The diurnal variation in the sun's altitude alters the red-to-blue light spectrum ratio under identical water *** study explores how juvenile steelhead trout(Oncorhynchus mykiss)(initial weight:34.67 g±2.69 g)responds to these fluctuating light conditions,focusing on growth,daily activity levels,and energy *** 16 weeks,the experiment was conducted to examine six lighting scenarios:12 h white light followed by 12 h darkness(12W);12 h blue light followed by 12 h darkness(12B);12 h red light followed by 12 h darkness(12R);1.5 h blue light,9 h red light,and again 1.5 h blue light followed by 12 h darkness(3B9R);3 h blue light,6h red light,and again 3 h blue light followed by 12 h darkness(6B6R);and 12 h combined blue and red lights followed by 12 h darkness(T12BR).The findings reveal that the 3B9R lighting condition notably enhanced specific growth rate(SGR),feed conversion efficiency(FCE),and growth energy allocation,while diminishing daily activity levels in steelhead ***,under the 6B6R condition,there was a significant reduction in SGR and FCE,indicating that growth was *** the 12R condition,despite the high activity and respiratory energy loss,the trout exhibited improved SGR and FCE with reduced fecal energy *** study suggests that 3B9R and 12R lighting conditions might be beneficial in commercial steelhead trout farming,potentially lowering costs and boosting *** results offer valuable insights for the application of supplementary lighting technology in salmon aquaculture.

目的:比较缬沙坦联合氨氯地平或氢氯噻嗪对老年高血压患者血压变异性及生活质量的影响。方法:纳入127例2、3级老年高血压患者,随机分为缬沙坦联合氨氯地平组(Val+Am组,64例)和缬沙坦联合氢氯噻嗪组(Val+Hyd组,63例),观察治疗前后各组血压昼夜节律及变异性、生活质量情况。结果:(1)两组治疗后24hSBP、DBP、SBPV、DBPV,白昼SBP、DBP、SBPV、DBPV,夜间、晨峰的SBP、DBP均明显下降(P<0.05或P<0.01);(2)与Val+Hyd组比较,Val+Am组24hSBP[(120.6±10.2)mmHg比(110.9±11.3)mmHg]、白昼SBP[(120.6±11.3)mmHg比(111.6±11.37)mmHg]、夜间SBP[(118.5±11.6)mmHg比(108.6±11.9)mmHg]、晨峰SBP[(26.2±13.7)mmHg比(23.0±10.4)mmHg]下降更显著(P<0.05或P<0.01);24hSBPV[(10.7±2.2)mmHg比(8.2±2.0)mmHg]、白昼SBPV[(10.4±1.9)mmHg比(8.1±2.1)mmHg]下降更显著(P均<0.01);生活质量的体力、精神健康,总体功能改善的百分比明显升高(P<0.05或<0.01)。结论:缬沙坦联合氨氯地平或氢氯噻嗪均能改善老年高血压患者血压变异性和生活质量,但缬沙坦联合氨氯地平效果更佳。

Probing the Néel Order in Altermagnetic RuO_(2) Films via X-Ray Magnetic Linear Dichroism

The emerging altermagnetic RuO_(2)with both compensated magnetic moments and broken time-reversal symmetry possesses nontrivial magneto-electronic responses and nonrelativistic spin currents that are closely related to the magnetic easy *** M_(3)-edge X-ray magnetic linear dichroism(XMLD)measurements were performed to probe the Néel order in RuO_(2).For epitaxial RuO_(2) films,characteristic XMLD signals were observed for either RuO_(2)(100)or RuO_(2)(110)at normal incidence or RuO_(2)(001)at oblique *** signals disappeared when the test temperature exceeded the Néel *** non-epitaxial RuO_(2) films,the flat lines in the XMLD patterns of RuO_(2)(100)and RuO_(2)(110)demonstrate that there is no in-plane uniaxial alignment of the Néel order in these samples because of the counterbalanced Néel order of the twin crystals,as evidenced by X-ray diffraction phi-scan *** experimental results unambiguously demonstrate antiferromagnetism in RuO_(2) films and reveal the spatial relation of the Néel order parallel to the RuO_(2)[001]crystalline *** findings deepen the understanding of RuO_(2) and other attractive altermagnetic materials used in the field of spintronics.

Modeling Bivariate Distribution of Wind Speed and Wind Shear for Height-Dependent Offshore Wind Energy Assessment

A joint statistical model of wind speed and wind shear is critical for height-dependent wind resource characteristic ***,given the different atmospheric conditions that may be involved,the statistical distribution of the two variables may show multimodal *** this work,a finite mixture bivariate statistical model was designed to describe the statistical properties,which is composed of several components,each with a Weibull distribution and a normal distribution for wind speed and wind shear,respectively,with a Gaussian copula to describe the dependency structure between the two *** confirm the developed model,reanalysis data from six positions in the coastal sea areas of China were *** results disclosed that the developed joint statistical model can accurately capture the different multimodal structures presented in all the bivariate samples under mixed atmospheric conditions,giving acceptable predictions of the joint probability *** consideration of wind shear coefficient variation is crucial in estimating height-dependent wind resource ***,unlike traditional methods that are limited to specific hub heights,the model developed here can estimate wind energy potential across different hub heights,enhancing the economic viability assessment of wind power projects.

