Background:The association of milk intake with cardiovascular disease(CVD)and cause-specific mortality remained controversial and evidence among the Chinese population was *** aimed to study the relationship between milk intake and CVDs among general Chinese ***::A total of 104,957 participants received questionnaire *** of physical examination such as anthropometric measurements and biochemical tests during 2007 to 2008,demographic data and their information on milk intake were collected through standardized *** proportional hazard regression models were used to calculate hazard ratios(HRs)and their corresponding 95%confidence intervals(CIs)of CVD incidence,cause-specific mortality and all-cause mortality related to milk *** cubic splines(RCSs)were applied to examine dose-response ***::Among the 91,757 participants with a median follow-up period of 5.8 years,we documented 3877 CVD cases and 4091 all-cause *** with participants who never consumed milk,the multivariate-adjusted HRs(95%CIs)of CVD incidence for 1 to 150 g/day,151 to 299 g/day,and≥300 g/day were 0.94(0.86-1.03)(P>0.05),0.77(0.66-0.89)(Plity(HR,0.89;95%CI:0.82-0.97;P=0.008)after adjustment for age,sex,residential area,geographic region,education level,family history of CVD,smoking,alcohol drinking,physical activity level,body mass index,and healthy diet status(ideal or not).RCS analyses also showed a linear dose-response relationship with CVD(P for overall significance of the curvelinearity=0.979;P for linearitylinearity=0.998;P for linearity=0.002)incidence,and CVD mortality(P for overall significance of the curve=0.045;P for non

Scutellarin, a bioactive flavone isolated from Scutellaria baicalensis, has anti-inflammatory, anti-neurotoxic, anti-apoptotic and anti-oxida- tive effects and has been used to treat cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases in china. However, the mechanisms by which scutellarin mediates neuroprotection in cerebral ischemia remain unclear. The interaction between scutellarin and nicotinamide adenine dinucleotide phosphate oxidase 2 （NOX2） was assessed by molecular docking study, which showed that scutellarin selectively binds to NOX2 with high affinity. Cultures of primary astrocytes isolated from the cerebral cortex of neonatal Sprague-Dawley rats were pretreated with 2, 10 or 50 μM scutellarin for 30 minutes. The astrocytes were then subjected to oxygen/glucose deprivation by incubation for 2 hours in glucose-free Dulbecco＇s modified Eagle＇s medium in a 95% N2/5% CO2 incubator, followed by simulated reperfusion for 22 hours. Cell viability was assessed by cell counting kit-8 assay. Expression levels of NOX2, connexin 43 and caspase-3 were assessed by western blot assay. Reactive oxygen species were measured spectrophotometrically. Pretreatment with 10 or 50 μM scutellarin substantially increased viability, reduced the expression of NOX2 and caspase-3, increased the expression of connexin 43, and diminished the levels of reactive oxygen, species in astrocytes subjected to ischemia-＇reperfusion. We also assessed the effects of scutellarin in vivo in the rat transient middle cerebral artery occlusion model of cerebral ischemia-reperfusion injury. Rats were given intraperitoneal injection of 100 mg/kg scutellarin 2 hours before surgery. The Bederson scale was used to assess neurological deficit, and 2,3,5-triphenyltetrazolium chloride staining was used to measure infarct size. BACKGROUND:There are confl icting results regarding whether corticosteroids have better effi cacy than placebo in acute respiratory distress syndrome(ARDS)***,we aim to further evaluate the effi cacy and safety of corticosteroids in adult ARDS ***:The databases,including Medline,EMBASE,and Cochrane Central Register of Controlled Trials(CENTRAL)in the Cochrane library,were searched from their inception to May 2,*** controlled trials(RCTs)and observational cohort studies were selected to assess the use of corticosteroids in adult ARDS *** quality of the results was judged by the Grading of Recommendations Assessment,Development,and Evaluation(GRADE)*** inverse-variance method with random or fixed effects modeling was used to compute pooled odds ratio(OR),standardized mean diff erence(SMD),and their 95%confi dence interval(CI).RESULTS:Eight eligible RCTs and six cohort studies were *** use of corticosteroids was associated with reduced mortality(OR 0.57,95%CI 0.43-0.76,I2=35.1%,P=0.148)in ARDS patients,and the result was confirmed in the included cohort studies(OR 0.51,95%CI 0.27-0.95,I2=66.7%,P=0.010).The subgroup analysis stratified by the initiation time and duration of corticosteroid use showed that early ARDS and prolonged corticosteroid use had signifi cant survival benefits in the *** low-dose corticosteroid use was also associated with significantly more ventilator-free days and a reduced rate of new infections in ARDS ***:The low-dose corticosteroid therapy may be safe and reduce mortality,especially in patients with prolonged treatment and early ARDS.

