Due to its properties of mutagenic,teratogenic,and carcinogenic,the detection of furazolidone(FZD)in aquaculture is of great importance for food safety and human health.In this study,molecularly imprinted fi lms modifi ed with carboxylated multi-walled carbon nanotube-phosphomolybdic acid composite were used to fabricate an electrochemical sensor for the determination of FZD.The nanocomposites were characterized using infrared spectroscopy,scanning electron microscopy,energy-dispersive X-ray spectroscopy,and X-ray diff raction.The electrochemical characteristics of the modifi ed electrodes were examined using electrochemical impedance spectroscopy,cyclic voltammetry,and diff erential pulse voltammetry.The sensor exhibited exceptional catalytic performance.The calibration curves were acquired in the concentration range of 6 nmol·L^(−1)to 0.6μmol·L^(−1),with a limit of detection of 3.38 nmol·L^(−1).Additionally,the sensor proved successful in recognizing FZD in shrimp samples with satisfactory recoveries and precision.The method provides a strategy to construct a molecularly imprinted electrochemical sensing platform using nanomaterials,which has great promise in the field of food safety.

Cancer is one of the deadliest diseases affecting the health of human beings. With limited therapeutic options available, complementary and alternative medicine has been widely adopted in cancer management and is increasingly becoming accepted by both patients and healthcare workers alike. Chinese medicine characterized by its unique diagnostic and treatment system is the most widely applied complementary and alternative medicine. It emphasizes symptoms and ZHENG(syndrome)-based treatment combined with contemporary disease diagnosis and further stratifies patients into individualized medicine subgroups. As a representative cancer with the highest degree of malignancy, pancreatic cancer is traditionally classified into the "amassment and accumulation". Emerging perspectives define the core pathogenesis of pancreatic cancer as "dampness-heat" and the respective treatment "clearing heat and resolving dampness" has been demonstrated to prolong survival in pancreatic cancer patients, as has been observed in many other cancers. This clinical advantage encourages an exploration of the essence of dampness-heat ZHENG(DHZ) in cancer and investigation into underlying mechanisms of action of herbal formulations against dampness-heat. However, at present, there is a lack of understanding of the molecular characteristics of DHZ in cancer and no standardized and widely accepted animal model to study this core syndrome in vivo. The shortage of animal models limits the ability to uncover the antitumor mechanisms of herbal medicines and to assess the safety profile of the natural products derived from them. This review summarizes the current research on DHZ in cancer in terms of the clinical aspects, molecular landscape, and animal models. This study aims to provide comprehensive insight that can be used for the establishment of a future standardized ZHENG-based cancer animal model.

PdAg/Al_(2)O_(3) were pretreated by CO and H2 reduction pretreatments,respectively.The reduced catalysts were tested for HCHO and CO oxidation and characterized by Brunner Emmet Teller(BET),X-ray diffraction(XRD),transmission electron microscopy(TEM),X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy(XPS)and oxygen temperature programmed desorption(O_(2)-TPD).These results indicate that the pretreatments have effect on PdAg reconstruction,PdAg particle size and active oxygen species,which are responsible for the catalytic performance.Compared with H2 reduction method,CO reduction is more suitable for PdAg/Al_(2)O_(3) pretreatment.PdAg/Al_(2)O_(3)-CO exhibited better catalytic performance.

AIM:To assess the performance of macular ganglion cell-inner plexiform layer thickness(mGCIPLT)and 10-2 visual field(VF)parameters in detecting early glaucoma and evaluating the severity of advanced glaucoma.METHODS:Totally 127 eyes from 89 participants(36 eyes of 19 healthy participants,45 eyes of 31 early glaucoma patients and 46 eyes of 39 advanced glaucoma patients)were included.The relationships between the optical coherence tomography(OCT)-derived parameters and VF sensitivity were determined.Patients with early glaucoma were divided into eyes with or without central 10°of the VF damages(CVFDs),and the diagnostic performances of OCT-derived parameters were assessed.RESULTS:In early glaucoma,the mGCIPLT was significantly correlated with 10-2 VF pattern standard deviation(PSD;with average mGCIPLT:β=-0.046,95%CI,-0.067 to-0.024,P<0.001).In advanced glaucoma,the mGCIPLT was related to the 24-2 VF mean deviation(MD;with average mGCIPLT:β=0.397,95%CI,0.199 to 0.595,P<0.001),10-2 VF MD(with average mGCIPLT:β=0.762,95%CI,0.485 to 1.038,P<0.001)and 24-2 VF PSD(with average mGCIPLT:β=0.244,95%CI,0.124 to 0.364,P<0.001).Except for the minimum and superotemporal mGCIPLT,the decrease of mGCIPLT in early glaucomatous eyes with CVFDs was more severe than that of early glaucomatous eyes without CVFDs.The area under the curve(AUC)of the average mGCIPLT(AUC=0.949,95%CI,0.868 to 0.982)was greater than that of the average circumpapillary retinal nerve fiber layer thickness(cpRNFLT;AUC=0.827,95%CI,0.674 to 0.918)and rim area(AUC=0.799,95%CI,0.610 to 0.907)in early glaucomatous eyes with CVFDs versus normal eyes.CONCLUSION:The 10-2 VF and mGCIPLT parameters are complementary to 24-2 VF,cpRNFLT and ONH parameters,especially in detecting early glaucoma with CVFDs and evaluating the severity of advanced glaucoma in group level.

