Herein, a nickel-catalyzed arylcyanation of unactivated alkenes via cyano group translocation with aryl boronic acids has been developed. These transformations provided a robust approach to constructing structurally diverse 1,n-dinitriles or 4-amino nitriles from easily prepared and commercially available starting materials. The cyano group translocation was achieved,involving the addition into the intramolecular C–N triple bond followed by the retro-Thorpe reaction. Mechanistic studies revealed that high temperature and CsHCO3as the base were crucial for the cyano group translocation.

A mild,chemoselective,redox-neutral ipso/ortho alkenylcyanation of arylboronic acids with homopropargylic malononitriles via 1,4-rhodium migration and fragmentation is reported.A variety of 2-vinyl arylnitriles are obtained in good yields(51examples,ava.69%yields)through this strategy,which is characterized by its broad substrate scope,great functional group tolerance,and mild conditions.Mechanism studies indicate that the fragmentation is temperature dependent.The primary asymmetric exploration for the non-fragmentation product already shows promising results.The separation of the two cyano groups of homopropargylic malononitriles results in the formation of aromatic nitrile and aliphatic nitrile in one molecule,which enables the further transformations of the products.

As a flexible resource,energy storage plays an increasingly significant role in stabilizing and supporting the power system,while providing auxiliary services.Still,the current high demand for energy storage contrasts with the fuzzy lack of market-oriented mechanisms for energy storage,the principle of market-oriented operation has not been embodied,and there is no unified and systematic analytical framework for the business model.However,the dispatch management model of energy storage in actual power system operation is not clear.Still,the specific scheduling process and energy storage strategy on the source-load-network side could be more specific,and there needs to be a greater understanding of the collaborative scheduling process of the multilevel scheduling center.On this basis,this paper reviews the energy storage operation model and market-based incentive mechanism,For different functional types and installation locations of energy storage within the power system,the operational models and existing policies for energy storage participation in the market that are adapted to multiple operating states are summarized.From the point of view of the actual scheduling and operation management of energy storage in China,an energy storage regulation and operation management model based on“national,provincial,and local”multilevel coordination is proposed,as well as key technologies in the interactive scenarios of source-load,network and storage.

目的增强42CrMo钢的耐磨性,改善其严重的磨损失效情况。方法采用激光熔覆技术同步送粉的方式在42CrMo钢表面制备金刚石/WC颗粒增强钴基复合熔覆层,借助SEM、EDS、XRD、显微硬度仪和多功能综合性能测试仪,研究了熔覆层宏观形貌与微观组织、物相组成、显微硬度与耐磨性。结果使用Ti/TiC粉末对金刚石进行预处理可以改善其烧蚀和石墨化;适量ZrH2提升了熔覆层宽厚比,促进了熔池对流传质作用,同时,活性元素Zr改善了金刚石颗粒的润湿性能,提高了黏结相对金刚石的把持力。熔覆层多道搭接过渡均匀,其显微组织主要由细小枝晶及致密网状碳化物共晶组成,熔覆层与基体结合区域反应生成了平面晶组织,进而提高了熔覆层结合强度。激光熔覆热特性使W2C、ZrC、γ-(Co,Fe)、M6W6C、CoZr_(2)、(Ti,Zr)O_(2)、TiCx、Co_(3)Ti等物相存在于熔覆层内,细晶强化及弥散强化作用使得熔覆层的平均显微硬度(1002HV0.2)是基体的3倍。熔覆层平均磨损量是基体平均磨损量的1/2,熔覆层平均摩擦因数也明显低于基体,表明熔覆层的耐磨性能得到提升,其磨损机制主要为磨粒磨损,熔覆层内金刚石因承担摩擦载荷而钝化,但磨痕中的金刚石完整且未发生脱落。结论金刚石/WC颗粒增强钴基复合熔覆层的耐磨性显著提高,可用于42CrMo钢表面强化。

Two-dimensional(2 D) platinum(Pt)-based nanomaterials are considered as the ideal fuel cell catalysts, while their rational synthesis associated with phase control remains a formidable challenge. Herein, we firstly design the novel 2 D Pt-lead-sulphur heterophased nanosheets(Pt Pb S HPNSs) as efficient high-toleration electrocatalysts for methanol oxidation reaction(MOR).They exhibit much higher activity and more highlighted bifunctional antipoisoning abilities than Pt Pb NSs and commercial Pt/C.Further density functional theory(DFT) simulation verifies that the decreased electron density of Pt sites worked by Pb and S makes CO intermediate favorable to desorb, avoiding the formation of CO*-polluted Pt sites. Simultaneously, this heterophased interface effectively weakens the adsorption of S^(2-)-species and improves the S-poisoning tolerance, showing a route to realize nearly innoxious catalysis. The present work highlights the importance of heterophase control in tuning antipoisoning property for 2 D Pt-based nanomaterials, which is key for the rational design of efficient fuel cell anodic catalysts.

Brain transcriptional regulatory network for behavior demonstrates that brain gene expression in the honey bee can be accurately predicted from the expression transcription factors(TFs),but roles for specific TFs are less understood.Mushroom bodies(MBs)are important for learning,memory and sensory integration in the honey bee brain.A TFs,Mblk-1,expressed preferentially in the large-type Kenyon cells of the honeybee MBs is predicted to be involved in brain function by regulating transcription of its target genes in honey bee.However,its function and the mechanism of regulation in behavior of honey bee is still obscure.Here we show that Mblk-1 had significantly higher expression in the brains of forager bees relative to nurse bees.Mblk-1 was significantly inhibited in bees fed small interfering RNA.In addition,inhibition of Mblk-1 decreased sucrose responsiveness in foragers.Finally,we determined that Mblk-1 regulated the messenger RNA of AmGRl.These findings suggest that Mblk-1 may target AmGRl to regulate the sucrose responsiveness of foragers.

