AIM:To study functional brain abnormalities in patients with hypertensive retinopathy(HR)and to discuss the pathophysiological mechanisms of HR by fractional amplitude of low-frequency fluctuations(fALFFs)***:Twenty HR patients and 20 healthy controls(HCs)were respectively *** age,gender,and educational background characteristics of the two groups were *** functional magnetic resonance imaging(fMRI)scanning,the subjects’spontaneous brain activity was evaluated with the fALFF *** operating characteristic(ROC)curve analysis was used to classify the ***,we used Pearson’s correlation analysis to explore the relationship between fALFF values in specific brain regions and clinical behaviors in patients with ***:The brain areas of the HR group with lower fALFF values than HCs were the right orbital part of the middle frontal gyrus(RO-MFG)and right lingual *** contrast,the values of fALFFs in the left middle temporal gyrus(MTG),left superior temporal pole(STP),left middle frontal gyrus(MFG),left superior marginal gyrus(SMG),left superior parietal lobule(SPL),and right supplementary motor area(SMA)were higher in the HR *** results of a t-test showed that the average values of fALFFs were statistically significantly different in the HR group and HC group(Phe fALFF values of the left middle frontal gyrus in HR patients were positively correlated with anxiety scores(r=0.9232;Phese brain regions in HR patients may be dysfunctional,which may help to reveal the pathophysiological mechanisms of HR.

High-Order Two-Scale Asymptotic Paradigm for the Elastodynamic Homogenization of Periodic Composites

The classical two-scale asymptotic paradigm provides macroscopic and microscopic analyses for the elastodynamic homogenization of periodic composites based on the spatial or/and temporal variable,which offers an approximate framework for the asymptotic homogenization analysis of the motion ***,in this framework,the growing complexity of the homogenization formulation gradually becomes an obstacle as the asymptotic order *** such a context,a compact,fast,and accurate asymptotic paradigm is *** work reviews the high-order spatial two-scale asymptotic paradigm with the effective displacement field representation and optimizes the implementation by symmetrizing the tensor to be ***,the modified implementation gets rid of the excessive memory consumption required for computing the high-order tensor,which is demonstrated by representative one-and two-dimensional *** numerical results show that(1)the contrast of the material parameters between media in composites directly affects the convergence rate of the asymptotic results for the homogenization of periodic composites,(2)the convergence error of the asymptotic results mainly comes from the truncation error of the modified asymptotic homogenized motion equation,and(3)the excessive norm of the normalized wavenumber vector in the two-dimensional inclusion case may lead to a non-convergence of the asymptotic results.

Relaxor ferroic dielectrics have garnered increasing attention in the past decade as promising materials for energy *** them,relaxor antiferroelectrics(AFEs)and relaxor ferroelectrics(FEs)have shown great promise in term of high energy storage density and efficiency,*** this study,a unique phase transition from relaxor AFE to relaxor FE was achieved for the first time by introducing strong-ferroelectricity BaTiO_(3)into NaNbO_(3)-BiFeO_(3)system,leading to an evolution from AFE R hierarchical nanodomains to FE polar nanoregions.A novel medium state,consisting of relaxor AFE and relaxor FE,was identified in the crossover of 0.88NaNbO_(3)–0.07BiFeO_(3)–0.05BaTiO_(3)ceramic,exhibiting a distinctive core-shell grain structure due to the composition *** harnessing the advantages of high energy storage density from relaxor AFE and large efficiency from relaxor FE,the ceramic showcased excellent overall energy storage *** achieved a substantial recoverable energy storage density W_(rec)~13.1 J/cm^(3)and an ultrahigh efficiencyη~88.9%.These remarkable values shattered the trade-off relationship typically observed in most dielectric capacitors between W_(rec)andη.The findings of this study provide valuable insights for the design of ceramic capacitors with enhanced performance,specifically targeting the development of next generation pulse power devices.

Pneumoconiosis is a group of heterogeneous fibrotic lung diseases caused by inorganic mineral dust and includes coal workers’pneumoconiosis and *** involves diffuse or nodular interstitial pulmonary fibrosis caused by exposure to asbestos or silica *** is thought to have the highest number of silicosis cases,with 6,000 new cases reported annually^([1]).Currently,the clinical diagnosis and monitoring of silicosis relies mainly on a history of occupational exposure and radiological abnormalities^([2]).Therefore,determining further indicators is crucial to reflect the severity of silicosis.

An integrated MINLP model for multi-party coordination in downstream oil supply chain

Cooperation among enterprises can bring overall and individual performance improvement,and a smooth coordination method is ***,due to the lack of customized coordination methods,cooperation in the downstream oil supply chain cannot be carried out *** paper intends to propose a multi-party coordination method to promote cooperation between oil shippers and pipeline operator by optimizing oil transportation,oil substitution and pipeline pricing *** integrated game-theoretic modeling and analysis approach is developed to characterize the operation behaviors of all stakeholders in the downstream oil supply *** proposed mixed integer nonlinear programming model constrains supply and demand capacity,transportation routes,oil substitution rules and pipeline freight *** transformation and price discretization are introduced for model linear *** experiments are carried out in the oil distribution system in South *** results show that compared to the business-as-usual scheme,the new scheme saves transportation cost by 3.48%,increases pipeline turnover by 5.7%,and reduces energy consumption and emissions by 7.66%and 6.77%.It is proved that the proposed method improves the revenue of the whole system,achieves fair revenue distribution,and also improves the energy and environmental benefits of the oil supply chain.

