The fabrication of pure copper microstructures with submicron resolution has found a host of applications,such as 5G communications and highly sensitive *** tiny and complex features of these structures can enhance device performance during high-frequency ***,manufacturing pure copper microstructures remain *** this paper,we present localized electrochemical deposition micro additive manufacturing(LECD-μAM).This method combines localized electrochemical deposition(LECD)and closed-loop control of atomic force servo technology,which can effectively print helical springs and hollow *** further demonstrate an overall model based on pulsed microfluidics from a hollow cantilever LECD process and closed-loop control of an atomic force *** printing state of the micro-helical springs can be assessed by simultaneously detecting the Z-axis displacement and the deflection of the atomic force probe *** results showed that it took 361 s to print a helical spring with a wire length of 320.11μm at a deposition rate of 0.887μm s^(-1),which can be changed on the fly by simply tuning the extrusion pressure and the applied ***,the in situ nanoindenter was used to measure the compressive mechanical properties of the helical *** shear modulus of the helical spring material was about 60.8 GPa,much higher than that of bulk copper(~44.2 GPa).Additionally,the microscopic morphology and chemical composition of the spring were *** results delineate a new way of fabricating terahertz transmitter components and micro-helical antennas with LECD-μAM technology.

Structural and magnetic properties of single-stage hot deformed NdFeB magnets prepared by different initial densities

The effects of initial density on the magnetic properties of NdFeB magnets prepared by single-stage hot deformation were investigated in this work. The results show that the values of maximum energy product （BH）m and coercivity Hcj decrease with the increase of initial density. Under optimum condition, an anisotropic magnet with a maximum energy product of 264 kJ-m-3 was pro- duced using the initial density of 4.4 g-cm-3. The influence of initial density on the magnetic properties was discussed on the basis of microstructure and strain energy. It is concluded that the thicker platelet grains are obtained along the Nd2Fe14B base plane with the initial density increasing. It is mainly because that grain rotation is restricted by high strain energy, which results from high initial density.

大豆和玉米茬口对冬小麦根际土壤细菌群落结构和功能的影响

为探明黄淮海地区玉米茬口和大豆茬口微生物遗留效应的差异,于2023年在长达4 a(2019—2023年)的长期定位试验田中采集冬小麦拔节期的根际土壤样品,采用16S高通量测序技术并结合Tax4Fun2功能预测分析,研究玉米茬口(M)和大豆茬口(S)下冬小麦拔节期根际土壤细菌群落结构及功能对不施氮(N0)和常规施氮(N240,纯氮240 kg/hm2)共4个处理(MN0、SN0、MN240、SN240)的响应。结果表明,门水平下,变形菌门(Proteobacteria)、酸杆菌门(Acidobacteria)、拟杆菌门(Bacteroidetes)和放线菌门(Actinobacteriota)为冬小麦拔节期根际优势菌门,优势菌门相对丰度为66.66%~69.56%。N0施氮量S茬口的拟杆菌门相对丰度比M茬口显著增加了19.10%(P<0.05);N240施氮量S茬口的变形菌门相对丰度比M茬口显著增加了11.90%(P<0.05)。目水平下,Vicinamibacterales与伯克氏菌目(Burkholderiales)为优势菌目,优势菌目相对丰度为18.42%~19.68%。N0施氮量S茬口的Vicinamibacterales相对丰度比M茬口显著减少了13.69%(P<0.05),伯克氏菌目相对丰度显著增加了11.31%(P<0.05)。通过Tax4Fun2功能预测,与KEGG数据库对比发现,N0施氮量下新陈代谢分类中的7个二级功能途径相对丰度存在显著差异(P<0.05);进一步通过相关性分析发现,Vicinamibacterales和伯克氏菌目与氨基酸代谢途径存在极显著相关关系(P<0.01)。冬小麦土壤细菌有26个功能基因参与土壤氮循环途径,其中反硝化功能基因相对丰度最高。N0施氮量M茬口的norB、norC、nirS型反硝化功能基因相对丰度显著高于S茬口(P<0.05)。综上,不同施氮量下茬口均造成冬小麦拔节期根际土壤细菌群落结构发生变化,不同茬口通过改变根际土壤细菌群落结构进一步影响细菌群落氮代谢功能。

Human Detection for Video Surveillance in Hospital

This paper presents a human detection system in a vision-based hospital surveillance environment. The system is composed of three subsystems, i.e. background segmentation subsystem （BSS）, human feature extraction subsystem （HFES）, and human recognition subsystem （HRS）. The codebook background model is applied in the BSS, the histogram of oriented gradients （HOG） features are used in the HFES, and the support vector machine （SVM） classification is employed in the HRS. By means of the integration of these subsystems, the human detection in a vision-based hospital surveillance environment is performed. Experimental results show that the proposed system can effectively detect most of the people in hospital surveillance video sequences.

