Mechanism of Wendan decoction in preventing obesity by regulating multiple signal pathway networks based on gene promoter methylation

Dynamic modulation of nodulation factor receptor levels by phosphorylation-mediated functional switch of a RING-type E3 ligase during legume nodulation

Optimal proportioning of iron ore in sintering process based on improved multi-objective beluga whale optimisation algorithm

Supramolecular polymer-based gel fracturing fluid with a double network applied in ultra-deep hydraulic fracturing

A gel based on polyacrylamide, exhibiting delayed crosslinking characteristics, emerges as the preferred solution for mitigating degradation under conditions of high temperature and extended shear in ultralong wellbores. High viscosity/viscoelasticity of the fracturing fluid was required to maintain excellent proppant suspension properties before gelling. Taking into account both the cost and the potential damage to reservoirs, polymers with lower concentrations and molecular weights are generally preferred. In this work, the supramolecular action was integrated into the polymer, resulting in significant increases in the viscosity and viscoelasticity of the synthesized supramolecular polymer *** double network gel, which is formed by the combination of the supramolecular polymer system and a small quantity of Zr-crosslinker, effectively resists temperature while minimizing permeability damage to the reservoir. The results indicate that the supramolecular polymer system with a molecular weight of(268—380) × 10～4g/mol can achieve the same viscosity and viscoelasticity at 0.4 wt% due to the supramolecular interaction between polymers, compared to the 0.6 wt% traditional polymer(hydrolyzed polyacrylamide, molecular weight of 1078 × 10～4g/mol). The supramolecular polymer system possessed excellent proppant suspension properties with a 0.55 cm/min sedimentation rate at 0.4 wt%, whereas the0.6 wt% traditional polymer had a rate of 0.57 cm/min. In comparison to the traditional gel with a Zrcrosslinker concentration of 0.6 wt% and an elastic modulus of 7.77 Pa, the double network gel with a higher elastic modulus(9.00 Pa) could be formed only at 0.1 wt% Zr-crosslinker, which greatly reduced the amount of residue of the fluid after gel-breaking. The viscosity of the double network gel was66 m Pa s after 2 h shearing, whereas the traditional gel only reached 27 m Pa s.

Gas source of the Middle Jurassic Shaximiao Formation in the Zhongjiang large gas field of Western Sichuan Depression:Constraints from geochemical characteristics of light hydrocarbons

The Zhongjiang gas field is a typical large gas field in terrigenous strata of the Western Sichuan *** remains debatable which member of the Upper Triassic Xujiahe Formation served as the source rocks and how significant the member contributed to the gas accumulations in the Zhongjiang gas *** this study,we analyzed the essential characteristics of the Lower Jurassic source rocks and the geochemical features of light hydrocarbons in natural gas from the 2nd(T3χ^(2))and 4th members(T3χ^(4))of the Upper Triassic Xujiahe Formation(T3χ),as well as the Middle Jurassic Shaximiao(J2s)and Qianfoya(J2q)*** on this,we explored the sources of the natural gas in the Zhongjiang gas field and determined the natural gas migration patterns and their effects on the properties of light hydrocarbons in the natural *** results indicate that the Lower Jurassic lacustrine source rocks of the Zhongjiang gas field contain humic organic matter,with vitrinite reflectance(R_(0))values ranging from 0.86%to 0.98%.Samples meeting the criterion for effective source rocks[total organic carbon(TOC)content≥0.75%]exhibited an average TOC content of merely 1.02%,suggesting significantly lower hydrocarbon generation potential than source rocks in the underlying T3x,which show higher thermal maturity and TOC *** natural gas samples from T3χ^(2),T3χ^(4),J2s,and J2q reservoirs,their C_(5-7)iso-alkane content was significantly higher than their n-alkane content,and their methylcyclohexane(MCH)index ranged from 59.0%to 77.3%,indicating the predominance of methylcyclohexane in C_(7)light *** indicated by the origin identification and gas-source correlation based on the geochemical features of light hydrocarbons,the natural gas in the Zhongjiang gas field is typical coal-derived *** gas from the primary pay zone of the Shaximiao Formation,with significantly high K_(1),(P_(2)+N_(2))/C_(7),and P_(3)/C_(7)values,predominantly originated from the 5th member

Micromechanism and mathematical model of stress sensitivity in tight reservoirs of binary granular medium

Research on reservoir rock stress sensitivity has traditionally focused on unary granular structures,neglecting the binary nature of real reservoirs, especially tight reservoirs. Understanding the stresssensitive behavior and mathematical characterization of binary granular media remains a challenging task. In this study, we conducted online-NMR experiments to investigate the permeability and porosity evolution as well as stress-sensitive control mechanisms in tight sandy conglomerate samples. The results revealed stress sensitivity coefficients between 0.042 and 0.098 and permeability damage rates ranging from 65.6% to 90.9%, with an average pore compression coefficient of 0.0168—0.0208 MPa ***-scale compression occurred in three stages: filling, compression, and compaction, with matrix pores playing a dominant role in pore compression. The stress sensitivity of binary granular media was found to be influenced by the support structure and particle properties. High stress sensitivity was associated with small fine particle size, high fines content, high uniformity coefficient of particle size,high plastic deformation, and low Young's modulus. Matrix-supported samples exhibited a high irreversible permeability damage rate(average = 74.2%) and stress sensitivity coefficients(average = 0.089),with pore spaces more slit-like. In contrast, grain-supported samples showed low stress sensitivity coefficients(average = 0.021) at high stress stages. Based on the experiments, we developed a mathematical model for stress sensitivity in binary granular media, considering binary granular properties and nested interactions using Hertz contact deformation and Poiseuille theory. By describing the change in activity content of fines under stress, we characterized the non-stationary state of compressive deformation in the binary granular structure and classified the reservoir into three categories. Prediction of chemical short-range order in high-/medium-entropy alloys

Chemical short-range orders(CSROs),as the built-in sub-nanoscale entities in a high-/medium-entropy alloy(H/MEA),have aroused an ever-increasing *** multi-principal elements in an H/MEA to form a complex concentrated solution,a variety of sub-systems of species exist to induce the metastable ordered compounds as candidates for ultimate *** issues remain pending on the origin of CSROs as to how to judge if CSRO will form in an H/MEA and particularly,what kind of CSROs would be stably produced if there were multiple ***,the first-principles method,along with the proposed local formation energy calculation in allusion to the atomic-scale chemical heterogeneities,is used to predict the CSRO formation based on the mechanical stability,thermodynamic formation energy,and electronic *** simulations are detailed in an equiatomic ternary VCoNi MEA with three kinds of potential compounds,i.e.,L1_(1),L1_(2),and B2,in the face-centered cubic *** turns out that L1_(1)is stable but hard to grow up so as to become the final CSRO.L1_(1)is further predicted as CSROs in CrCoNi,but unable to form in FeCoNi and CrMnFeCoNi *** predictions are consistent with the experimental *** findings shed light on understanding the formation of *** method is applicable to other H/MEAs to design and tailor CSROs by tuning chemical species/contents and thermal processing for high performance.
