A novel Re modifiedβ-(Ni,Pt)Al coating was prepared on a Mo-rich Ni_3 Al-based single crystal(SC)superalloy by electro-deposition of Re/Pt dual films and low-activity aluminizing.The isothermal oxidation behavior of the Re modifiedβ-(Ni,Pt)Al coating and traditionalβ-(Ni,Pt)Al coating was comparatively studied at 1100℃.Apparent spallation of oxide scale was found on the surface of traditionalβ-(Ni,Pt)Al coating after 300 h isothermal exposure,which mainly resulted from the evaporation of Mo-containing oxides.It is further found that the outward diffusion of Mo from the SC substrate was effectively inhibited in the Re modifiedβ-(Ni,Pt)Al coating by forming theσ-MoRe phase both at the coating/superalloy interface and grain boundaries.It is also revealed that the addition of Re can stabilise Mo to form theσ-MoRe phase,allowing the improved oxidation resistance of the Re modifiedβ-(Ni,Pt)Al coating.

目的探究以问题为基础的教学方法(PBL)结合微视频及病例导入式教学模式在口腔内科临床带教中的应用效果。方法选取2020年1月进入河南省人民医院口腔内科的40名口腔医学本科实习生,随机分为对照组(20例,接受PBL教学模式)和观察组(20例,接受PBL结合微视频及病例导入式教学模式),并进行为期3个月的带教实习。实习结束后以课程内容测验与自填问卷两种方式对教学效果进行评价,采用SPSS 20.0软件对结果进行统计分析。结果观察组理论、操作考试评分均高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组独立思考能力、问题分析与解决能力、学生的学习兴趣以及对教学模式、课程效果的满意度均高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组利物浦医生沟通能力评价量表各方面评分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论将微视频及病例导入与PBL法相结合的教学模式能使口腔内科实习生的理论知识与实践技能得到较大提升,并能有效提高实习生的教学满意度与医患沟通能力。

Diurnal Variations of Summer Precipitation over the Qilian Mountains in Northwest China

Based on the high-density hourly rain-gauge data from 265 stations over the Qilian Mountains in Northwest China,climatic mean diurnal variations of summer rainfall over different topographies of this area are investigated. Influences of the gauge elevations on the diurnal variation of rainfall are also revealed. Distinct regional features of diurnal variations in rainfall are observed over the Qilian Mountains. Rainfall over the Qinghai Lake areas shows a single nocturnal peak. A dominant, late-afternoon peak of rainfall occurs over the mountain tops. Over the northeastern and southeastern slopes, a dominant diurnal peak appears in the late afternoon, and an evident second peak is found in the early morning, respectively. The strengths of the early-morning peaks in the rainfall frequency are closely related to the rainfall events with different durations over the two slopes. The early-morning peak is dominant across plains with low elevations. From the mountain tops to the plains, the diurnal peaks of rainfall gradually vary from the dominant late-afternoon peak to the dominant early-morning peak with the enhanced early-morning peak in concurrent with the decreasing gauge elevation over the northeastern and southeastern slopes. Further examination indicates that the rainfall at higher elevations over the northeastern and southeastern slopes occurs more readily in the afternoon,compared to the lower elevations. This phenomenon corresponds to the result that the proportion of the rainfall frequency occurring during the early-morning period decreases with increasing elevations over the two slopes.

煤焦化产生的焦炉煤气、煤气化产生的合成气中的硫化氢气体有很强的毒性和腐蚀性,在利用焦炉煤气和合成气前,需要脱除硫化氢。脱硫过程中产生的副盐可提取出来作为产品销售,脱盐后的脱硫废液又可返回脱硫系统循环使用。为提高产品品质,在提盐之前须通过预处理去除其中悬浮物、焦油、催化剂及其他杂质。活性炭脱色是常用预处理方法。为优化活性炭脱色条件,本研究系统考察了活性炭种类、活性炭用量、温度、时间对DSH脱硫废液脱色效果的影响规律。结果表明,最佳活性炭为碘值900的煤制活性炭(200目过筛),最佳活性炭用量为20g(相对于200mL脱硫液),最佳脱色温度为80℃,适宜脱色时间为60min+30min。

