A novel downshifting strategy based on medium-time-distance information for hybrid electric bus

Vehicle downshifting during braking for the hybrid electric vehicle(HEV) equipped with the automatic mechanical transmission(AMT) could adjust work points of the motor. Thus, downshifting has great potential to effectively improve the efficiency of braking energy recovery. However, the power interruption during shifting could cause some loss of regenerative energy ***, the choice of the downshifting point during vehicle braking which has crucial effect on energy recovery efficiency needs to be intensively studied. Moreover, the real-time application of the high-efficiency braking energy recovery strategy is a challenging problem to be tackled. Therefore, this paper proposes a dynamic-programming-rule-based(DPRB) downshifting strategy for a specific hybrid electric bus(HEB) driving condition. Firstly, the braking characteristic of the HEB during the process of pulling in is analyzed. Secondly, the medium-time-distance(MTD) demonstrating the dimension of time and space is proposed to define the boundary condition of the running bus. Then, look-up tables are established based on a dynamic programming algorithm offline using multiple sets of historical data. Thus, Based on the real-time driving data, whether to enter the optimal gear selection process can be decided online. Finally, simulations and hardware-in-the-loop(HIL) tests are carried out, and the results show that the proposed method can be indeed effective for braking energy recovery.

A novel Ni_(30)Cr_(25)Al_(15)Co_(15)Mo_(5)Ti_(5)Y_(5) high-entropy alloy(HEA)coating was irradiated to optimize its internal structure via laser after supersonic particle deposition(SPD).Owing to the high energy density of the laser and large temperature gradient,the crystallization process of the molecules and atoms in the coating was restrained and supercooling *** results showed that a considerable number of nano-crystal grains precipitated and amorphous structures were formed because of the random orientation of the *** baseline of differential scanning calorimetry scans obtained for the coating started to shift at the Tg of 939.37℃ and a step was *** dispersion peaks and lattice fringes indicated that the nucleation of the irradiated laser-induced topology optimized(LTO)coating was *** laser-induced topology optimizing treatment led to quasi-isotropy in the SPD ***,the LTO coating exhibited a residual stress of 18.4 MPa,stress-strain response,and fatigue limit of 265 ***,the LTO coating exhibited higher performance than the unirradiated SPD *** Nyquist and Bode electrochemical impedance spectra of the LTO coating,including two relaxation processes,indicated that the corrosion process steadily recovered to the equilibrium *** implies that the uniform oxidation passivation layer on the surface of the LTO coating insulated the material from the corrosive medium,protecting the substrate from further corrosion,thus enhancing the structural security of the material for use in super-intense laser facility applications.

Inhibition of KLF7-Targeting Micro RNA 146b Promotes Sciatic Nerve Regeneration

A previous study has indicated that Krüppel-like factor 7（KLF7）, a transcription factor that stimulates Schwann cell（SC） proliferation and axonal regeneration after peripheral nerve injury, is a promising therapeutic transcription factor in nerve injury. We aimed to identify whether inhibition of micro RNA-146 b（mi R-146 b）affected SC proliferation, migration, and myelinated axon regeneration following sciatic nerve injury by regulating its direct target KLF7. SCs were transfected with mi RNA lentivirus, mi RNA inhibitor lentivirus, or KLF7 si RNA lentivirus in vitro. The expression of mi R146 b and KLF7,as well as SC proliferation and migration, were subsequently evaluated. In vivo, an acellular nerve allograft（ANA） followed by injection of GFP control vector or a lentiviral vector encoding an mi R-146 b inhibitor was used to assess the repair potential in a model of sciatic nerve gap. mi R-146 b directly targeted KLF7 by binding to the 30-UTR, suppressing KLF7. Up-regulation of mi R-146 b and KLF7 knockdown significantly reduced the proliferation and migration of SCs, whereas silencing mi R-146 b resulted in increased proliferation and migration. KLF7 protein was localized in SCs in which mi R-146 b was expressed in ***, 4 weeks after the ANA, anti-mi R-146 b increased KLF7 and its target gene nerve growth factor cascade, promoting axonal outgrowth. Closer analysis revealed improved nerve conduction and sciatic function index score, and enhanced expression of neurofilaments, P0（anti-peripheral myelin）, and myelinated axon regeneration. Our findings provide new insight into the regulation of KLF7 by mi R-146 b during peripheral nerve regeneration and suggest a potential therapeutic strategy for peripheral nerve injury.

The proton-proton(pp)fusion chain dominates the neutrino production in the *** uncertainty of the predicted pp neutrino flux is at the sub-percent level,whereas that of the best measurement is O(10%).In this study,for the first time,we measure solar pp neutrinos in the electron recoil energy range from 24 to 144 keV using the PandaX-4T commissioning data with 0.63 tonne×year *** pp neutrino flux is determined as(8.0±3.9(stat)±10.0(syst))×1010 s^(-1)cm^(-2),which is consistent with the Standard Solar Model and existing measurements,corresponding to an upper flux limit of 23.3×10^(10)s^(-1)cm^(-2)at 90%C.L..