Turbulent Agglomeration of Microparticles in a Cylinder Wake Flow Using LES-DEM:Focusing on the Effect of the Reynolds Number

Turbulent agglomeration is viewed as a promising technology for enhancing fine particle removal *** better understand particle transport,agglomeration behaviors,and fluid-particle interactions,we numerically explored these phenomena under cylindrical vortex wake influence using a coupled large eddy simulation and discrete element method(LES-DEM)*** validity of the LES approach was verified by comparison with available direct numerical simulation(DNS)*** adopted the Johnson-Kendall-Roberts(JKR)contact model for particle-particle *** particle dispersion and agglomeration characteristics of particles with different diameters(d_(p)=2-20μm)in the laminar and transition of shear layer(TrSL)flow regimes were *** particles were concentrated at the vortex centers,while larger particles accumulated around the *** agglomeration efficiency exhibited an M-shaped profile spanwise(y-direction).With increasing Reynolds number,the agglomeration efficiency and turbulence intensity *** particle agglomeration efficiency peaks at a certain Reynolds ***,at higher Reynolds numbers,reducing the residence time of particles in the flow field decreases the agglomeration efficiency.

Effect of lamellarization on the microstructure and mechanical properties of marine 10Ni5CrMoV steel

Multistage heat treatment involving quenching(Q),lamellarizing(L),and tempering(T)is applied to marine 10Ni5CrMoV *** microstructure and mechanical properties were studied by multiscale characterizations,and the kinetics of reverse austenite transformation,strain hardening behavior,and toughening mechanism were further *** lamellarized specimens possess low yield strength but high toughness,especially cryogenic *** leads to the development of film-like reversed austenite at the martensite block and lath boundaries,refining the martensite structure and lowering the equivalent grain *** analysis of austenite reversion based on the JMAK model shows that the isothermal transformation is dominated by the growth of reversed austenite,and the maximum transformation of reversed austenite is reached at the peak temperature(750℃).The strain hardening behavior based on the modified Crussard-Jaoul analysis indicates that the reversed austenite obtained from lamellarization reduces the proportion of martensite,significantly hindering crack propagation via martensitic transformation during the *** a consequence,the QLT specimens exhibit high machinability and low yield *** with the QT specimen,the ductile-brittle transition temperature of the QLT specimens decreases from-116 to-130℃due to the low equivalent grain size and reversed austenite,which increases the cleavage force required for crack propagation and absorbs the energy of external load,*** work provides an idea to improve the cryogenic toughness of marine 10Ni5CrMoV steel and lays a theoretical foundation for its industrial application and comprehensive performance improvement.

抗阻运动激活Piezo1/AMPK/PGC-1α缓解小鼠废用性骨骼肌萎缩

本研究旨在探究抗阻运动能否通过激活骨骼肌Piezo1/AMPK/PGC-1α信号通路,改善线粒体功能和促进肌生成,从而有效缓解废用性骨骼肌萎缩。采用8周龄雄性C57BL/6J小鼠,通过后肢石膏固定模拟废用性肌肉萎缩,并分为对照组、废用性肌萎缩组、废用性肌萎缩+抗阻运动组和废用性肌萎缩+抗阻运动+Piezo1抑制剂组。抗阻运动组进行为期8周的抗阻训练。通过Western印迹、免疫荧光染色、线粒体质量和功能检测等方法,评估骨骼肌质量、功能、线粒体状态和肌生成情况。抗阻运动使废用性肌萎缩小鼠的骨骼肌横截面积增加23%(P<0.01),骨骼肌相对质量增加11%(P<0.01)。抗阻运动使小鼠最长跑步距离平均增加206 m(P<0.01),最大承载力平均增加36.7g(P<0.01),平衡木爬行时间平均缩短1.5 s(P<0.01),同时上调了Piezo1、AMPK、PGC-1α的蛋白质表达水平(P<0.01)。此外,抗阻运动还增加了小鼠骨骼肌中MMP、TFAM、COXⅠ、CS、ATPB、ATPase、ATP、p-mTOR/mTOR、p-P70S6K/P70S6K、Pax7和MyoD的活性或蛋白质表达的水平(P<0.05,P<0.01)。而抑制Piezo1则降低了上述酶活性和蛋白质的表达水平(P<0.05,P<0.01)。抗阻运动通过激活Piezo1/AMPK/PGC-1α通路,提高了骨骼肌线粒体质量和功能,促进了蛋白质合成和肌生成,有效缓解了废用性骨骼肌萎缩。

