The high linearity low-noise filter is an indispensable key circuit in the communication *** on the structure of current-reuse source-degradation operational transconductance amplifier(OTA),a 5 GHz current-mode low-noise Gm-C filter suitable for high-speed communication systems is *** to the proposed current mode structure and the OTA’s high-power efficiency and high linearity,the filter obtains good noise and high linearity performance with very low power *** filter is designed in standard 65 nm CMOS technology and occupies a core area of 0.06 mm^(2).The simulation results show that the operating bandwidth is 5 GHz,the IIP3 is35 d Bm,and the power consumption is only 3.2 m W.

针对生物质锅炉燃烧过程的动态特性,提出一种改进的长短期记忆-自注意力机制全卷积神经网络(LSTM-SAFCN)模型用于预测NO_(x)排放浓度。首先利用完全自适应噪声集合经验模态分解法(CEEMDAN)对数据进行预处理,消除数据噪声对NO_(x)排放浓度预测的影响;其次融合自注意力机制与长短时记忆-全卷积神经网络(LSTM-FCN)进行特征提取与预测建模,该拓展方法能够同时兼顾时间序列数据的局部细节与长期趋势特征;最后,利用生物质热电联产系统的实际运行数据验证了所提算法的有效性。

Millimeter-wave communication has received considerable attention for use in new-generation broadband wireless communication because of the scarcity of microwave band spectrum resources. The unlicensed frequency band at 60 GHz is suitable for indoor short-range broadband communication. In this paper, we introduce a 60 GHz millimeter-wave short-range wireless communication demo system adhering to the IEEE 802.11 ad standard and targeting high-definition video streaming transmission. The system uses single-carrier transmission with frequency-domain equalization. The hardware prototype consists of a 65-nm CMOS radio-frequency front-end and a baseband transceiver for the physical layer functions. Important baseband technologies such as carrier synchronization, phase noise compensation, frequency-domain equalization, and low-density parity-check decoding based on probability calculation are also discussed. The system performance is demonstrated in an experiment on high-definition video transmission, where a data rate of 3.52 Gbps is achieved with a quadrature phase-shift keying signal over a distance of 5.109 m.

We present a low-power inductorless wideband differential cryogenic amplifier using a 0.13-μm Si Ge Bi CMOS process for a superconducting nanowire single-photon detector(SNSPD).With a shunt-shunt feedback and capacitive coupling structure,theoretical analysis and simulations were undertaken,highlighting the relationship of the amplifier gain with the tunable design parameters of the *** this way,the design and optimization flexibility can be increased,and a required gain can be achieved even without an accurate cryogenic device *** realize a flat terminal impedance over the frequency of interest,an RC shunt compensation structure was employed,improving the amplifier’s closed-loop stability and suppressing the amplifier *** S-parameters and transient performance were measured at room temperature(300 K)and cryogenic temperature(4.2 K).With good input and output matching,the measurement results showed that the amplifier achieved a 21-d B gain with a 3-d B bandwidth of 1.13 GHz at 300 *** 4.2 K,the gain of the amplifier can be tuned from 15 to 24 d B,achieving a 3-d B bandwidth spanning from 120 k Hz to 1.3 GHz and consuming only 3.1 m *** the chip pads,the amplifier chip core area was only about 0.073 mm^(2).

The requirement of the fifth generation(5 G) wireless communication for high throughput motivates the wireless industry to use the mm Wave(millimeter wave) communications for its wide bandwidth advantage. To compensate the heavy path loss and increase the communications capacity, phased array beamforming and massive multiple-input multiple-output(MIMO) techniques are employed at both the user equipment(UE) and base stations(BS). Considering the commercial requirements, 5 G mm Wave large array systems should be implemented in an energy-and cost-efficient way with a small form factor. To address above issues and realize a reliable communications link, taking into account the particular characteristics of5 G mm Wave systems, this paper firstly examines the design challenges and trade-offs in system implementations, then some of the design strategies are summarized. At last, recent advance in RF front-end circuits and receiver sub-systems is then highlighted.

Metal recovery from bottom ash was deemed to be significant to achieve a higher stability of bottom ash and recycle valuable extractable *** China,the existing rugged industrial production ignores the actual metal distribution and thus fails to exploit the utilization potential of recoverable metals in bottom *** on these findings,this work was proposed to obtain a comprehensive and in-depth study on the recoverability of metals in bottom ***,the particle size distribution and elemental composition of the bottom ash were ***,complete information on the recoverable metals in bottom ash fractions with different sizes was obtained by washing,sorting,crushing,density separation and XRF(X Ray Fluorescence)*** results showed that the smaller than 5 mm fraction accounted for up to 60%of the bottom ash,and the 5–20 mm fractions accounted for about 15%.The material characterization revealed that the contents of recoverable Fe,stainless steel,Al and Cu in bottom ash were averagely 9.01%,0.136%,0.78%and 0.08%,*** 50%of Fe,68%of Al,61%of Cu,and 22%of stainless steel were distributed in smaller than 10 mm ***,Fe was evenly distributed among 0–2 mm,2–5 mm,5–10 mm fractions,and the content was between 5.41%and 7.5%.Non-magnetic stainless steel was mainly distributed in 20–40 mm and larger than 40 mm *** highest share of Al was present in the fractions between 5 mm and 20 mm,accounting for 48%of the total *** 45.6%of the Cu was enriched in the 5–10 mm ***,the Zn content was less than 0.01%.This work provides an in-depth understanding and information on metal recovery as well as promisingly guide ash utilization.

With more scaling, the speed of than 40 years Moore CMOS transistors is around 100 GHz. Such fact makes it possible to realize mm-wave circuits in CMOS. However, with the target of achieving broadband and power-efficient operation, 60 GHz CMOS RF transceiver faces severe challenges. After reviewing the technology issues, regarding the 60 GHz applications, this paper discusses design challenges both from the system and the building block levels, and also presents some simulated or measured circuits results.