Bioinspired Tactile Sensation Based on Synergistic Microcrack-Bristle Structure Design toward High Mechanical Sensitivity and Direction-Resolving Capability

Natural tactile sensation is complex,which involves not only contact force intensity detection but also the perception of the force direction,the surface texture,and other mechanical ***,the vast majority of the developed tactile sensors can only detect the normal force,but usually cannot resolve shear force or even distinguish the directions of the ***,we present a new paradigm of bioinspired tactile sensors for resolving both the intensity and the directions of mechanical stimulations via synergistic microcrack-bristle structure design and cross-shaped configuration *** microcrack sensing structure gives high mechanical sensitivity to the tactile sensors,and the synergistic bristle structure further amplifies the sensitivity of the *** cross-shaped configuration engineering of the synergistic microcrack-bristle structure further endows the tactile sensors with good capability to detect and distinguish the directions of the applied mechanical *** as-fabricated tactile sensors exhibit a high sensitivity(25.76 N^(−1)),low detection limit(5.4 mN),desirable stability(over 2,500 cycles),and good capability to resolve both mechanical intensity and directional *** promising application scenarios,surface texture recognition and biomimetic path explorations are successfully demonstrated with these tactile *** newly proposed tactile sensation strategy and technology have great potential applications in ingenious tactile sensation and construction of various robotic and bionic prostheses with high operational dexterity.

Highly Conductive Ag/pCF/MVQ Composite Rubber for Efficient Electromagnetic Interference Shielding

In this study,flexible and highly conductive composite rubber at low filler content was successfully prepared through polydopamine-assisted electroless silver plating plus mechanical ***,carbon fibers(CF)were activated by polydopamine(PDA)to improve the surface activity by self-polymerization ***,because of the metal chelating ability of PDA,silver layer was firmly deposited on the surface of CF through a facile electroless silver plating ***,flexible silver-plated carbon fibers(Ag/pCF)silicone rubber composites prepared by mechanical *** using X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy(XPS)and X-ray diffraction(XRD),the chemical composition and crystal structure of Ag/pCF were examined,and scanning electron microscopy(SEM)was used to assess the surface morphology of the Ag/*** results showed that a uniform and dense silver layer was formed on the surface of the CF,and the conductivity of the Ag/pCF could reach 7885 S/*** was noteworthy that the composite rubber filled with only 45 phr Ag/pCF had a high electromagnetic interference shielding effectiveness(100 dB)due to the low density and high aspect ratio of Ag/*** composite rubber has excellent potential for application in the field of electromagnetic interference shielding.

The practical application of lithium-sulfur(Li-S)batteries,as promising next-generation batteries,is hindered by their shuttle effect and the slow redox ***,a tungsten and molybdenum nitride heterostructure functionalized with hollow metal-organic framework-derived carbon(W_(2)N/Mo_(2)N)was proposed as the sulfur *** hollow spherical structure provides storage space for sulfur,enhances electrical conductivity,and inhibits volume *** metal atoms in the nitrides bonded with lithium polysulfides(Li PSs)through Lewis covalent bonds,enhancing the high catalytic activity of the nitrides and effectively reducing the energy barrier of Li PSs redox ***,the high intrinsic conductivity of nitrides and the ability of the heterostructure interface to accelerate electron/ion transport improved the Li+*** leveraging the combined properties of strong adsorption and high catalytic activity,the sulfur host effectively inhibited the shuttle effect and accelerated the redox kinetics of Li ***-efficiency Li+transmission,strong adsorption,and the efficient catalytic conversion activities of Li PSs in the heterostructure were experimentally and theoretically *** results indicate that the W_(2)N/Mo_(2)N cathode provides stable,and long-term cycling(over 2000 cycles)at 3 C with a low attenuation rate of 0.0196%per *** design strategy of a twinborn nitride heterostructure thus provides a functionalized solution for advanced Li-S batteries.

On a Flexible Loan Repayment Method Depending on Borrower's Asset with an Early Termination Clause

Aiming at the problem that the asset’s fluctuation influences the borrower’s repayment ability,a loan with a new and flexible repayment method is designed,which depends on the asset value of the *** repayment method can reduce the loan default probability,but it causes the uncertainty of the pay off *** the repayment term is related to the regular repayment amount in this method,a boundary for the regular repayment amount is set up in order to avoid too long repayment *** will balance the benefit of borrowers and lenders and improve the applicability of this *** establishing a mathematical model of the residual value of the loan,this model can be transformed into an initial-boundary problem of a partial differential *** analytic solution and the expected time to pay off the loan are ***,numerical analysis are shown.
