Interface Engineering of Titanium Nitride nanotube Composites for Excellent Microwave Absorption at Elevated Temperature

Currently,the microwave absorbers usually suffer dreadful electromagnetic wave absorption(EMWA)performance damping at elevated temperature due to impedance mismatching induced by increased conduction ***,the development of high-performance EMWA materials with good impedance matching and strong loss ability in wide temperature spectrum has emerged as a top ***,due to the high melting point,good electrical conductivity,excellent environmental stability,EM coupling effect,and abundant interfaces of titanium nitride(TiN)nanotubes,they were designed based on the controlling kinetic diffusion procedure and Ostwald ripening *** from boosted heterogeneous interfaces between TiN nanotubes and polydimethylsiloxane(PDMS),enhanced polarization loss relaxations were created,which could not only improve the depletion efficiency of EMWA,but also contribute to the optimized impedance matching at elevated ***,the TiN nanotubes/PDMS composite showed excellent EMWA performances at varied temperature(298-573 K),while achieved an effective absorption bandwidth(EAB)value of 3.23 GHz and a minimum reflection loss(RLmin)value of−44.15 dB at 423 *** study not only clarifies the relationship between dielectric loss capacity(conduction loss and polarization loss)and temperature,but also breaks new ground for EM absorbers in wide temperature spectrum based on interface engineering.

The oxidation behavior and kinetics of Ti_(2)AlC-20vol.%TiB_(2) composite at 600-900℃ in air were *** results showed that the oxidation kinetics of the composite followed a logarithmic law within the given temperature range,which indicated that the composites had excellent oxidation *** selective oxidation of Al in Ti_(2)AlC was greatly enhanced,which facilitated the formation of a continuous and dense protective layer of Al_(2)O_(3).Meanwhile,the existence of molten B_(2)O_(3) inhibited the outward diffusion of Ti and inward diffusion of oxygen,which prevented the growth of anatase TiO_(2) at 600℃ and rutile TiO_(2) at 700-900℃.Therefore,the incorporation of TiB_(2) completely inhibited the abnormally rapid oxidation of bulk Ti_(2)AlC at 600℃ and improved its oxidation resistance at 700-900℃.

Given factors such as reduced land availability for onshore wind farms,wind resource enrichment levels,and costs,there is a growing trend of establishing wind farms in deserts,the Gobi,and other arid ***,the relationship between sanddust weather environments and wind turbine operations has garnered significant *** investigate the impact of wind turbine wakes on sand-dust transportation,this study employs large eddy simulation to model flow fields,coupled with an actuator line model for simulating rotating blades and a multiphase particle in cell model for simulating sand *** research focuses on a horizontal axis wind turbine model and examines the motion and spatiotemporal distribution characteristics of four typical sizes of sand particles in the turbine *** findings reveal that sand particles of varying sizes exhibit a spiral settling pattern after traversing the rotating plane of wind turbine blades,influenced by blade shedding vortex and *** particles tend to cluster in the peripheries of the vortex cores of low vorticity in the wind turbine *** rotation of wind turbines generates a wake vortex structure that causes a significant clustering of sand particles at the tip *** the wake distance increases,the particles that cluster at the turbine's tip gradually spread outward to approximately twice the rotor diameter and then begin to mix with the incoming flow *** turbines have a noticeable impact on sand-dust transportation,hindering their movement to a significant *** average sand-blocking rate exhibits a trend of initially increasing and then decreasing as the wake distance *** its peak,the sand-blocking rate reaches an impressive 67.55%.The presence of wind turbines induces the advanced settling of sand particles,resulting in a“triangular”distribution of the deposition within the ground projection area of the wake.

Solid polymer electrolytes （SPEs） are highly promising for realizing high-capacity,low-cost,and safe li metal ***,the li dendritic growth and side reactions between li and SPEs also plague these ***,a fluorinated lithium salt coating （FC） with organicinorganic gradient and soft-rigid feature is introduced on li surface as an artificial protective layer by the in-situ reaction between li metal and fluorinated carboxylic *** FC layer can improve the interface stability and wettability between li and SPEs,assist the transport of li ions,and guide li nucleation,contributing to a dendrite-free li deposition and long-lifespan li metal *** symmetric cell with FC-li anodes exhibits a high areal capacity of 1 mah cm-2at 0.5 ma cm-2,and an ultra-long lifespan of 2000 h at a current density of 0.1 m A ***,the full cell paired with the liFePO4cathode exhibits improved cycling stability,remaining 83.7%capacity after 500 cycles at 1 *** matching with the S cathode,the FC layer can prevent the shuttle effect,contributing to stable and high-capacity li-S *** work provided a promising way for the construction of stable all-solid-state lithium metal batteries with prolonged lifespan.

