Zircon u-Pb age,geochemical and Nd isotopic data of Middle jurassic high-Mg dioritic dike in liaodong Peninsula,NE China

Zircon LA-iCP-MS u-Pb age,geochemical and Nd isotopic data are presented for a newly recognized high-Mg dioritic dike from Haicheng,liaodong Peninsula,NE China,to constrain its petrogenesis. The zircons from the high-Mg diorite exhibit striped absorption and oscillatory growth zoning in the cathodoluminescence( CL) images,and have high Th/u ratios( 0. 05--0. 9),indicating a magma origin. Zircon LA-iCP-MS u-Pb dating indicates that206 Pb /238 u ages of 12 spots of zircons are between 167 Ma and 178 Ma,yielding a weighted mean206 Pb /238 u age of 172 ± 2 Ma( MSWD = 4. 1),which represents the forming age of the high-Mg dioritic dike,i. e. Middle jurassic. Geochemically,the samples have SiO2= 55. 4--60. 6 wt. %,Na2 O = 2. 2--2. 76 wt. %,K2 O = 1. 32--2. 02 wt. % and( Na2 O + K2O) = 3. 82--4. 47 wt. %,belonging to sub-alkaline series and displaying a calc-alkaline evolutionary trend. They are characterized by high MgO( 4. 75--6. 85 wt. %),Mg#( 55--61),Cr( 130--262 ppm),Ni( 63--130 ppm),Sr( 568--857 ppm),and Ba( 484--1 130 ppm) contents,with geochemical features analogous to those of high-Mg adakites. They show variable εNd( t) values(-1. 3 to- 3. 9),with a weighted value of- 2. 7,which plot intermediately between the field of the ancient continental crust and the depleted mantle source,indicating that both the lower crust and mantle source are necessary for the generation of the parent magma of the Haicheng high-Mg diorites. The Haicheng high-Mg dioritic dike in the liaodong Peninsula and the jurassic magmatism in the eastern North China Craton formed under a continental crustal thickening setting that may be related to subduction of the Paleo-Pacific oceanic plate.

利用改进的非参数统计检验Mann-Kendall(MK)方法进行序列趋势检验时,因考虑了时间序列自相关性的影响而使检验结果更趋严格。本文采用MK法及改进的MK法对新疆地区41站1961-2010及2015-2099年主要经济作物棉花和甜菜需水量ETc和相关气候要素的变化趋势进行了检验,探讨了序列自相关性对ETc趋势检验结果的影响,并给出了各站及全疆ETc的变化趋势。结果表明:1)当自相关阶数大于0时,应采用改进MK法判断ETc的变化趋势;2)1961-2010棉花和甜菜的ETc具有一定的相依结构,2015-2099年棉花的ETc具有非常明显的长程相关性,但2015-2099年甜菜的ETc均具有时间独立性;3)无论对于棉花还是甜菜ETc,各站点Sen斜率和线性斜率值很接近,满足极好的线性关系,表明两者在反映趋势幅度时具有高度一致性;4)ETc序列是否存在相依性对于趋势显著性有重要影响,最终的趋势检验需用MK法和改进的MK法综合判断。1961-2010和2015-2099年棉花和甜菜的ETc在多数站点呈下降趋势,但其显著性各异。ETc序列的下降说明未来新疆棉花和甜菜用水需求降低,遭受干旱的风险降低。棉花及甜菜ETc的趋势特征对于气候变化背景下干旱-半干旱区作物灌溉制度的制定和防灾抗旱有重要参考价值。

灯盏花素调控MiCA基因表达对人肾小管上皮细胞缺氧再给氧损伤的保护作用

目的观察灯盏花素提取液对人肾小管细胞(HK-2)缺氧再给氧(hypoxia/re-oxygenation,H/R)损伤的保护作用,探讨其可能的治疗作用及保护机理。方法建立HK-2体外H/R损伤模型。随机分为3组:对照组、缺氧组、灯盏花素组(灯盏花素预处理+缺氧)。在缺氧16 h后设立4个时间点:复氧0、4、8、16 h。倒置显微镜下观察细胞的形态学改变,荧光定量和流式检测各组HK-2 MiCA分子和蛋白水平的表达,乳酸脱氢酶释放法测定NK细胞对HK-2的杀伤能力。结果与对照组相比,缺氧组HK-2细胞MiCA转录水平和蛋白表达水平在缺氧16 h后显著升高,于复氧8 h达峰值后逐渐下降,并于复氧16 h后恢复正常。NK细胞对H/R处理的HK-2细胞的杀伤活性与MiCA的表达变化呈正相关。与缺氧组相比,灯盏花素组显著降低H/R处理的HK-2细胞MiCA的表达和NK细胞对其的杀伤活性。结论在iRi过程中,下调H/R处理的HK-2细胞的MiCA,从而抑制NK细胞对其的杀伤活性,可能是灯盏花素抗氧化应激和增强抗氧化防御功能的有效机制之一。