目的探讨周围型肺磨玻璃结节的影像学特征与肺腺癌浸润程度的相关性,明确磨玻璃结节表现的浸润性肺癌的高危因素,为规划肺结节手术方式及医患沟通提供参考依据,助力构建浸润性腺癌的临床预测模型。方法连续收集苏州大学附属第一医院2019年1月—2020年1月收治的胸部薄层CT表现为周围型肺磨玻璃结节(直径≤3 cm)患者的临床资料。全部患者于本中心行胸部薄层CT扫描及胸腔镜手术治疗。根据病理结果将患者分为两组:腺癌浸润前病变组和浸润性腺癌组。收集肺结节薄层CT影像学参数,包括结节直径、平均CT值、实性成分占比(consolidation tumor ratio,CTR)、结节形态、空泡征、支气管充气征、分叶征、毛刺征、病灶边界、胸膜凹陷征、血管集束征。通过单因素和多因素分析探讨浸润性腺癌的独立危险因素,分析其识别浸润性腺癌的临界值及效能。结果纳入患者190例。腺癌浸润前病变组110例[男21例、女89例,平均年龄(53.57±10.90)岁],浸润性腺癌组80例[男31例、女49例,平均年龄(56.45±11.30)岁]。两组平均CT值、结节直径、CTR、性别、空泡征、血管集束征、吸烟史、结节类型及形态、分叶征、毛刺征、病灶边界、胸膜凹陷征差异均具有统计学意义(P10.5 mm,平均CT值>–452 Hu,CTR>0.45及伴有分叶征的周围型肺磨玻璃结节为浸润性肺癌的可能性更大。

Flow-induced preordering or precursor(FIP) has been studied in a series of lightly cross-linked high-density polyethylene with a combination of extensional rheology and in situ synchrotron radiation small-angle X-ray scattering(SAXS) and wide-angle X-ray diffraction(WAXD) measurements. Based on the incipient strains of SAXS and WAXD signals during extension in a large temperature range, strain-temperature diagrams for flow-induced preordering and nucleation were constructed and revealed that flow-induced crystallization(FIC) undergoes two stages: melt-precursor transition(MPT) and precursor-nuclei transition(PNT). At different temperatures, FIP with different inner structures and morphologies can be induced by strain; these embryos have shape and structure that are related to those of the corresponding critical nuclei. With the strain-temperature diagrams, the thermodynamic properties of FIP are deduced, which shows that compared with the relative nuclei the FIP always has a lower bulk free energy(?H) and a much lower surface free energy(?e). In extreme cases(high temperature), the ?e of FIP can be negligible. The quantitative estimation of the thermodynamic parameters suggests the existence of variant FIPs, which plays a vital role for the subsequent progress of PNT and the whole process of FIC.

We report a three-dimensional hierarchical ternary hybrid composite of molybdenum disulfide （MoS2）, reduced graphene oxide （GO）, and carbon nano- tubes （CNTs） prepared by a two-step process. Firstly, reduced GO-CNT composites with three-dimensional microstructuresare synthesized by hydrothermal treatment of an aqueous dispersion of GO and CNTs to form a composite structure via π-π interactions. Then, MoS2 nanoparticles are hydrothermally grown on the surfaces of the GO-CNT composite. This ternary composite shows superior electrocatalytic activity and stability in the hydrogen evolution reaction, with a low onset potential of only 35 mV, a Tafel slope of -38 mV.decade-1 and an apparent exchange current density of 74.25 mA.cm-2. The superior hydrogen evolution activity stemmed from the synergistic effect of MoS2 with its electrocatalytically active edge-sites and excellent electrical coupling to the underlying graphene and CNT network.

植物根系输入是森林土壤碳库的重要来源。全球气候变化可能引起森林地下部分碳通量改变,进而影响森林土壤碳库及碳循环。笔者综述了根系输入对土壤碳累积、土壤活性碳库(包括土壤微生物生物量碳和可溶性有机碳)和土壤碳库稳定性的影响,综合分析了森林土壤呼吸、土壤微生物和土壤酶活性对根系输入变化的响应。分析发现:(1)根系输入减少可能减弱根际的激发效应,使土壤有机碳(SOC)短期增加,但从长期来看根系输入的缺失会导致SOC的减少;(2)根系分泌的一些物质促进土壤初始团聚体的形成,但其对矿物-有机质结合物稳定性的影响还不完全清楚;(3)根系输入减少会降低土壤呼吸作用;(4)微生物群落结构对根系输入变化的响应主要取决于微生物对底物质量和数量的适应,而这些响应在不同森林生态系统间可能也有差异;另外,酶合成主要取决于与微生物生长相关的资源分配到酶生产中的成本效率。目前,关于根系输入对碳循环,特别是土壤呼吸的研究比较多,但根系输入物组成复杂,微生物与酶对不同根系输入物的响应机制尚不清楚,这些响应在不同森林生态系统中也有差异;此外,根系输入对土壤碳库稳定性的作用常被忽视,根系与微生物的相互作用对碳循环和土壤碳库稳定性的影响还有很大不确定性。建议加强植物根系、土壤和微生物的相互关系研究,以深入理解气候变化背景下森林生态系统碳循环。