目的分析静脉血栓栓塞症(VTE)在肺炎患者中的发生率,探讨肺炎伴发VTE风险的评估和防治。方法将肺炎患者根据伴发VTE情况分为对照组(单纯肺炎)和试验组(伴发VTE)。收集患者人口学资料、血常规、凝血指标、肝肾功能指标和血气指标等。2组单因素的比较用卡方检验、t检验及非参数秩和检验等统计学方法,对多因素比较用Logistic回归分析。根据Logistic回归结果建立诺模图,计算受试者工作特征(ROC)曲线。结果对照组纳入106例,试验组纳入29例。2组患者经单因素分析发现,年龄、D-二聚体、纤维蛋白原降解产物、白细胞计数、中性粒细胞数、白蛋白-球蛋白比值在统计学上差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。构建多因素Logistic回归方程,结果发现:年龄[比值比(OR)=1.052]、D-二聚体(OR=2.339)和白蛋白/球蛋白(OR=0.042)是肺炎伴发VTE的独立影响因素。建立诺模图、计算ROC曲线,曲线下面积(AUC)为0.754。结论高龄、D-二聚体升高和白蛋白-球蛋白比值降低是肺炎患者发生VTE的独立危险因素,且建立的预测模型具有良好的准确性。

Hepatitis A virus(HAV)live-attenuated vaccine H2 strain has been approved for clinical use for decades with ideal safety profiles in nonhuman primate models and ***,type Ⅰ interferon(IFN)receptor-deficient mice were shown to be susceptible to HAV ***,we sought to determine the infection and replication dynamics of the H2 in Ifnar^(-/-)mice that lack type Ⅰ IFN *** intravenous injection,the H2 failed to cause obvious clinical symptoms in Ifnar^(-/-)mice,and no significant upregulation in serum alanine aminotransferase(ALT)levels was ***,the histopathological examination showed that there were significant focal infiltrations of lymphocytes and neutrophils in the portal area,but no focal necrosis was observed in liver *** RNAs sustained in the liver,and the infectious virus could be recovered from the liver tissue until 42 days *** importantly,H2 infection induced obvious viremia and persistent viral shedding in *** addition,robust HAV-specific humoral immune responses were induced in Ifnar^(-/-)***,our study revealed the safety profile of H2 in Ifnar^(-/-)mice,which not only helps understand the attenuation mechanism of H2,but also expands the application of the Ifnar^(-/-)mouse model for HAV studies.

The hole transport layer(HTL)affects the device performance and stability of organic solar *** this work,a stable molybdenum oxide(MoO_(x))hole transport layer with low cost was prepared by adjusting the state of the precursor solution with an alcoholic solution of molybdenum acetylacetonate through an *** MoO_(x) transport layer has good transmittance with a work function of 5.07 eV and higher surface *** PM6:Y6 devices using MoO_(x) HTL achieve a high efficiency of 16.8%.MoO_(x) HTL exhibits good applicability with excellent performance in both ternary and all-polymer *** storage stability T80 of the all-polymer device using MoO_(x) HTL was over 600 h,much higher than 70 h of the PEDOT:PSS-based device,and its thermal stability at 85℃ and operational stability under light show better stability than that of the PEDOT:PSS hole transport *** work provides a facile and low-cost method to fabricate HTL for organic solar cells,which is beneficial to improve their efficiency and stability.

Using big data to track marine oil transportation along the 21st-century Maritime Silk Road

china's designation of the "21 st-century Maritime Silk Road"(MSR) region is of extraordinary significance to its maritime rights, transportation security, and socio-economic development. We developed a technical framework allowing the use of "big data" derived from the Automatic Identification System(AIS, an automatic ship-tracking network) for two purposes: the accurate mapping of oil tanker trajectories and the creation of heat maps showing the relative use of oil tanker routes and marine shipping chokepoints. We then applied these methods to 1.5 billion AIS records collected within the MSR in 2.14 to statistically identify and analyze busy routes, areas, and chokepoints in this strategic region. Our results demonstrate that the proposed framework can provide an effective analysis of oil movements based on large-scale AIS datasets, helping researchers and policy makers better understand the footprint and strategic implications of maritime oil transportation in the MSR region.

Evaluation of mercury speciation and removal through air pollution control devices of a 190 MW boiler

Air pollution control devices （APCDs） are installed at coal-fired power plants for air pollutant regulation. Selective catalytic reduction （SCR） and wet flue gas desulftLrization （FGD） systems have the co-benefits of air pollutant and mercury removal. Configuration and operational conditions of APCDs and mercury speciation affect mercury removal efficiently at coal-fired utilities. The Ontario Hydro Method （OHM） recommended by the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency （EPA） was used to determine mercury speciation simultaneously at five sampling locations through SCR-ESP-FGD at a 190 MW unit. Chlorine in coal had been suggested as a factor affecting the mercury speciation in flue gas; and low-chlorine coal was purported to produce less oxidized mercury （Hg^2＋） and more elemental mercury （Hg^0） at the SCR inlet compared to higher chlorine coal. SCR could oxidize elemental mercury into oxidized mercury when SCR was in service, and oxidation efficiency reached 71.0%. Therefore, oxidized mercury removal efficiency was enhanced through a wet FGD system. In the non-ozone season, about 89.5%-96.8% of oxidized mercury was controlled, but only 54.9%-68.8% of the total mercury was captured through wet FGD. Oxidized mercury removal efficiency was 95.9%-98.0%, and there was a big difference in the total mercury removal efficiencies from 78.0% to 90.2% in the ozone season. Mercury mass balance was evaluated to validate reliability of OHM testing data, and the ratio of mercury input in the coal to mercury output at the stack was from 0.84 to 1.08.
