Plasmonic metal nanomaterials with intrinsic surface–enhanced Raman scattering(SERS)and photothermal properties,especially AuAg nanoalloys with both the outstanding merits of Au and Ag nanocrystals,show huge application prospects in bacterial ***,the direct exposure of AuAg nanoalloys in external conditions probably cause undesirable reactions and poisonous metal ion leakage during SERS detection and photothermal antibacterial therapy process,which severely hinder bacterial theranostics ***,we report an ultrastable graphene–isolated AuAg nanoalloy(GAA)with AuAg core confined in few–layer graphitic shell as a versatile platform for bacterial detection and *** encapsulation of graphene ensures the good stability of AuAg core,that its superior SERS and photothermal properties are therefore further *** is used for SERS detection of two vital bacterial biomarkers(including corrosive cyanide and pyocyanin),exhibiting good SERS quantitative and multiplexing *** is further used for photothermal antibacterial therapy application,and ultrahigh antibacterial efficacies for both Gram–negative Escherichia coli and Gram–positive Staphylococcus aureus are achieved under 808 nm laser *** work proposes a valuable method to develop robust bacterial theranostic platform.

This study was conducted to investigate potential regulatory mechanisms of feed efficiency(FE)in sheep by linking rumen microbiota with its host by the multi-omics *** hundred and ninety-eight hybrid female sheep(initial body weight=30.88±4.57 kg;4-month-old)were selected as candidate *** test sheep was fed in an individual pen for 60 days,and the residual feed intake(RFI)was *** ten candidate sheep with the highest RFI were divided into the Low-FE group,and the ten with the lowest RFI were divided into the High-FE group,all selected for sample *** RFI,average daily gain and average daily feed intake were highly significantly different between the two experimental groups(P<0.05).Compared with Low-FE group,the insulin-like growth factor-1 and very low-density lipoprotein in serum and the propionate in rumen significantly increased in High-FE group(P<0.01),but the acetate:propionate ratio in rumen significantly decreased in High-FE group(P¼0.034).Metagenomics revealed Selenomonas ruminantium,Selenomonas *** Faecalibacterium prausnitzii were key bacteria,and increased abundance of the genes encoding the enzymes for cellulose degradation and production of propionate in High-FE *** results of proteomics and section showed the rumen papilla length and expression of carbonic anhydrase and Na^(+)/K^(+)-ATPase were significantly higher in High-FE group(P<0.05).On the other hand,the acetyl-CoA content significantly increased in the liver of High-FE group(P¼0.002).The relative expression levels of insulin-like growth factor-1 and apolipoprotein A4 genes were significantly up-regulated in the liver of High-FE group(P<0.05),but relative expression level of monoacylglycerol O-acyltransferase 3 gene was significantly down-regulated(P¼0.037).These findings provide the mechanism by which the collaborative interaction between rumen microbiota fermentation and host uptake and metabolism of fermentation products impacts feed efficiency tr

Vanadium disulfide(VS_(2)) as a typical two-dimensional transition metal chalcogenide has excellent competitiveness for sodium-ion storage due to its wide layer spacing(0.575 nm),high theoretical capacity of 932mAh·g^(-1) originating from multi-electron electrochemical ***,continuous sodiation process accompanied by crystal structural evolution and collapse cause rapid capacity ***,novel few-layer VS_(2)nanosheets with open(001) crystal planes are in-situ constructed on reduced graphene oxide to solve these issues mentioned *** indicates that few-layer VS_(2)provides more Na^(+) storage activity due to the low Na^(+)surface migration energy barrier on exposed crystal(001)*** flexible and high electronic conductivity of carbon matrix also effectively builds multi-level buffer structure and electron transport kinetics to boost the Na^(+)insertion/conversion reactive activity on VS_(2) as well as Na^(+) pseudocapacitance storage kinetics on edges and defects of nano *** coupling effects result in high rate capability and long cycling stability as a battery/capacitor *** delivers conspicuous high energy density of 81 and 40 Wh·kg^(-1) at power density of 118 and 10,286W·kg^(-1),as well as 80% energy retention rate after 5000cycles,confirming its great application potential in sodiumbased storage devices.

We perform the first lattice QCD study on the radiative decay of the scalar glueball to the vector mesonφin the quenched *** calculations are carried out on three gauge ensembles with different lattice spacings,which enable us to do the continuum *** first revisit the radiative J/ψdecay into the scalar glueball G and obtain the partial decay widthΓ(J/ψ→γG)=0.578(86)keV and the branching fraction Br(J/ψ→γG)=6.2(9)×10^(-3),which are in agreement with the previous lattice *** then extend the similar calculation to the process G→γφand get the partial decay widthΓ(G→γφ)=0.074(47)keV,which implies that the combined branching fraction of J/ψ→γG→γγφis as small as O(10^(-9))such that this process is hardly detected by the BESⅢexperiment even with the large J/ψsample of O(10^(10)).With the vector meson dominance model,the two-photon decay width of the scalar glueball is estimated to beΓ(G→γγ)=0.53(46)e V,which results in a large stickiness S(G)~O(10^(4))of the scalar glueball by assuming the stickiness of f_(2)(1270)to be one.

Initiation and Kinematic Process of Debris Flow with the Existence of Terraced Fields at the Sources

A debris flow,with terraced fields as the source area,broke out on June 25th,2018 in the Xiaotuga area of Yunnan Province,China,and this kind of debris flow is rarely *** purposes in this study:(1)the influence of flow drag force on slope stability;(2)back-analyze the movement process of debris ***,the geological background and movement of this debris flow were described based on a field ***,drag force,calculated by the laminar flow theory,is added to the slope stability calculation model,which elaborates the initiation process of this ***,dynamic simulation software(DAN3D)was used to simulate the kinematic process of the debris flow with a variety of combination *** study shows that the terrace area can quickly produce surface runoff and create a drag force under rainfall conditions,which is the essential reason for the initiation of debris *** addition,the use of the FVV(Frictional-Voellmy-Voellmy)model is found to provide the best performance in simulating this type of debris flow,which reveals that it lasts approximately 200 s and that the maximum velocity is 12 m/s.