Task-based Language Teaching(TBLT)research has provided ample evidence that cognitive complexity is an important aspect of task design that influences learner’s performance in terms of fluency,accuracy,and syntactic complexity.Despite the substantial number of empirical investigations into task complexity in journal articles,storyline complexity,one of the features of it,is scarcely investigated.Previous research mainly focused on the impact of storyline complexity on learners’oral performance,but the impact on learners’written performance is less investigated.Thus,this study aims at investigating the effects of narrative complexity of storyline on senior high school students’written performance,as displayed by its complexity,fluency,and accuracy.The present study has important pedagogical implications.That is,task design and assessment should make a distinction between different types of narrative tasks.For example,the task with single or dual storyline.Results on task complexity may contribute to informing the pedagogical choices made by teachers when prioritizing work with a specific linguistic dimension.

“非洲独龙玉”是近年来滇西珠宝市场上涌现的新兴玉石品种。其鲜艳绿色呈脉状和团絮状分布于无色至灰白色基体上,局部存在红褐色。品质优于云南怒江州“独龙玉”,市场前景引起业界广泛关注,但其宝石学特征及矿物种属尚不清楚。运用红外光谱仪、拉曼光谱仪、X射线粉晶衍射仪、扫描电子显微镜及能谱、X射线荧光光谱仪、紫外-可见光谱仪等测试方法对其矿物组成及结构特征、化学成分、谱学特征及颜色成因等进行了研究。红外光谱测试表明该玉石的绿色部分显示白云母与石英的红外特征混合谱,其中3623、694、1080和1619 cm^(-1)处特征吸收峰指示白云母。拉曼光谱测试显示玉石基体部分在204、262、355、395和463 cm^(-1)处具α-石英特征峰,绿色部分在261、395、694、3623 cm^(-1)处具白云母特征峰,表面金属光泽矿物在343、379和437 cm^(-1)处具黄铁矿特征峰,局部浸染状橙黄-红褐色矿物在224、295、409、493和610 cm^(-1)处具赤铁矿特征峰。X射线粉晶衍射测试在3.48、2.98、2.56处特征衍射峰指示为2M 1型白云母。扫描电子显微镜及能谱面扫描显示白云母呈纤柱状、鳞片状集合体,单颗粒长约25~40μm,宽约2~4μm;少量杂质矿物辉砷镍矿呈近似立方体晶形,粒径约为10~15μm,由黄铁矿蚀变作用形成,其中Fe、Co部分类质同像替代Ni,As含量高于S,指示为高温热液矿床成因。综合化学成分及紫外-可见光谱特征表明,致色矿物白云母含Ba、Cr,不含Fe,其中Cr为致色元素。除颜色特征外,利用多种谱学的方法揭示了“非洲独龙玉”与云南怒江“独龙玉”在杂质矿物、化学成分及致色元素方面的差异,可作为区分二者的有效证据,同时丰富了天然绿色石英质玉的成分信息和谱学特征数据,亦为进一步做“非洲独龙玉”的产地溯源及成矿地质条件背景研究奠定了理论基础。

BACKGROUND Xanthomatosis,a metabolic disorder causing yellow growths(xanthomas),poses challenges in lipid metabolism.This case study introduces the first documented instance within China's Yi population,emphasizing the need to explore dietary habits and treatment strategies tailored to this specific community.CASE SUMMARY Xanthomatosis is a metabolic disorder where lipid metabolism goes awry,resulting in the development of yellowish growths called xanthomas.A male patient,47 years of age,from China's Yi population,who is obese,visited our dermatology clinic complaining of widespread,non-painful rashes that have been present for two weeks.The patient works as a chef and has a diet that frequently includes oily and greasy foods.This case represents the initial documentation of xanthomatosis within the Yi population in China,offering a theoretical foundation for understanding dietary patterns and treatment options specific to the Yi community.CONCLUSION The first report of xanthomatosis in the Yi population in China lays a theoretical foundation for understanding Yi dietary patterns and treatment.