目的探讨静脉-静脉体外膜肺氧合(VV-ECMO)治疗重度急性呼吸窘迫综合征(ARDS)患者的效果及预后影响因素。方法以回顾性研究方法选取100例重度ARDS患者,其中采用VV-ECMO治疗的50例患者作为研究组,采用高频振荡通气治疗的50例患者作为对照组。比较两组患者的氧合指标及预后;分析经VV-ECMO治疗重度ARDS患者预后的影响因素。结果治疗24、72 h后,研究组的氧合指数、pH和动脉血氧分压(PaO2)均高于对照组,动脉血二氧化碳分压(PaCO2)、血乳酸水平和呼气末正压(PEEP)均低于对照组(P0.05)。研究组不同预后患者的年龄、ECMO之前机械通气时间、发病至ECMO时间、ECMO治疗时间、心率、平均动脉压(MAP)、血乳酸和降钙素原(PCT)水平比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。Logistic回归分析结果显示,年龄、ECMO之前机械通气时间、发病至ECMO时间、血乳酸以及PCT是经VV-ECMO治疗重度ARDS患者预后不良的独立危险因素(P<0.05)。结论VV-ECMO治疗可改善重度ARDS患者的氧合指标,且年龄、ECMO之前机械通气时间、发病至ECMO时间、血乳酸和PCT是患者预后的影响因素。

针对核设施排风塔内壁混凝土表面放射性物质含量高、去除难度大的问题,开展易于放射性去污涂层配套性设计研究;采用高固体分封闭底漆、弹性环氧腻子、低表面能易去污面漆三涂层配套体系;分别对底、中、面涂层的常规性能进行了测试,并综合评估了涂层之间的配套性及施工性,结果表明,涂层之间配套性好、施工简易,具备优异的耐辐照、易去污性能。

In this paper, we focus on anticipated backward stochastic Volterra integral equations(ABSVIEs) with jumps. We solve the problem of the well-posedness of so-called M-solutions to this class of equation, and analytically derive a comparison theorem for them and for the continuous equilibrium consumption process. These continuous equilibrium consumption processes can be described by the solutions to this class of ABSVIE with jumps.Motivated by this, a class of dynamic risk measures induced by ABSVIEs with jumps are discussed.

Maize growth and development are regulated by light quality,intensity and photoperiod.Cryptochromes are blue/ultraviolet-A light receptors involved in stem elongation,shade avoidance,and photoperiodic flowering.To investigate the function of cryptochrome 1(CRY1) in maize,where it is encoded by Zm CRY1,we obtained two Zm CRY1a genes(Zm CRY1a1 and Zm CRY1a2),both of which share the highest similarity with other gramineous plants,in particular rice CRY1a by phylogenetic analysis.In Arabidopsis,overexpression of Zm CRY1a genes promoted seedling de-etiolation under blue and white light,resulting in dwarfing of mature plants.In seedlings of the maize inbred line Zong 31(Zm CRY1aOE),overexpression of Zm CRY1a genes caused a reduction in the mesocotyl and first leaf sheath lengths due to down-regulation of genes influencing cell elongation.In mature transgenic maize plants,plant height,ear height,and internode length decreased in response to overexpression of Zm CRY1a genes.Expression of Zm CRY1a were insensitive to low blue light(LBL)-induced shade avoidance syndrome(SAS) in Arabidopsis and maize.This prompted us to investigate the regulatory role of the gibberellin and auxin metabolic pathways in the response of Zm CRY1a genes to LBL treatment.We confirmed a link between Zm CRY1a expression and hormonal influence on the growth and development of maize under LBL-induced SAS.These results reveal that Zm CRY1a has a relatively conservative function in regulating maize photomorphogenesis and may guide new strategies for breeding high density-tolerant maize cultivars.

Cowpea(Vigna imguicuiata) is an important legume crop with diverse uses. The species is presently a minor crop, and evaluation of its genetic diversity has been very limited. In this study, a total of 200 genic and 100 genomic simple sequence repeat(SSR) markers were developed from cowpea unigene and genome sequences, respectively. Among them, 27 genic and 27 genomic SSR markers were polymorphic and were used for assessment of genetic diversity and population structure in 105 selected cowpea accessions. A total of 155 alleles and 2.9 alleles per marker were identified, and the average polymorphic information content(PIC) value was 0.3615. The average PIC of genomic SSRs(0.3996) was higher than that of genic SSRs(0.3235), and most of the polymorphic genomic SSRs were composed of di-and trinucleotide repeats(51.9% and 37.0% of all loci, respectively). The low level of detected genetic diversity may be attributed to a severe genetic bottleneck that occurred during the cowpea domestication process. The accessions were classified by structure and cluster analysis into four subgroups that correlated well with their geographic origins or collection sites. The classification results were also consistent with the results from principal coordinate analysis and can be used as a guide during future germplasm collection and selection of accessions as breeding materials for cultivar improvement. The newly developed genic and genomic SSR markers described in this study will be valuable genomic resources for the assessment of genetic diversity, population structure, evaluation of germplasm accessions, construction of genetic maps, identification of genes of interest,and application of marker-assisted selection in cowpea breeding programs.
