Lanthanide ions(Ln^(3+))doping provides a potential strategy to control over the luminescent properties of lead-free halide double perovskite nanocrystals(DP NCs).However,due to the low energy transfer efficiency between self-trapped exciton(STE)and Ln^(3+)ions,the characteristic emissions of Ln^(3+)ions are not ***,the energy transfer mechanism between STE and Ln^(3+)ions is also elusive and requires in-depth *** chose trace Bi^(3+)-doped Cs_(2)Ag_(0.6)Na_(0.4)InCl_(6-x)Br_(x) as a representative DP matrix to demonstrate that by tuning the bromide concentration,the Ln^(3+)emission can be greatly *** enhanced STE and Ln^(3+)ions energy transfer originates from the high covalency of Ln-Br bond,which contributes to improve ment of the characteristic emission of Ln^(3+)*** re,optical spectroscopy reveals that the energy transfer mechanism from DP to Eu^(3+)ions is different from all the other doped Ln^(3+)*** energy transfer from DP to Eu^(3+)ions is mostly through Eu-Br charge transfer while the other Ln^(3+)ions are excited by energy transfer from *** distinct energy transfer mechanism has resulted from the energy separation between the excited energy level of Ln^(3+)ions and the bottom of conduction band of *** increasing the energy separation,the energy transfer from STE to Ln^(3+)ions is less efficient because of the generation of a larger number of phonons and finally becomes impossible for Eu^(3+)*** results provide new insight into tuning the energy transfer of Ln^(3+)-doped DP NCs.

Streets Place-Making in Beijing’s Innovative Districts: From the Perspective of Public Assets and Property Rights

Around the globe, streets and sidewalks in cities are being contested as spaces that should be used for more than transportation. This paper analyzes street spaces as public goods, or their nature as a 'public pool,' from the perspective of property rights. After conducting a picture for the use of public street spaces in two innovative districts in Beijing via big data description and field investigation, this paper analyzes the use of public spaces from the perspective of property rights, spatial supply and demand, and the distribution and management of public goods. It further proposes three strategies for street design transformation, including refined management, design integrity, and planning priority transformation.

Precursor chemistry towards highly efficient and phase-stable red emitting CsPbI_(3) perovskite nanocrystals

All-inorganic cesium lead halide perovskite nanocrystals(CsPbX_(3),X=Cl,Br,I)have attracted considerable scientific and technological interest due to their precise bandgap tunability,high color purity and efficient ***,their poor stability in harsh conditions such as moisture,ultraviolet(UV)light irradiation and high temperature,is a major obstacle for their further commercial ***,by simply using a new type of precursor,namely“HPbX_(3)”(X=Cl,Br,I),we can achieve the coordination equilibrium for Pb precursors during reaction and obtain high-quality perovskite nanocrystals with tremendously enhanced luminous efficiency and chemical stability based on hot-injection *** prepared a-CsPbb nanocrystals exhibit an extremely high photoluminescence quantum yield of 96%and keep stable in air for more than two months without any post-synthesis ***,stability evaluations under UV light irradiation,water or thermal impact are also performed and the results show substantially improved stability of these nanocrystals as compared with the samples prepared using traditional Pbl_(2) as *** temperature-dependent(10-300 K)steady and transient spectral analysis combined with compositional measurements,it is revealed that the lower structural defect density,which is guaranteed by abundant halogen when using HPbX3 as precursor,is the most important reason for such performance enhancement.

Full-spectrum phosphor-converted white-light-emitting diodes(pc-WLED)are emerging as a mainstream technology in semiconductor ***,high-performance blue phosphor which can be excited efficiently by a 400 nm NUV diode chip is still ***,we present a blue-emitting Na_(3)KMg_(7)(PO_(4))6:Eu^(2+)phosphor synthesized by the solid-reaction ***,we find that the using of Li_(2)CO_(3)as flux can significantly improve the crystal quality and thus the emission efficiency of the ***,the excitation peak of the phosphor shifts from 365 to 400 nm,which is pivotal for efficient NUV(400 nm)diode chip *** practical Eu^(2+)concentration is also enhanced by using Li_(2)CO_(3)as flux,and the absorption efficiency is greatly *** phosphor exhibits superior PL thermal stability,namely retains 94%integrated photoluminescence intensity at 150℃of that at 25℃.As a result,the optimized phosphor shows an emission band peaked at 437 nm with a bandwidth of 40 nm and a high external photoluminescence quantum yield of 51.7%.Finally,a pc-WLED was fabricated by using NKMPO:Eu^(2+)blue,Sr_(2)SiO_(4):Eu^(2+)green,CaAlSiN_(3):Eu^(2+)red phosphors,and a 400 nm NUV diode *** shows a high color rendering index of R_(a)=96.4 and a correlated color temperature of 4358 *** results prove that NKMPO:Eu^(2+)is a promising blue phosphor for full-spectrum WLED based on NUV diode chips.

