Identification of Heat Tolerance linked Molecular Markers of Chinese Cabbage(Brassica campestris ***)

Genetically stable population of recombination inbred line (RIL) was derived from a cross between a heat tolerant line 177 and a heat sensitive line 276 of Chinese cabbage (Brassica campestris L. ssp. pekinensis) by single seed descent. The RILs were analyzed using isozyme, RAPD and AFLP techniques in order to find molecular markers that are linked to heat tolerance quantitative trait loci (QTL). The results of variance analysis of single factor indicated that there were 9 molecular markers closely linked with heat tolerance QTL, including 5 AFLP markers, 3 RAPD markers and 1 PGM isozyme marker. Total genetic contribution of these makers to heat tolerance was 46.7%. Five of the nine markers distributed in one linkage group, the remaining 4 markers were located in separate groups. Thus the 9 heat tolerance linked markers distributed in 5 independent locations in the genome of Chinese cabbage.

The soaring demand for smart portable electronics and electric vehicles is propelling the advancements in high-energy–density lithium-ion *** manganese iron phosphate (liMnxFe1-xPO4) has garnered significant attention as a promising positive electrode material for lithium-ion batteries due to its advantages of low cost,high safety,long cycle life,high voltage,good high-temperature performance,and high energy *** liMnxFe1-xPO4has made significant breakthroughs in the past few decades,there are still facing great challenges in poor electronic conductivity and li-ion diffusion,manganese dissolution affecting battery cycling performance,as well as low tap *** review systematically summarizes the reaction mechanisms,various synthesis methods,and electrochemical properties of liMnxFe1-xPO4to analyze reaction processes accurately and guide material ***,the main challenges currently faced are concluded,and the corresponding various modification strategies are discussed to enhance the reaction kinetics and electrochemical performance of liMnxFe1-xPO4,including multi-scale particle regulation,heteroatom doping,surface coating,as well as microscopic morphology ***,in view of the current research challenges faced by intrinsic reaction processes,kinetics,and energy storage applications,the promising research directions are *** importantly,it is expected to provide key insights into the development of high-performance and stable liMnxFe1-xPO4materials,to achieve practical energy storage requirements.

为了提高目标威胁估计精度,提出一种运用改进粒子群算法优化BP神经网络的方法。为了避免陷入局部极值,将变异过程引入粒子群算法中,并对相关参数进行优化,形成改进粒子群算法,对BP神经网络的初始权值和阈值进行优化。利用样本数量不同的训练集对网络进行训练,并用60组测试集数据对网络进行验证。实验结果表明,改进粒子群优化BP神经网络目标威胁估计算法具有更高的预测精度,在训练样本数量较小时能够获得较好的预测能力,可以有效地完成目标威胁估计。

Objective: To study the coumarin from the seeds oil leavings of Xanthoceras ***: The chemical constituents were isolated and purified by combination of silica gel, macroporous resin, Sephadex LH-20, and ODS column chromatography. Their structures were elucidated by spectral and chemical methods. The cytotoxicity of the new compound against 10 selected human cancer cell lines was ***: Five comarins were isolated and identified as fraxetin-7-O-β-D-[6'-(3"–hydroxyl–3"-methylglutaryl)] glucopyranoside(1), fraxoside(2), fraxetin(3), scopoline(4), and esculetin(5), ***: Compound 1 is a new compound. Unfortunately, this compound exhibited no cytotoxicity with tested cell lines.

Background The University of Wisconsin colloid based preserving solution （UW solution） is the most efficient preserving solution for multiorgan transplantation. Unfortunately, unavailability of delayed organ preserving solutions hindered further progression of cardinal organ transplantation in China. In this study, we validated an organ preserving Changzheng Organ Preserving Solution （CZ-1 solution） and compared it with UW solution. Methods A series of studies were conducted on how and how long CZ-1 solution could preserve the kidneys, livers, hearts, lungs and pancreas of New Zealand rabbits and SD rats. Morphology of transplanted organs was studied by visible microscopy and electron microscopy; biochemical and physiological functions and the survival rate of the organs during prolonged cold storage were studied. Results There was no significant difference between CZ-1 and UW solutions in preserving the kidneys, livers, hearts or lungs of rabbits; kidneys, livers, intestinal mucosa or pancreases of SD rats or five deceased donors＇ testicles. In some aspects, such as preserving rabbits＇ hearts, rats＇ intestinal mucosa and pancreases, the effect of CZ-1 solution was superior to UW solution. CZ-1 could safely preserve kidneys for 72 hours, livers for 24 hours, hearts for 18 hours and lungs for 8 hours for SD rats. Twelve kidneys preserved in cold CZ-1 solution for 22-31 hours were transplanted successfully and the mean renal function recovery time was （3.83±1.68） days. Conclusions CZ-1 solution is as effective as UW solution for organ preservation. The development of CZ-1 solution not only reduces costs and improves preservation of organs, but also promotes future development of organ transplantation in China.