Due to the low concentration of indoor air contaminants, photocatalytic technology shows low efficiency for indoor air purification. The application of TiO2 for photocatalytic removal of formaldehyde is limited, because TiO2 can only absorb ultraviolet （UV） light. Immobilization of TiO2 nanoparticles on the surface of graphene can improve the visible light photocatalytic activity and the adsorption capacity. In this study, rGO （reduced graphene oxide）/TiO2 was synthesized through a hydrotherrnal method using titanium tetrabutoxide and graphene oxide as precursors, and was used for the degradation of low concentration formaldehyde in indoor air under visible light illumination. Characterization of the crystalline structure and morphology of rGO/TiO2 revealed that most GO was reduced to rGO during the hydrothermal treatment, and anatase TiO2 nanoparticles （with particle size of 15-30 nm） were dispersed well on the surface of the rGO sheets, rGO/TiO2 exhibited excellent photocatalyfic activity for degradation of formaldehyde in indoor air and this can be attributed to the role ofrGO, which can act as the electron sink and transporter for separating photo-generated electron-hole pairs through interfacial charge transfer. Furthermore, rGO could adsorb formaldehyde molecules from air to produce a high concentration of formaldehyde on the surface of rGO/ TiO2. Under visible light irradiation for 240 min, the concentration of formaldehyde could be reduced to 58.5 ppbV. rGO/TiO2 showed excellent moisture-resistance behavior, and after five cycles, rGO/TiO2 maintained high photocatalytic activity for the removal of formaldehyde （84.6%）. This work suggests that the synthesized rGO/TiO2 is a promising photocatalyst for indoor formaldehyde removal.

Business processes often involve operational processes,contracts,and regulations.The modeling of such processes must address regulation monitoring and enforcement and maintain a reliable history of data for evidence.This study proposes modeling business processes as chaincode(CC)on permissioned blockchains(BCs).The challenges encountered by the proposed approach are state synchronizations among distributed nodes(called authnodes)and realtime requirements.This study separates CC executions from the state management of multiple BCs and demonstrates the validity of the proposed approach with a payment authorization system at a Chinese bank.

基于网络药理学探讨桂枝甘草汤(Guizhi Gancao Decoction,GGD)对心肌缺血再灌注损伤(myocardial ischemia-reperfusion injury,MI/RI)大鼠的保护作用及可能的药理机制。首先通过中药系统药理学数据库与分析平台(Traditional Chinese Medicine Systems Pharmacology Database and Analysis Platform,TCMSP)、SwissTargetPrediction数据库和文献检索获取GGD抗MI/RI的化学成分及作用靶点,采用STRING数据库和Cytoscape 3.7.2软件对交集靶点进行蛋白-蛋白相互作用(protein-protein interaction,PPI)网络分析,对核心靶点进行基因本体(Gene Ontology,GO)和京都基因组百科全书(Kyoto Encyclopedia of Genes and Genomes,KEGG)富集分析,并构建“药物-核心成分-靶点-通路”网络,采用AutoDock Vina软件对主要活性成分与关键靶点进行分子对接验证。然后构建MI/RI大鼠模型,观察大鼠心肌梗死面积变化,苏木素-伊红(hematoxylin-eosin,HE)染色和透射电子显微镜(transmission electron microscope,TEM)检测心肌细胞病理和超微结构改变,蛋白免疫印迹(Western blot,WB)检测心肌组织相关蛋白表达。从GGD中筛选得到75个活性成分,对应318个治疗MI/RI靶点。PPI筛选得到肿瘤蛋白p53基因(tumor protein p53,TP53)、丝氨酸/苏氨酸激酶3(serine/threonine kinase 1,AKT1)、信号传导及转录激活蛋白(signal transducer and activator of transcription,STAT3)、非受体酪氨酸激酶(non-receptor tyrosine kinase,SRC)、丝裂原活化蛋白激酶1(mitogen-activated protein kinase 1,MAPK1)、丝裂原活化蛋白激酶3(mitogen-activated protein kinase 3,MAPK3)、肿瘤坏死因子(tumor necrosis factor,TNF)等46个核心靶点。GO和KEGG富集分析得知,核心靶点主要影响细胞增殖和迁移、信号转导、细胞凋亡、转录过程,涉及癌症、糖尿病并发症中的高级糖基化终末产物-受体(advanced glycation end products-receptor,AGERAGE)、MAPK等信号通路。分子对接结果显示,GGD核心成分肉桂醛、儿茶素和甘草查尔酮A与MAPK1、MAPK3等核心靶点均具有较好的结合活性。动物实验结果显示,GGD能够显著减少心肌梗死面积,提高MI/RI大鼠超氧化物歧化酶(superoxide dismutase,SOD)水平,同时降低丙二醛(malondialdehyde,MDA)、乳酸脱氢酶(lactatedehydrogenase,LDH)、肌酸激酶同工酶(creatine kinase isoenzymes,CK-MB)水平;HE染色和TEM结果显示,模型组大鼠经GGD预处理后心肌细胞结构恢复正常,病理状态和线粒体超微结构损伤有所改善,且两药合用效果优于单用。WB结果显示GGD可显著下调心肌组织c-Jun氨基末端激酶(c-Jun N-terminal kinase,JNK)、酪氨酸磷酸蛋白激酶(tyrosine phosphoprotein kinase,p38)和上调细胞外调节蛋白激酶1/2(extracellular regulated protein kinases 1/2,ERK1/2)蛋白的磷酸化水平。结果表明,GGD可能通过桂枝、甘草的协同作用调控MAPK信号通路,发挥抗MI/RI作用。
