Alzheimer's disease is characterized by deposition of amyloid-β,which forms extracellular neuritic plaques,and accumulation of hyperphosphorylated tau,which aggregates to form intraneuronal neurofibrillary tangles,in the *** NLRP3 inflammasome may play a role in the transition from amyloid-βdeposition to tau phosphorylation and *** NLRP3 is primarily found in brain microgli.,and tau is predominantly located in neurons,it has been suggested that NLRP3 expressed by microgli. indirectly triggers tau phosphorylation by upregulating the expression of pro-inflammatory ***,we found that neurons also express NLRP3 in vitro and in vivo,and that neuronal NLRP3 regulates tau *** biochemical methods,we mapped the minimal NLRP3 promoter and identified FUBP3 as a transcription factor regulating NLRP3 expression in *** primary neurons and the neuroblastoma cell li.e Neuro2A,FUBP3 is required for endogenous NLRP3 expression and tau phosphorylation only when amyloid-βis *** the brains of aged wild-type mice and a mouse model of Alzheimer's disease,FUBP3 expression was markedly increased in cortical *** analysis suggested that FUBP3 plays a role in neuron-mediated immune *** also found that FUBP3 trimmed the 5′end of DNA fragments that it bound,implying that FUBP3 functions in stress-induced *** findings suggest that neuronal NLRP3 may be more directly involved in the amyloid-β-to–phospho-tau transition than microgli.l NLRP3,and that amyloid-βfundamentally alters the regulatory mechanism of NLRP3 expression in *** that FUBP3 was only expressed at low levels in young wild-type mice and was strongly upregulated in the brains of aged mice and Alzheimer's disease mice,FUBP3 could be a safe therapeutic target for preventing Alzheimer's disease progression.

Demonstrate that the key factor to determine the activity of reconstructed surfaces is the surface chemistry, instead of reconstruction degree using the popular perovskite LaNi1-xFexO3 oxides as model *** content can influence both the surface reconstruction degree, the activation degree, and the activity of reconstructed *** oxygen evolution reaction activity of reconstructed catalysts is primarily governed by the chemistry of the reconstructed surface species. Water spli.ting hinges crucially on the availabili.y of electrocatalysts for the oxygen evolution reaction. The surface reconstruction has been widely observed in perovskite catalysts, and the reconstruction degree has been often correlated with the activity enhancement. Here, a systematic study on the roles of Fe substitution in activation of perovskite LaNiO3 is reported. The substituting Fe content influences both current change tendency and surface reconstruction degree. LaNi0.9Fe0.1O3 is found exhibiting a volcano-peak intrinsic activity in both pristine and reconstructed among all substituted perovskites in the LaNi1-xFexO3 (x = 0.00, 0.10, 0.25, 0.50, 0.75, 1.00) series. The reconstructed LaNi0.9Fe0.1O3 shows a higher intrinsic activity than most reported NiFe-based catalysts. Besides, density functional theory calculations reveal that Fe substitution can lower the O 2p level, which thus stabili.e lattice oxygen in LaNi0.9Fe0.1O3 and ensure its long-term stabili.y. Furthermore, it is vital interesting that activity of the reconstructed catalysts reli.d more on the surface chemistry rather than the reconstruction degree. The effect of Fe on the degree of surface reconstruction of the perovskite is decoupled from that on its activity enhancement after surface reconstruction. This finding showcases the importance to customize the surface chemistry of reconstructed catalysts for water oxidation.

随着个人图像数量日益增加,云服务开始在图像存储方面发挥重要作用.然而,将图像上传到云端将会面临隐私威胁.传统的加密方案对图像进行简单加密就可以保护图像隐私,但它牺牲了图像内容的可用性.近年来,缩略图保留加密(thumbnail preserving encryption,TPE)被提出,通过加密后保持缩略图不变使云中图像在不被非法第三方肉眼识别的同时能对用户具有可用性.但是现有的TPE方案没有考虑到机器学习对图像的隐私威胁.基于此,提出了一种新的TPE方案,该方案在加密过程中从对抗深度学习模型识别图像这一全新的角度出发,提高了保护图像隐私信息的能力.实验表明,所提出的方案能够在图像对用户具有可用性的同时抵抗人类肉眼和深度神经网络识别图像.

Strategic integration of 2D perovskite and chiral quantum dot hybrid heterostructures for superior CPL detection

Circularly polarized li.ht（CPL） detection has garnered significant research interest due to its extensive appli.ations in optoelectronics and quantum *** perovskites possess CPL detection capabili.ies due to their inherent ***,incorporating organic amine spacers distorts the crystal lattice,resulting in defects that reduce the sensitivity of CPL *** study introduces the concept of chiral superposition for the first time,reporting two mixed heterostructures composed of two-dimensional（2D） chiral perovskite（R/S-MBA）2MAPb2I7（R/S）,chiral quantum dots（R/S-MBA）-CsPbBr3（R/SQD）,and chiral carbon dots（Ch-CDs）.The addition of chiral quantum dots/Ch-CDs fills the defects of the chiral perovskite films and reduces the electron-hole recombination rate in chiral hybrid perovskites,thereby significantly enhancing the circularly polarized sensitivity of the CPL *** adjusting the concentration of chiral quantum dots,controllabili.y of spin electron transfer is achieved,which has a notable impact on circular dichroism（CD） and anisotropy factor *** anisotropy factor glhpof the mixed heterostructure R/S-R/SQD is approximately 21.58 times higher than that of single-phase chiral perovskites,and the asymmetry factor gCDincreases ***,this work opens up a new effective pathway for achieving high-sensitivity CPL detection,with promising appli.ations in optoelectronic technologies such as spin information communication and quantum optics.

Infrared radiation simulation of exhaust system by coupli.g FVM with narrow band k-distribution

A three-dimensional infrared radiation code for exhaust system was developed by the finite volume method coupled with narrow band k-distribution in non-gray absorbing-emitting *** final infrared signature had considered the atmosphere effect,and the simulation values were favorably consistent with testing *** results indicate that the relative errors considering the effect of atmosphere compared with that of the contrary condition reduce by 31%,it shows that when simulating the infrared radiation of the target which is received by the infrared detectors,even the calculation band is in atmospheric windows 3～5 μm,the effect of atmospheric transmission on infrared signature of the target should not be neglected.