The development of highly efficient,solution-processable,and environmentally stable perovskite quantum dots(PQDs)is crucial for their accurate high-resolution patterning and subsequently enabling the practical deployment of PQD based emissive display *** study presents an innovative strategy for integrating all-inorganic PQDs and ultraviolet(UV)crosslinkable acrylate polymer at a structural and functional *** achievement is accomplished by meticulous design and one-pot synthesis of UV-crosslinkable CsPbX_(3)(X=Cl,Br,I)PQDs solution,which exhibit outstanding environmental *** the solution-processable characteristics of the resulting UV-crosslinkable PQDs,precise patterning of high-resolution(2μm,7608 pixels·in.^(-1))and colorful PQDs microarrays can be readily achieved through inkjet printing and high-throughput photolithography(~2μm in pitch line/space patterning).The UV cross-linked process guarantees a homogeneous distribution of PQDs,effectively mitigating coffee ring effect and improving the overall quality of stereoscopic *** photo-cured PQDs film,which undergoes free radical photopolymerization,displays an impressive photoluminescence quantum yield(PL QY)of up to 89.2%,reaching 98%of the value observed in the solution *** approach outlined in this research is both cost-effective and pragmatic,exhibiting tremendous promise for diverse system-level integrated optoelectronic devices,such as ultra-high-resolution micro-light-emitting device(micro-LED)displays.

合理设计高容量的新型电极材料是进一步提高离子电池能量密度的关键.石墨烯曾被认为是离子电池负极材料最有前景的候选者之一,然而因纯的石墨烯与相应离子的相互作用较弱,导致其理论比容量都不高.基于此,本文通过第一性原理评估氮氧(N,O)锚定的单原子铜掺杂石墨烯的二维材料Cu/NO_(2)G作为锂/钠/钾离子电池负极的可行性.计算结果显示,Cu/NO_(2)G在热力学和动力学上都是稳定的,在吸附Li/Na/K前后均保持良好导电性,并且Cu/NO_(2)G储存Li/Na/K的理论比容量分别高达1639.9 mAh/g,2025.8 mAh/g,1157.6 mAh/g,在Li/Na/K嵌入的过程中,其晶格常数变化微小(<1%),这预示着其循环稳定性能佳.此外,Li,Na,K在Cu/NO_(2)G表面上的迁移势垒分别为0.339 eV,0.209 eV和0.098 eV,表明其具有优异的倍率性能.综上所述,本文结果为合理设计金属单原子掺杂石墨烯作为碱金属离子电池的新型负极材料奠定了坚实的理论基础.本文数据集可在https://***/10.57760/sciencedb.j00213.00063中访问获取.

The international catering industry is a way to represent the international lifestyle of a *** study of the spatial distribution of international restaurants can reveal the sociological characteristics of the globalization-intensive areas within the city,and it is also the external manifestation of the degree of urban globalization and social *** the international restaurants of Chongqing as its research object,this paper adopts the DBSCAN algorithm to investigate the spatial distribution and social-cultural significance in respect of urban living in the context of *** is found that there are mainly four types of international restaurants in Chongqing,namely Western,Japanese,Korean,and Southeast Asian ***,the spatial distribution of international restaurants showcases that the restaurants mostly agglomerate in the urban core,and alongside Jichang Road(also the rail transit line 3).The spatial distribution of the international restaurants overlaps with local daily life space,but is separated from local industrial spaces;the clusters of fine dining restaurants and fast food restaurants are isolated from each *** restaurants are adjacent to commercial areas,transportation stations,universities,and tourist ***,the street corners,surroundings of banks,and shopping malls are considered micro-location factors for international restaurants.

From Comprehensive Defense to Resilient City: Strategic Conception of Shanghai's City Security in the New Normal

The trend of climate warming and deeper globalization is adding new content to urban risks in Shanghai, resulting in the adaption of traditional comprehensive defense planning to the new environment. Based on the resilient city theory, this paper proposes a transition for Shanghai from an original comprehensive defense to a resilient city vision through strategic framework and approaches from the three aspects of engineering technology, spatial defense, and social governance in the New Normal age. Meanwhile, it suggests that Shanghai should use information technology to enhance the level of risk monitoring and to improve engineering design standards; strengthen the resilience from the scales of "life circle-urban circle-municipal administrative area"; and innovate as well as improve the social safety governance.

Reflections and Practical Explorations of Rights in Street Design

Street is the public resource of the city. While the street design is seemingly a technical means for physical space, essentially it is the redistribution of urban space rights. This paper argues that street design should focus on the 'street right,' which can be divided into the right to pass and the right to stay, and it may as well be divided into permanent right and process right. Permanent right mainly includes property right and use right, and process right includes participation right and decision-making right. At present, there are many problems confronted by streets in China, such as uncoordinated division of property right between public and private parties, unfair spatial distribution neglecting the use right of slow traffic, less participation and no decision-making right for citizens during street design process, etc. Based on recent design practices in Shanghai, Xiamen, Shangyu, and several other cities, this paper explores strategies in terms of the coordination and integration of property right and space, fair distribution of street use right, and the public empowerment in street design.

Research on Urban Carbon Emission Inventory and Its Application in Planning

This paper systematically reviewed related studies on urban carbon emission inventory, and especially analyzed current studies on the urban greenhouse gas inventory in China. Through comparative studies of four cases, it systematically discusses the application of urban carbon emission inventory in low carbon urban planning as a response to climate change, it thus concluded that city planners in China have duty-bound obligations and responsibilities to apply low carbon ideas into urban and regional planning, and the in-depth study on greenhouse gas emission inventory is undoubtedly of great significance and scientific value to mitigate climate change.
