目的仿荷藕结构及功能,制备一种自分层防腐涂料。方法合成聚氨酯改性环氧树脂(PU/EP)及氟硅改性丙烯酸树脂(氟硅改性PAA),将两种树脂共混形成自分层涂料。通过铅笔硬度测试、机械性能测试、接触角测试、耐老化测试、划格法附着力测试、电化学阻抗测试等,分别评价两种树脂比例、混合溶剂比例对涂膜自分层行为及性能的影响,并通过SEM-EDS、红外光谱等表征技术分析涂膜分层后的结构。结果当PU/EP∶氟硅改性PAA=1∶1时,接触角达到96.0°,柔韧性为0.5 mm,耐冲击为50 cm,附着力等级为1,失光率降至19%;乙酸丁酯(NBAC)∶正丁醇(NBA)=4∶6时,涂膜分层情况良好,接触角达到107.7°,浸泡水中48 h耐水性无变化,失光率降至17%。SEM-EDS、红外光谱分析表明,自分层涂膜上层为氟硅改性PAA、底层为PU/EP,中间存在过渡涂层,过渡层两种树脂中的─COOH、─OH、环氧基发生反应,使整个涂层更具稳定性。经由EIS分析,在3.5%NaCl溶液中浸泡40天后,腐蚀介质没有渗透涂膜到达基底金属界面。结论制备的轨腰仿生自分层涂膜的机械性能、附着力、疏水性、耐老化、防腐蚀性能优异,涂膜结构稳定。

As one of the three payloads for the Advanced Space-based Solar Observatory(ASO-S)mission,the Lyman-alpha(Lyα)Solar Telescope(LST)is composed of three instruments:a Solar Corona Imager(SCI),a LyαSolar Disk Imager(SDI)and a full-disk White-light Solar Telescope(WST).When working in-orbit,LST will simultaneously perform high-resolution imaging observations of all regions from the solar disk to the inner corona up to 2.5 R⊙(R⊙stands for the mean solar radius)with a spatial resolution of 4.8′′and 1.2′′for coronal and disk observations,respectively,and a temporal resolution of 30–120 s and 1–120 s for coronal and disk observations,*** maximum exposure time can be up to20 s due to precise pointing and image stabilization *** the three telescopes of LST,SCI is a dual-waveband coronagraph simultaneously and independently observing the inner corona in the HI Lyα(121.6±10 nm)line and white light(WL)(700±40 nm)wavebands by using a narrowband Lyαbeam splitter and has a field of view(FOV)from 1.1 to 2.5 R⊙.The stray-light suppression level can attainline and 360.0 nm wavebands,respectively,which adopt an off-axis two-mirror reflective structure with an FOV up to 1.2 R⊙,covering the inner coronal edge area and relating to coronal *** present the up-to-date design for the LST payload.

Recently, Worobey et al.(2022) published a report entitled ‘The huanan Seafood Wholesale Market in Wuhan was the early epicenter of the COVID-19 pandemic’ that succinctly summarizes their study [1]. A pre-print version of this study had earlier elicited a series of highprofile media coverages [2,3]. All these reports deliver a social-political message that the huanan market is the epicenter of COVID-19.

Recent evidence suggests that CD147 serves as a novel receptor for severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2(SARS-CoV-2)*** CD147 via anti-CD147 antibody could suppress the in vitro SARS-CoV-2 *** is a humanized anti-CD147 IgG_(2) monoclonal antibody,which may effectively prevent SARS-CoV-2 infection in coronavirus disease 2019(COVID-19)***,we conducted a randomized,double-blinded,placebo-controlled phase 1 trial to evaluate the safety,tolerability,and pharmacokinetics of meplazumab in healthy subjects,and an open-labeled,concurrent controlled add-on exploratory phase 2 study to determine the efficacy in COVID-19 *** phase 1 study,59 subjects were enrolled and assigned to eight cohorts,and no serious treatment-emergent adverse event(TEAE)or TEAE grade≥3 was *** serum and peripheral blood Cmax and area under the curve showed non-linear pharmacokinetic *** obvious relation between the incidence or titer of positive anti-drug antibody and dosage was observed in each *** biodistribution study indicated that meplazumab reached lung tissue and maintained>14 days stable with the lung tissue/cardiac blood-pool ratio ranging from 0.41 to *** the exploratory phase 2 study,17 COVID-19 patients were enrolled,and 11 hospitalized patients were involved as concurrent *** meplazumab treatment significantly improved the discharged(P=0.005)and case severity(P=0.021),and reduced the time to virus negative(P=0.045)in comparison to the control *** results show a sound safety and tolerance of meplazumab in healthy volunteers and suggest that meplazumab could accelerate the recovery of patients from COVID-19 pneumonia with a favorable safety profile.

Based on previous site testing and satellite cloud data,Ali,Daocheng and Muztagh-ata have been selected as candidate sites for the Large Optical/Infrared Telescope(LOT) in *** present the data collection,processing,management and quality analysis for our site testing based on using similar *** analyze meteorological data,seeing,background light,cloud and precipitable water vapor data from 2017 March 10 to 2019 March *** also investigated the relative usefulness of our all-sky camera data in comparison to that from the meteorological TERRA satellite data based on a night-by-night comparison of the correlation and consistency between *** find a 6% discrepancy arising from a wide range of factors.

A 45-year-old male car driver died in a traffic accident of four cars rear-end collision on the *** was found to have died after a respiratory and cardiac arrest at the *** sign of skin injuries was observed from the external *** autopsy was not permitted by the family members because of the local *** computed tomography(MSCT)was applied to the current case,showing dislocation of C3~4cervical vertebrae withⅡdegree,C4vertebral plate fractures,and spinal ***-mortem MSCT confirmed the diagnosis as whiplash *** was verified to be effective in showing the severity of whiplash injuries,thus providing certain objective evidence for medicolegal expertise.
