vegetation restoration, of which the temperature decreased, the humidity increased, the harsh environment of dry and hot in this region changed. The studies of the ecosystem biodiversity were mainly on the analysis of the relations between biodiversity and ecological function of the artificial ecological forest pattern and the natural enclosed treatment mode on the severely of degraded land. It could conclude that the natural enclosed treatment mode is helpful to the biodiversity of the ecosystem and the improvement and stability of the ecosystem, and Leucaena artificial forest restoration pattern reduced the species diversity but optimized the ecological function. Therefore, as to the severely and extremely severely degraded ecosystem in the arid-hot valleys, Leucaena pattern of gully control and natural enclosed treatment mode are the relatively optimal choices.

Myeloperoxidase antineutrophil cytoplasmic antibody(MPO-ANCA)associated vasculitis is an autoimmune disease usually with severe multiple dysfunction syndrome,especially prominent acute renal failure.A 65-year-old woman was admitted with progressive dyspnoea for six months and fever,sputum with blood,pain of the lower extremities and intermittent claudication for two days,indicating multiple organ involvement(respiratory system,blood vessels).The renal involvement was relatively mild,presenting with microscopic *** chest computed tomography demonstrated multiple pulmonary *** and computed tomography angiography for the lower extremity vessels showed venous and arterial *** of other diseases that can cause multiple organ damage and thrombosis,the positive perinuclear ANCA and MPO-ANCA strongly support the diagnosis of MPO-ANAC-associated *** patient’s physical condition has been greatly improved by treatment with corticosteroids and anticoagulation.

目的探讨混合式教学在病理学实验教学中的应用效果。方法用随机数字表法在我校2017年1月—2018年12月接收的医学专业实习生中纳入20名为对象,采用单盲法将20名对象分为对照组和观察组各10名。行常规实验教学模式给对照组实习生教学,而观察组实习生接受混合式教学模式教学,比较两组实习生的考核总成绩与对教学模式的满意度。结果观察组实习生的考核总成绩(95.06±2.43)分,比对照组(85.48±2.53)分高,P <0.05;观察组实习生的教学模式满意度100.00%,比对照组60.00%高,P <0.05。结论病理实验教学过程中采用混合式教学的效果显著,能够提高实习生的考核总成绩和其对教学模式的满意度。

探讨急诊科在救治急危重症患者中实施人文关怀的价值。急诊患者就诊环境建设应具人性化,医疗机构提供的医疗服务也应体现人性化。急诊患者因急性发病,病情紧急危重、复杂多变,患者多有急躁不安的心理情绪变化。医务人员在整个诊治过程中,应采用恰当的、简洁的语言(包括表情及肢体语言),及时进行有效的医患沟通,使患者能感受到温暖的关怀。在诊疗中医患互相信任,密切配合,医者以娴熟的专业技术及时进行医疗救治,提高急救医疗质量,患者满意度增加。良好的医患沟通可改善医患关系,可以避免或减少医疗纠纷的发生,具有现时的急诊医学临床意义。
