due to the fast-modeling speed and high accuracy,deep learning has attracted great interest in the field of fault diagnosis in build.ng energy systems in recent ***,the black-box nature makes deep learning models generally difficult to *** order to compensate for the poor interpretability of deep learning models,this study proposed a fault diagnosis method based on interpretable graph neural network(GNN)suitable for build.ng energy *** method is developed by following three main steps:(1)selecting NC-GNN as a fault diagnosis model for build.ng energy systems and proposing a graph generation method applicable to the model,(2)developing an interpretation method based on InputXGradient for the NC-GNN,which is capable of outputting the importance of the node features and automatically locating the fault related features,(3)visualizing the results of model interpretation and validating by matching with expert knowledge and maintenance *** was performed using the public ASHRAE RP-1043 chiller fault *** diagnosis results show that the proposed method has a diagnosis accuracy of over 96%.The interpretation results show that the method is capable of explaining the decision-making process of the model by identifying fault-discriminative *** almost all seven faults,their fault-discriminative features were correctly identified.

As a kind of large-scale physical energy storage,compressed air energy storage(CAES)plays an important role in the construction of more efficient energy system based on renewable energy in the *** with traditional industrial compressors,the compressor of CAES has higher off-design performance *** the perspective of design,it needs to pay attention not only to the performance of the design point,but also to the performance of all the stable working ***,from the previous literature,no diagonal compressor was used in CAES which can meet the requirements,which also reflects the design program can be further ***,this paper studies the design strategy of high efficient diagonal compressor for large-scale CAES,and gives the complete strategy algorithms used for different program *** pressure ratio,isentropic efficiency and stable working range are comprehensively *** the design process,the criteria for the key parameters of the diagonal flow angle of the diagonal compressor are given for the first *** results show that the isentropic efficiency at the design point is 92.7%,the total pressure ratio is1.97,and the stable working range exceeds 20%,which meets the design requirements of the compressor for CAES and exceeds the overall performance of the previous compressors in the entire working range.

Parking difficulties have become a social issue that people have to *** parking system is practicable for quick par operations without a driver which can also greatly reduces the probability of parking *** paper proposes a Lyapunov-based nonlinear model predictive controller embedd.ng an instructable solution which is generated by the modified rear-wheel feedback method(RF-LNMPC)in order to improve the overall path tracking accuracy in parking ***,A discrete-time RF-LNMPC considering the position and attitude of the parking vehicle is proposed to increase the success rate of automated parking ***,the RF-LNMPC problem with a multi-objective cost function is solved by the Interior-Point Optimization,of which the iterative initial values are described as the instructable solutions calculated by combining modified rear-wheel feedback to improve the performance of local optimal ***,the details on the computation of the terminal constraint and terminal cost for the linear time-varying case is *** closed-loop stability is verified via Lyapunov techniques by considering the terminal constraint and terminal cost ***,the proposed RF-LNMPC is implemented on a selfdriving Lincoln MKZ platform and the experiment results have shown improved performance in parallel and vertical parking *** Monte Carlo analysis also demonstrates good stability and repeatability of the proposed method which can be applied in practical use in the near future.

Although solid-state lithium electrolytes have the potential to reduce the safety issues associated with organic liquid electrolytes,disadvantages such as low total conductivity,large interface impedance,and delamination of the interface due to cyclic stress still need to be *** solid-state lithium-ion conductor Li_(0.33)La_(0.56)TiO_(3)(LLTO) was prepared via a hydrothermal route by using CTAB as templates in this *** LLTO with micro-porous channels was obtained and the total conductivity is comparable to the non-porous *** LLTO pellets are infiltrated with the non-porous LLTO precursor solution,and the total conductivities of the infiltrated porous LLTO are all higher than those without *** infiltration,the porous LLTO calcined at 600℃ achieves the highest total conductivity,7.88×10^(-5) S/*** fracture toughness of the infiltrated LLTO is higher than that of the non-porous *** results demonstrate a new way to prepare solid-state lithium-ion conductors with high ionic conductivity and great tolerance to cyclic stress.

The accurate and efficient analysis of anisotropic heat conduction problems in complex composites is crucial for structural design and performance evaluation. Traditional numerical methods, such as the finite element method(FEM), often face a trade-off between calculation accuracy and efficiency. In this paper, we propose a quasi-smooth manifold element(QSME) method to address this challenge, and provide the accurate and efficient analysis of two-dimensional(2d) anisotropic heat conduction problems in composites with complex geometry. The QSME approach achieves high calculation precision by a high-order local approximation that ensures the first-order derivative *** results demonstrate that the QSME method is robust and stable, offering both high accuracy and efficiency in the heat conduction analysis. With the same degrees of freedom(dOFs), the QSME method can achieve at least an order of magnitude higher calculation accuracy than the traditional FEM. Additionally, under the same level of calculation error, the QSME method requires 10 times fewer dOFs than the traditional FEM. The versatility of the proposed QSME method extends beyond anisotropic heat conduction problems in complex composites. The proposed QSME method can also be applied to other problems, includ.ng fluid flows, mechanical analyses, and other multi-field coupled problems, provid.ng accurate and efficient numerical simulations.

The photoinduced dipole force(Pi dF) is an attractive force arising from the Coulombic interaction between the light-induced dipoles on the illuminated tip and the sample. It shows extreme sample-tip distance and refractive index dependence, which is promising for nanoscale infrared(IR) imaging of ultrathin samples. However, the existence of Pi dF in the mid-IR region has not been experimentally demonstrated due to the coexistence of photoinduced thermal force(Pi TF), typically one to two orders of magnitude higher than Pi dF. In this study, we demonstrate that, with the assistance of surface phonon polaritons, the Pi dF of c-quartz can be enhanced to surpass its Pi TF, enabling a clear observation of Pi dF spectra reflecting the properties of the real part of permittivity. Leveraging the detection of the Pi dF of phonon polaritonic substrate, we propose a strategy to enhance the sensitivity and contrast of photoinduced force responses in transmission images, facilitating the precise differentiation of the heterogeneous distribution of ultrathin samples.

Under the general trend of the rapid development of smart grids,data security and privacy are facing serious challenges;protecting the privacy data of single users under the premise of obtaining user-aggregated data has attracted widespread *** this study,we propose an encryption scheme on the basis of differential privacy for the problem of user privacy leakage when aggregating data from multiple smart ***,we use an improved homomorphic encryption method to realize the encryption aggregation of users’***,we propose a double-blind noise addition protocol to generate distributed noise through interaction between users and a cloud platform to prevent semi-honest participants from stealing data by collud.ng with one ***,the simulation results show that the proposed scheme can encrypt the transmission of multi-intelligent meter data under the premise of satisfying the differential privacy *** if an attacker has enough background knowledge,the security of the electricity information of one another can be ensured.
