In this paper,we present a suppression method for the thermal drift of an ultra-stable laser *** detailed analysis on the Michelson interferometer indicates that the change in optical path length induced by temperature variation can be effectively reduced by choosing proper thickness and/or incident angle of a *** the optical bench of the Laser Interferometer Space Antenna Pathfinder as an example,we analyze the optical bench model with a compensator and show that the temperature coefficient of this laser interferometer can be reduced down to 1 pm/K with an incident angle of 0.267828 *** method presented in this paper can be used in the design of ultra-stable laser interferometers,especially for space-based gravitational waves detection.

自然界存在4种基本相互作用力,其中电磁、强、弱相互作用能够成功地进行量子力学描述,但是由广义相对论描述的引力却和量子理论不协调.本文从量子力学和广义相对论出发,讨论了对引力进行量子描述时出现的矛盾,同时介绍当今比较有希望解决这个矛盾的超弦理论对这个问题的解释,最后对引力基本性质的实验检验情况作简单介绍.

Precise measurement of variations in the local gravitational acceleration is valuable for natural hazard forecasting,prospecting,and geophysical *** issues of the present gravimetry technologies include their high cost,high mass,and large volume,which can potentially be solved by micro-electromechanical-system(MEMS)***,the reported MEMS gravimeter does not have a high sensitivity and a large dynamic range comparable with those of the present commercial gravimeters,lowering its practicability and ruling out worldwide *** this paper,we introduce a more practical MEMS gravimeter that has a higher sensitivity of 8μGal/√Hz and a larger dynamic range of 8000 mGal by using an advanced suspension design and a customized optical displacement *** proposed MEMS gravimeter has performed the co-site earth tides measurement with a commercial superconducting gravimeter GWR iGrav with the results showing a correlation coefficient of 0.91.

基于天琴一号观测数据反演地球重力场模型

天琴一号卫星搭载了静电悬浮加速度计、GNSS接收机和星象仪,可实现地球重力场探测的高低卫星跟踪卫星技术.这里利用自主研制的动力法反演软件,采用天琴一号(TQ-1:Tianqin-1)30 h观测数据反演了截断至15阶次的静态地球重力场模型,计算结果表明:TQ-1卫星数据反演的地球重力场模型在15阶次内的信噪比均大于1,说明利用TQ-1数据具备实现15阶次地球重力场的反演能力;通过与包含8 a高低卫星跟踪卫星观测信息的AIUB-CHAMP03S模型对比可知,利用TQ-1卫星数据反演的地球重力场模型位系数误差整体优于10^(-8)量级;通过与包含13 a低低卫星跟踪卫星观测信息的HUST-Grace2016s模型对比可知,利用TQ-1卫星数据反演的地球重力场模型可获取全球格网重力异常和全球格网大地水准面信息,二者空间分布特征较为一致.计算结果为采用我国自主研发的高低卫星跟踪卫星技术获得的首个地球重力场模型,表明我国具备了采用该技术获取地球重力场模型的能力,可为发展我国自主研发的重力卫星提供重要技术参考.

Objective:The present study used single-cell RNA sequencing(scRNA-seq)to characterize the cellular composition of ovarian carcinosarcoma(OCS)and identify its molecular ***:scRNA-seq was performed in resected primary OCS for an in-depth analysis of tumor cells and the tumor *** staining was used for *** scRNA-seq data of OCS were compared with those of high-grade serous ovarian carcinoma(HGSOC)tumors and other OCS ***:Both malignant epithelial and malignant mesenchymal cells were observed in the OCS patient of this *** identified four epithelial cell subclusters with different biological *** them,epithelial subcluster 4 presented high levels of breast cancer type 1 susceptibility protein homolog(BRCA1)and DNA topoisomerase 2-α(TOP2A)expression and was related to drug resistance and cell *** analyzed the interaction between epithelial and mesenchymal cells and found that fibroblast growth factor(FGF)and pleiotrophin(PTN)signalings were the main pathways contributing to communication between these ***,we compared the malignant epithelial and mesenchymal cells of this OCS tumor with our previous published HGSOC scRNA-seq data and OCS *** the epithelial subclusters in the OCS tumor could be found in the HGSOC ***,the mesenchymal subcluster C14 exhibited specific expression patterns in the OCS tumor,characterized by elevated expression of cytochrome P450 family 24 subfamily A member 1(CYP24A1),collagen type XXIIIα1 chain(COL23A1),cholecystokinin(CCK),bone morphogenetic protein 7(BMP7),PTN,Wnt inhibitory factor 1(WIF1),and insulin-like growth factor 2(IGF2).Moreover,this subcluster showed distinct characteristics when compared with both another previously published OCS tumor and normal ovarian ***:This study provides the single-cell transcriptomics signature of human OCS,which constitutes a new resource for elucidating OCS diversity.

The article introduces a finite element procedure using the bilinear quadrilateral element or four-node rectangular element(namely Q4 element) based on a refined first-order shear deformation theory(rFSDT) and Monte Carlo simulation(MCS), so-called refined stochastic finite element method to investigate the random vibration of functionally graded material(FGM) plates subjected to the moving *** advantage of the proposed method is to use r-FSDT to improve the accuracy of classical FSDT, satisfy the stress-free condition at the plate boundaries, and combine with MCS to analyze the vibration of the FGM plate when the parameter inputs are random quantities following a normal distribution. The obtained results show that the distribution characteristics of the vibration response of the FGM plate depend on the standard deviation of the input parameters and the velocity of the moving ***, the numerical results in this study are expected to contribute to improving the understanding of FGM plates subjected to moving loads with uncertain input parameters.

Cooperation among enterprises can bring overall and individual performance improvement,and a smooth coordination method is ***,due to the lack of customized coordination methods,cooperation in the downstream oil supply chain cannot be carried out *** paper intends to propose a multi-party coordination method to promote cooperation between oil shippers and pipeline operator by optimizing oil transportation,oil substitution and pipeline pricing *** integrated game-theoretic modeling and analysis approach is developed to characterize the operation behaviors of all stakeholders in the downstream oil supply *** proposed mixed integer nonlinear programming model constrains supply and demand capacity,transportation routes,oil substitution rules and pipeline freight *** transformation and price discretization are introduced for model linear *** experiments are carried out in the oil distribution system in South *** results show that compared to the business-as-usual scheme,the new scheme saves transportation cost by 3.48%,increases pipeline turnover by 5.7%,and reduces energy consumption and emissions by 7.66%and 6.77%.It is proved that the proposed method improves the revenue of the whole system,achieves fair revenue distribution,and also improves the energy and environmental benefits of the oil supply chain.