为了确定绿色屋顶空间对健康的恢复作用,选取3种特定场景探索绿色屋顶空间的恢复性潜力。以华侨大学人-境交互实验屋顶花园不同类型空间为研究对象,通过开展实地研究,测量受试者在不同空间恢复前后心理感知和生理反馈指标的变化,探究屋顶花园空间感知与恢复绩效的关联性。结果表明:屋顶花园具有一定的恢复性潜力,不同开敞程度空间的恢复绩效具有显著性差异,其中以半开敞空间的恢复绩效最佳,其次是覆盖空间和开敞空间;环境感知评价对心理和生理恢复绩效有显著影响,尤其是心理感知层面。

目的:研究虫草素通过调控Wnt/β-连环蛋白(β-catenin)信号通路抑制大鼠肩袖损伤后脂肪浸润的作用及其机制,为临床治疗肩袖损伤提供理论依据。方法:SPF级雌性SD大鼠50只,随机选取10只作为正常组,采用冈上肌肌腱和肩胛上神经压迫建立肩袖损伤修复模型,将手术成功的大鼠按照随机区组设计分为模型组、虫草素低、中、高剂量组(20、40、80 mg·kg^(-1))。治疗6周后,采用步态分析评估大鼠肢体功能;油红O染色和马松(Masson)染色观察肌肉组织病理变化情况;酶联免疫吸附测定法(ELISA)检测血清中白细胞介素-1β(IL-1β)、白细胞介素-6(IL-6)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)含量;免疫组化(IHC)检测脂肪形成标记物氧化物酶体增殖物激活受体γ(PPARγ)和CCAAT增强子结合蛋白α(C/EBPα)蛋白的表达,实时荧光定量聚合酶链式反应(Real-time PCR)和蛋白免疫印迹法(Western blot)检测Wnt3a、Wnt10b、β-catenin mRNA和蛋白表达情况。结果:与正常组比较,模型组大鼠步幅长和爪印面积显著下降(P<0.01),湿肌质量减少比率明显升高、肌纤维横截面积明显下降(P<0.05),脂肪浸润面积比率下降、胶原纤维面积比率显著下降(P<0.01),IL-1β、IL-6和TNF-α含量明显上升(P<0.05),PPARγ、C/EBPα蛋白表达均显著升高(P<0.01),Wnt3a、Wnt10b、β-catenin mRNA和蛋白表达均明显降低(P<0.05,P<0.01);与模型组比较,虫草素低、中、高剂量组大鼠步幅长和爪印面积均显著升高(P<0.01),湿肌质量减少比率明显降低、肌纤维横截面积明显升高(P<0.05),脂肪浸润面积比率和胶原纤维面积比率明显升高(P<0.05,P<0.01),IL-1β、IL-6、TNF-α含量明显下降(P<0.05,P<0.01),PPARγ、C/EBPα蛋白表达均显著降低(P<0.01),Wnt3a、Wnt10b、β-catenin mRNA和蛋白表达均明显升高(P<0.05,P<0.01)。结论:虫草素能显著改善大鼠肢体功能,减轻大鼠肩袖肌肉萎缩、脂肪浸润及纤维化程度,并能抑制炎症反应,其机制与调控Wnt/β-catenin信号通路相关。

Carbon mitigation of buildings is critical to promote a net-zero *** international society has vigorously promoted“Net Zero Carbon Buildings”across the globe,and accounting for building carbon emissions is critical to support this *** carbon,which represents carbon emissions from the entire lifecycle of the buildings,is fundamental for realizing the idea of zero ***,only limited studies have been conducted so far that take into account the city *** paper aimed to act as a first try to account for the embodied carbon emissions in buildings in 2020 for the Guangdong-Hong Kong Macao Greater Bay Area in China(GBA).We integrated remote sensing techniques such as night-time light data(NLT)and building material flows analysis to calculate and spatialize the newly generated building material stocks(MS).Based on the MS data,we further applied life cycle assessment(LCA)to assess the embodied carbon in the *** results highlighted that over 163 million tons of embodied carbon in buildings of GBA are expected to be generated,from 497 million tons of newly generated building MS in *** embodied carbon in each life cycle stage is valuable for further lifecyclebased policy designs for:(i)supporting the updating of the green building certification system with consideration of the embodied carbon;(ii)promoting the green building material application and certification;and(iii)reducing the embodied carbon intensity from compact urban planning policy,such as the urban agglomeration policies in *** goal of this paper was to shed a light on reducing carbon emissions from the perspective of the entire lifecycle and promote the development of net zero carbon buildings in China and Asia-Pacific.