ZSM-5@Silicalite-1核壳材料由于其表面纯硅Silicalite-1分子筛能够有效覆盖ZSM-5分子筛表面的酸性位,从而抑制外表面积炭反应,提高其在甲醇转化、烯烃裂解、烷基化等反应中的稳定性及特定产物选择性。但是,ZSM-5@Silicalite-1核壳材料合成需使用有机胺模板剂导向合成,且合成体系采用较高的H_(2)O/SiO_(2)摩尔比(n(H_(2)O)/n(SiO_(2))>120),带来成本高、产量低、废水多等难题。因此,提出了一种无有机胺模板剂绿色合成ZSM-5@Silicalite-1的新策略,该方法以ZSM-5沸石分子筛为晶种,以乙醇作为孔道填充剂,采用研磨的方法成功制备ZSM-5@Silicalite-1核壳材料;采用XRD、SEM、物理吸附、XPS等表征手段进行分析,并考察了n(Na_(2)O)/n(SiO_(2))、n(C_(2)H_(5)OH)/n(SiO_(2))、晶种类型以及晶化时间等参数对合成ZSM-5@Silicalite-1的影响。结果表明,无有机胺模板剂法合成的ZSM-5@Silicalite-1分子筛不仅样品收率高且具有较高的结晶度和规整的形貌。当n(Na_(2)O)/n(SiO_(2))=0.035、n(C_(2)H_(5)OH)/n(SiO_(2))=1.62、晶化时间为48 h时,ZSM-5@Silicalite-1核壳材料的结晶度最高。

Two-Qubit Geometric Gates Based on Ground-State Blockade of Rydberg Atoms

We achieve the robust nonadiabatic holonomic two-qubit controlled gate in one step based on the groundstate blockade mechanism between two Rydberg atoms. By using the Rydberg-blockade effect and the Raman transition mechanism, we can produce the blockade effect of double occupation of the corresponding ground state,i.e., ground-state blockade, to encode the computational subspace into the ground state, thus effectively avoiding the spontaneous emission of the excited Rydberg state. On the other hand, the feature of geometric quantum computation independent of the evolutionary details makes the scheme robust to control errors. in this way,the controlled quantum gate constructed by our scheme not only greatly reduces the gate infidelity caused by spontaneous emission but is also robust to control errors.

Optical polarization characteristics for AlGaN-based light-emitting diodes with AlGaN multilayer structure as well layer

The optical properties of AlGaN-based quantum well(QW)structure with two coupled thin well layers are investigated by the six-by-six K-P *** with the conventional structure,the new structure,especially the one with lower Al-content in the barrier layer,can enhance the TE-/TM-polarized total spontaneous emission rate due to the strong quantum confinement and wide recombination *** the conventional QW structure,the reduction of well thickness can lead the degree of polarization(DOP)to decrease and the internal quantum efficiency(iQE)to *** using the coupled thin well layers,the DOP for the structure with high Al-content in the barrier layer can be improved,while the DOP will further decrease with low Al-content in the barrier *** can be attributed to the band adjustment induced by the combination of barrier height and well layer *** iQE can also be further enhanced to 14.8%-20.5%for various Al-content of barrier layer at j=100 A/cm^(2).in addition,the efficiency droop effect can be expected to be suppressed compared with the conventional structure.

内蒙古兴安盟杜尔基地区花岗岩岩石学及锆石u-Pb年龄

内蒙古兴安盟杜尔基地区花岗岩位于大兴安岭中南段,大地构造位置上处于古亚洲洋构造域、蒙古—鄂霍茨克洋构造域和滨西太平洋构造域的叠加部位。该区域集中保存了大量与造山事件有关的构造和岩浆记录,是研究大兴安岭地区造山过程、演化及后期造山作用叠加和改造的理想地区。杜尔基花岗岩主要由中细粒二长花岗岩、中粗粒二长花岗岩、正长花岗岩、二长花岗斑岩组成。从主量元素上看,杜尔基地区花岗岩属于过铝质高钾钙碱性系列,整体呈现高硅、高碱、过铝、低钙的特征。岩体中SiO_2含量大于72%,表现为高分异花岗岩的特征。黑云母是本地区花岗岩中主要的暗色矿物,P_2O_5与SiO_2呈现负相关性,这些特征指示杜尔基地区花岗岩具有Ⅰ型岩浆岩的特点。本文采用了激光剥蚀电感耦合等离子质谱(LA-iCP-MS)技术,对杜尔基地区花岗岩中的锆石进行u-Pb同位素测试。测试结果表明,位于杜尔基镇北侧中细粒二长花岗岩岩体的侵位年龄为(131.5±0.3)Ma;位于杜尔基镇中部的正长花岗岩体岩的侵位年龄为(213±1)Ma,其中并含有一定量的(238±2)Ma的年龄信息,为捕掳锆石,表明在正长花岗岩侵位之前可能还存在一期238 Ma的岩浆活动;位于杜尔基镇西侧的正长花岗岩岩体的侵位年龄为(131±1)Ma,其中含有一定量的(150±1)Ma的年龄信息,为捕掳锆石,表明在正长花岗岩侵位前存在一期较早的岩浆活动。可将杜尔基地区花岗岩岩浆活动划分为3期:中晚三叠世(213 Ma),晚侏罗世(150 Ma),早白垩世(130Ma)。杜尔基岩体所呈现的3期岩浆活动,均指示了一个拉张的构造背景,而缺少与俯冲相关的岩浆活动。从年龄上看,杜尔基岩体总体缺少早侏罗纪的岩浆活动,因而与其周边的孟恩陶勒盖锌铅银矿具有成因上的联系的可能性不大。