An investigation on the dosimetric impact of hip prosthesis in radiotherapy

The objectives of this study are to evaluate the dosimetric impact of hip prosthesis using ELEKTA linac X-rays and compare the dose perturbations of metallic and nonmetallic hip prostheses. The local dose distributions of typical hip prostheses were calculated for 4, 8, and 15 MV beams by Geant4. Three prosthesis materials were selected in calculation to reveal the relation between material type and local dose perturbations of prostheses. Furthermore,the effect of nominal energy on prosthesis perturbation was also discussed and analyzed. Taking the calculated dose to the hip joint as reference, considerable differences were observed between prostheses and hip joints. In the prosthesis shadow region, the relative dose decreasing was up to 36, 21, and 16 % for the Co–Cr–Mo alloy, titanium alloy, and ceramic prostheses, respectively. In backscattering region, the relative dose increasing was about1–7 %. Overall, the results show that the dose perturbation effect of prostheses was mainly determined by material type, nominal energy, and density. Among these typical hip prostheses, ceramic prosthesis introduces the lowest dose perturbations.

目的现有的人工视觉装置分为植入式装置和体外辅助装置两种,但它们都有一些不足之处。植入式装置需要手术植入、会造成不可恢复创伤;体外辅助装置指令相对简单、应用场景较为单一、过于依赖人工智能(AI)的判断不能提供足够的安全性。本文提出了一种将周边环境信息转化成头颈部触觉指令、并辅助以语音交互的系统,其有效性、安全性、信息量等均优于现有体外辅助技术,同时也具有低成本、低风险、适合多种生活和工作场景等优势。方法该系统借助最新的远程无线网络通讯技术、芯片技术,利用前方人员随身佩戴的微小型电子设备、摄像头和感应器,以及云端庞大的数据库和计算能力,后台人员可以实时、充分地远程(比如跨越城市)了解前方的现场景象、环境参数和人员状态等信息,通过对比云端数据库和内存数据库、AI辅助识别和人工综合分析,快速获得最合理的行动方案,并将行动指令及时传给前方人员,实现盲人导航功能。同时,也用语音互动对话提供人文关怀、情感寄托。结果本文首次提出了“远程虚拟陪伴概念”,并演示了相应的硬件和软件以及多种生活场景下的测试效果。除了可以实现基础的导航功能,比如帮助视觉障碍人群完成在超市购物、咖啡厅寻座、街道行走,以及完成更加复杂的拼图、日常娱乐打牌功能,还可以满足骑行等速度相对快的移动指令要求。结论实验结果表明,这种“远程虚拟陪伴”装置适用大量场景和需求,不仅可以用于视觉障碍人群出行、购物、娱乐,也可用于陪伴老人出行、辅助野外探险或旅行等,具有广泛的发展和应用前景。

