Background Vitamin A(VA)and its metabolite,retinoic acid(RA),are of great interest for their wide range of physiological ***,the regulatory contribution of VA to mitochondrial and muscle fiber composition in sheep has not been *** Lambs were injected with 0(control)or 7,500 IU VA palmitate into the biceps femoris muscle on d 2 after *** the age of 3 and 32 weeks,longissimus dorsi(LD)muscle samples were obtained to explore the effect of VA on myofiber type *** vitro,we investigated the effects of RA on myofiber type composition and intrinsic *** The proportion of type I myofiber was greatly increased in VA-treated sheep in LD muscle at *** greatly promoted mitochondrial biogenesis and function in LD muscle of *** exploration revealed that VA elevated PGC-1αmRNA and protein contents,and enhanced the level of p38 MAPK phosphorylation in LD muscle of *** addition,the number of type I myofibers with RA treatment was significantly increased,and type IIx myofibers was significantly decreased in primary *** with in vivo experiment,RA significantly improved mitochondrial biogenesis and function in primary myoblasts of *** then used si-PGC-1αto inhibit PGC-1αexpression and found that si-PGC-1αsignificantly abrogated RA-induced the formation of type I myofibers,mitochondrial biogenesis,MitoTracker staining intensity,UQCRC1 and ATP5A1 expression,SDH activity,and enhanced the level of type IIx muscle *** data suggested that RA improved mitochondrial biogenesis and function by promoting PGC-1αexpression,and increased type I *** order to prove that the effect of RA on the level of PGC-1αis caused by p38 MAPK signaling,we inhibited the p38 MAPK signaling using a p38 MAPK inhibitor,which significantly reduced RA-induced PGC-1αand MyHC I *** VA promoted PGC-1αexpression through the p38 MAPK signaling pathway,improved mitochondrial biogenesis,and altered

As an energy-free cooling technique,radiative cooling has garnered significant attention in the field of energy ***,traditional radiative cooling films often possess static optical properties and their inherent opacity limits their applications in building such as ***,there exists a requirement for passive radiative cooling films endowed with adjustable *** we report the porous block copolymer films with self-adjustable optical transmittance and passive radiative *** a result,the film exhibited a high solar reflectance(0.3-2.5μm)of 96.9%and a high infrared emittance(8-13μm)of 97.9%.Outdoor experiments demonstrated that the film surface temperature was 6.6℃lower than ambient temperature,with a cooling power of 104.8 W·m^(-2).In addition,the film’s transmittance can be regulated by altering the polarity of the post-processing solvent,providing an effective approach for regulating indoor light intensity and thermal balance,thereby enhancing the applicability of radiative cooling.

The technological revolution has spawned a new generation of industrial systems,but it has also put forward higher requirements for safety management accuracy,timeliness,and *** assessment needs to evolve to address the existing and future challenges by considering the new demands and advancements in safety *** study aims to propose a systematic and comprehensive risk assessment method to meet the needs of process system safety *** methodology first incorporates possibility,severity,and dynamicity(PSD)to structure the“51X”evaluation indicator system,including the inherent,management,and disturbance risk ***,the four-tier(risk point-unit-enterprise-region)risk assessment(RA)mathematical model has been established to consider supervision *** in conclusion,the application of the PSD-RA method in ammonia refrigeration workshop cases and safety risk monitoring systems is presented to illustrate the feasibility and effectiveness of the proposed PSD-RA method in safety *** findings show that the PSD-RA method can be well integrated with the needs of safety work informatization,which is also helpful for implementing the enterprise's safety work responsibility and the government's safety supervision responsibility.

Electrically Assisted Forming(EAF)technology has obvious advantages in material *** develop an effective constitutive model considering electrical effects,room temperature and electrically assisted quasi-static uniaxial tensile tests were conducted using ultrathin nickelbased superalloy plates with a thickness of 0.25 *** research focused on the two most widely recognized effects:the Joule thermal and the electric athermal *** mechanism of current action can be divided into two scenarios:one considering the Joule thermal effect only,and the other considering both effects *** basic constitutive models,namely the Modified-Hollomon model and the Johnson-Cook(J-C)model,were selected to be optimized through the classification of two different situations,and four optimized constitutive models were *** was found that the J-C model with simultaneous consideration of the Joule thermal effect and electric athermal effect had the best prediction effect by comparing the results of these four ***,the accuracy of the optimization model was verified by finite element simulation of the electrically assisted stretching optimization *** results show that the constitutive model can effectively predict the temperature effect caused by the Joule heat effect and the athermal effect of current on the material.

Relative positioning is recognized as an important issue for vehicles in urban ***-vehicle Cooperative Positioning(CP)techniques which fuse the Global Navigation Satellite System(GNSS)and inter-vehicle ranging have attracted attention in improving the performance of baseline estimation between ***,current CP methods estimate the baselines separately and ignore the interactions among the positioning information of different *** interactions are called’information coupling’.In this work,we propose a new multivehicle precise CP framework using the coupled information in the network based on the Carrier Differential GNSS(CDGNSS)and inter-vehicle *** demonstrate the benefit of the coupled information by deriving the Cramer-Rao Lower Bound(CRLB)of the float estimation in *** fully use this coupled information,we propose a Whole-Net CP(WN-CP)method which consists of the Whole-Net Extended Kalman Filter(WN-EKF)as the float estimation filter,and the Partial Baseline Fixing(PBF)as the ambiguity resolution *** WN-EKF fuses the measurements of all baselines simultaneously to improve the performance of float estimation,and the PBF strategy fixes the ambiguities of the one baseline to be estimated,instead of full ambiguity resolution,to reduce the computation load of ambiguity *** tests involving four vehicles were conducted in urban *** results show that the proposed WN-CP method can achieve better performance and meanwhile maintain a low computation load compared to the existing methods.