A nonlinear infectious disease model with information-influenced vaccination behavior and contact patterns is proposed in this paper,and the impact of information related to disease prevalence on increasing vaccination coverage and reducing disease incidence during the outbreak is ***,we perform the analysis for the existence of equilibria and the stability properties of the proposed *** particular,the geometric approach is used to obtain the sufficient condition which guarantees the global asymptotic stability of the unique endemic equilibrium Ee when the basic reproduction number Ro>***,mathematical derivation combined with numerical simulation shows the existence of the double Hopf bifurcation around ***,based on the numerical results,it is shown that the information coverage and the average information delay may lead to more complex dynamical ***,the optimal control problem is established with information-infuenced vaccination and treatment as control *** corresponding optimal paths are obtained analytically by using Pontryagin's maximum principle,and the applicability and validity of virous intervention strategies for the proposed controls are presented by numerical experiments.

Effect of helmet-wearing regulation on electric-bike riders:a case study of two cities in China

Objectives:Electric bikes(e-bikes)are widely used for commuting and delivery in *** the rapid increase in e-bikes on the road,related accidents have become crucial issues threatening the *** research aims to explore the protective effect of helmet-wearing regulation and to investigate some factors influencing head injury with reference to two case cities in China,obtaining information to protect e-bike ***:The traffic police-reported crash data cover the periods before and after the implementation of helmet-wearing regulations in Taizhou(with data from 2017 to 2019)and nanning(with data in 2020)of *** statistical analysis,logistic regression and chi-square test with a Bonferroni correction were applied in the ***:A lack of helmets was common among victims in the context of a high helmet-wearing rate among general e-bike riders in Taizhou,indicating that fatality could be avoided to some extent by wearing ***,helmet wearing could reduce the probability of suffering fatal head injury by 6.4%.After the regulation implementation in Taizhou,the proportion of fatal head injuries decreased from 89%to 79%,remaining at a high level,which indicates that other measures in addition to helmet-wearing regulations should be *** to the results from nanning,mandatory regulation worked more effectively than encouraged regulation in terms of reducing head ***:mandatory helmet-wearing regulations are highly recommended to policymakers to reduce head injury among e-bike *** in addition to helmet-wearing regulation,*** law-abiding awareness and improving road infrastructure,should be considered to further protect e-bike riders.

The Gaoaobei tungsten-molybdenum deposit is a newly discovered large-scale quartzvein-type deposit in the nanling metallogenic belt in South *** ore bodies are hosted in the Indosinian granites and the Cambrian Xiangnan Group slates and are controlled by NWW-oriented faults,which are obviously different from the“five-story building”model in southern Jiangxi *** magmatic rocks in the study area are dominated by medium-to coarse-grained biotite monzogranite,with a few NW-oriented fine-grained granite *** medium-to coarse-grained biotite monzogranite and fine-grained granite dykes have zircon U-Pb ages of 229.4±1.9 ma(MSWD=1.5)and 164.9±3.3 ma(MSWD=0.75),respectively,corresponding to the Indosinian and Yanshanian *** monzogranites have higher contents of FeO,CaO,K2O,P2O5,and TiO2,while the granite dykes have slightly higher contents of SiO2,Al2O3,MnO,and *** A/CNK values are 1.11-1.75 and 1.19-2.25,and the contents of CIPW normative corundum are 1.71%-6.66%and 2.41%-9.50%,suggesting both the monzogranites and granite dykes are S-type *** total amount of rare earth elements in the monzogranites(from 84.7 ppm to 129 ppm)is slightly lower than that in the granite dykes(from 128 ppm to 133 ppm).The Eu/Eu*values range from 0.12 to 0.30 in monzogranites and from 0.0011 to 0.0013 in granite dykes,indicating the fine-grained granites underwent more intense fractional *** monzogranite and granite dykes have high 87Sr/86Sri values of 0.7169-0.7193 and 0.72825-0.72880,lowεNd(t)values ranging from-10.2 to-9.6 and from-11.5 to-11.4,and TDM2 ages of 1835-1785 and 1957-1946 ma,*** isotope data indicate their origin from the remelting of the Paleoproterozoic crustal *** with regional geology,it is concluded that the medium-to coarse-grained biotite monzogranite was formed in a post-collisional extensional *** addition,40Ar-39Ar dating of the greisen type tungsten-molybdenum ore gave