MicroRNAs(miRNAs)are involved in lymphoma progression by regulating the tumor *** miR130b is overexpressed in diffuse large B-cell lymphoma(DLBCL),inducing Th17 cell *** further illustrate its biological significance and therapeutic rationale,miR130b was detected by quantitative real-time PCR in the serum samples of 532 newly diagnosed DLBCL *** mechanism of miR130b on lymphoma progression and the tumor microenvironment was investigated both in vitro and in *** targeting miR130b was also evaluated,including OX40 agonistic antibody and lipid nanoparticles(LNPs)-miR130b *** results showed that serum miR130b significantly correlated with tumor miR130b and serum interleukin-17,indicating lymphoma relapse and inferior survival of DLBCL ***130b overexpression altered tumor microenvironment signaling pathways and increased Th17 cell *** mechanism of action,miR130b downregulated tumor OX40L expression by directly targeting IFNAR1/p-STAT1 axis,recruiting Th17 cells via OX40/OX40L interaction,thereby promoting immunosuppressive function of Th17 *** co-culture systems of B-lymphoma cells with immune cells,miR130b inhibited lymphoma cell autophagy,which could be counteracted by OX40 agonistic antibody and LNPs-miR130b *** murine xenograft model established with subcutaneous injection of A20 cells,both OX40 agonistic antibody and LNPs-miR130b antagomir remarkably inhibited Th17 cells and retarded miR130b-overexpressing tumor *** conclusion,as an oncogenic biomarker of DLBCL,miR130b was related to lymphoma progression through modulating OX40/OX40L-mediated lymphoma cell interaction with Th17 cells,attributing to B-cell lymphoma sensitivity towards OX40 agonistic *** miR130b using LNPs-miR130b antagomir could also be a potential immunotherapeutic strategy in treating OX40-altered lymphoid malignancies.

Studies on Fragmentation Pathways of N-Ethoxy(phenyl) phosphoryl Amino Acids by Electrospray Ionization Tandem Mass Spectrometry

The positive and negative ESI-MS/MS spectra of N-ethoxy（phenyl） phosphoryl amino acids（EPP-AA） were investigated by electrospray ionization（ESI） ion trap mass spectrometry. The fragmentation pathways of [ M ＋ Na]^＋ and [ M - H]^- ions are proposed and rationalized. The observation may have some potential applications in the interpretation of the MS/MS spectra of novel N-phosphoryl compounds. The complexity of MS/MS spectra of EPP-AA [ M ＋ Na]^＋ ions is decreased compared with that of N-dialkyloxyphosphoryl amino acid. Therefore, the new phosphonamidate method may be considered one of the superior methods that can be used in sequencing peptides and proteins extensively.

金矿是一种重要的贵金属矿产,也是东北地区优势矿产之一。东北地区金矿资源丰富,分布具有明显的区域性集中趋势,是我国岩金尤其是砂金的重要产区。本文系统收集和整理了已有东北地区金矿地质资料,全面总结了东北地区金矿资源禀赋、矿床类型、时空分布规律、成矿演化,指出了进一步的找矿方向。综合金矿床的工业类型和成因类型,将东北地区金矿床分为砂矿型、岩浆热液型、陆相火山岩型、变成型和受变质型、斑岩型、叠加型及成因暂时未查明的流体型等类型。岩金主要分布于华北成矿省辽东成矿带、华北陆块北缘东段成矿带,吉黑成矿省小兴安岭—张广才岭成矿带、吉中—延边成矿带,大兴安岭成矿省东乌珠穆沁旗—嫩江成矿带等;而砂金主要分布于黑龙江省三江沿岸,大兴安岭成矿省东乌珠穆沁旗—嫩江成矿带、吉黑成矿省佳木斯—兴凯成矿带、小兴安岭—张广才岭成矿带等。东北金矿具有多旋回、多期次成矿的特点,按其规律可划为太古宙、元古宙、加里东期、华力西期、印支期、燕山期、喜马拉雅期等7个成矿期。划分了13个成矿系列,22个成矿亚系列,22个三级预测区,显示出良好的成矿条件和找矿前景。