Impact of hydrothermal process on the nutrient ingredients of restaurant garbage

In order to recover the nutrient resource from restaurant garbage, a complete trial with 2 factors on 5 levels of experiments was carried out. The temperature and heating time are the main factors influencing on hydrothermal process （HP） by which improves the degradability and digestibility of the restaurant garbage favorably to make animal feeds or fertilizer. The results showed the variation of protein, saccharide, and oil in the garbage. It showed that protein dissolved and liquefied during hydrothermal process, which made organic nitrogen in solid phase transfer to liquid phase. After heating at 180℃ for 60min, organic nitrogen in liquid phase began to transform into ammonia. It also showed that hydrothermal process could promote the dextrinization, dissolution of the starch and its hydrolysis to reducing sugar, due to that starch in the restaurant garbage decreases and reducing sugar increases. When the temperature reached 140℃, the reducing sugar started to decrease due to chemical reactions. The cellulose was stable at 100-180℃. The floatable oil increased markedly in the hydrothermal process. The suitable condition for de-oil was observed at 160℃ heating for 80 min. Furthermore, the extraction of grease from the solid phase accords with first-order reaction dynamic model.

Simulation methodology development for rotating blade containment analysis

An experimental and numerical investigation on the aeroengine blade/case containment analysis is presented. Blade out containment capability analysis is an essential step in the new aeroengine design, but containment tests are time-consuming and incur significant costs; thus, developing a short-period and low-cost numerical method is warranted. Using explicit nonlinear dynamic finite element analysis software, the present study numerically investigated the high-speed impact process for simulated blade containment tests which were carried out on high-speed spin testing facility. A number of simulations were conducted using finite element models with different mesh sizes and different values of both the contact penalty factor and the friction coefficient. Detailed comparisons between the experimental and numerical results reveal that the mesh size and the friction coefficient have a considerable impact on the results produced. It is shown that a finer mesh will predict lower containment capability of the case, which is closer to the test data. A larger value of the friction coefficient also predicts lower containment capability. However, the contact penalty factor has little effect on the simulation results if it is large enough to avoid false penetration.

目的建立基于气相色谱-质谱联用技术(GC-MS)分析测定川麦冬块根及须根中多种可溶性糖组分的方法,并结合多元统计分析其可溶性糖组分差异。方法采用优化后甲氧基化-三甲基硅烷化两步衍生法结合GC-MS法测定18批川麦冬块根及须根中多种可溶性糖组分,结合主成分分析(principal component analysis,PCA)、正交偏最小二乘法判别分析(orthogonal partial least squares discrimimation analysis,OPLS-DA)和聚类热图分析等模型统计分析其组分差异,并根据含量换算块根及须根样品甜度值。结果在川麦冬块根和须根样品中鉴定了18种可溶性糖组分,对其中14种进行定量分析,川麦冬块根和须根样品中可溶性糖组分组成基本一致,14种可溶性糖总量平均值也基本一致(块根88.76 mg·g^(-1)vs.须根85.66 mg·g^(-1)),但各组分含量存在一定差异,其中须根中D-(-)-果糖含量较高,而块根中D-(+)-蔗糖较高。多元统计分析结果显示,通过可溶性糖组分测定可显著区分块根和须根。通过换算,块根和须根的甜度值差异较小。结论GC-MS法灵敏度高、精密度好、准确度高,能够将多种结构相似的可溶性单糖和二糖区分开,实现川麦冬块根和须根中多种可溶性糖的准确定性和定量,为麦冬不同部位的可溶性糖组分研究及其进一步开发利用提供了依据。

Overexpression of the steroidogenic acute regulatory protein increases the expression of ATP-binding cassette transporters in microvascular endothelial cells(bEnd.3)

Objective:To determine the effect of steroidogenic acute regulatory protein(StAR) overexpression on the levels of adenosine triphosphate(ATP)-binding cassette transporter A1(ABCA1) and ATP-binding cassette transporter G1(ABCG1) in an endothelial cell line(bEnd.3).Methods:The StAR gene was induced in bEnd.3 cells with adenovirus *** infection efficiency was detected by fluorescence activated cell sorter(FACS) and fluorescence *** expressions of StAR gene and protein levels were detected by real-time polymerase chain reaction(PCR) and Western *** gene and protein levels of ABCA1 and ABCG1 were detected by real-time PCR and Western blot after StAR ***:The result shows that StAR was successfully overexpressed in bEnd.3 cells by adenovirus *** mRNA and protein expressions of ABCA1 and ABCG1 were greatly increased by StAR overexpression in bEnd.3 ***:Overexpression of StAR increases ABCA1 and ABCG1 expressions in endothelial cells.
