Objective:To study the application of a machine learning algorithm for predicting gestational diabetes mellitus(GDM)in early ***:This study identified indicators related to GDM through a literature review and expert *** women who had attended medical institutions for an antenatal examination from November 2017 to August 2018 were selected for analysis,and the collected indicators were retrospectively *** on Python,the indicators were classified and modeled using a random forest regression algorithm,and the performance of the prediction model was ***:We obtained 4806 analyzable data from 1625 pregnant *** these,3265 samples with all 67 indicators were used to establish data set F1;4806 samples with 38 identical indicators were used to establish data set *** of F1 and F2 was used for training the random forest *** overall predictive accuracy of the F1 model was 93.10%,area under the receiver operating characteristic curve(AUC)was 0.66,and the predictive accuracy of GDM-positive cases was 37.10%.The corresponding values for the F2 model were 88.70%,0.87,and 79.44%.The results thus showed that the F2 prediction model performed better than the F1 *** explore the impact of sacrificial indicators on GDM prediction,the F3 data set was established using 3265 samples(F1)with 38 indicators(F2).After training,the overall predictive accuracy of the F3 model was 91.60%,AUC was 0.58,and the predictive accuracy of positive cases was 15.85%.Conclusions:In this study,a model for predicting GDM with several input variables(e.g.,physical examination,past history,personal history,family history,and laboratory indicators)was established using a random forest regression *** trained prediction model exhibited a good performance and is valuable as a reference for predicting GDM in women at an early stage of *** addition,there are cer tain requirements for the propor tions of negative and posi

Background The incidence of invasive aspergillosis （IA） has increased in frequency in immunocompromised patients with a variety of diseases. The poor prognosis might be due to limited treatment option. This study aimed to evaluate antifungal activity of ibuprofen against clinical isolates of aspergillus species, as well as its interaction with azoles or with amphotericin B or with micafungin. Methods Antifungal activity of ibuprofen against 10 strains of Aspergillus fumigatus, Aspergillus flavus, and Aspergillus terreus were tested with both disk diffusion assay and standard broth microdilution method. To determine whether ibuprofen combined with itraconazole, voriconazole, amphotericin B, or micafungin had interactive effects on aspergillus spp., we used both disk diffusion assay and Chequerboard method. Results As for disk diffusion method, ibuprofen produced a zone of growth inhibition with diameters of （20.1±3.9） mm at 48 hours of incubation. As for broth microdilution method, the minimal inhibitory concentration （MIC） ranges of ibuprofen against aspergillus spp. were 1000-2000 μg/ml, and the minimal fungicidal concentration （MFC） ranges of that was 2000-8000 μg/ml. For 2 of 5 isolates, when ibuprofen combined with itraconazole or voriconazole, the zones of growth inhibition were larger than those of the individual drug. The results of Chequerboard method showed that fractional inhibitory concentration index （FICI） ranges were 1.125-2.500. Conclusions Ibuprofen is active against aspergillus spp.. And ibuprofen does not affect the in vitro activity of itraconazole, voriconazole, amphotericin B or micafungin against aspergillus spp.

With the development of quantum computing technology, quantum public-key cryptography is gradually becoming an alternative to the existing classical public-key cryptography. This paper designs a quantum trapdoor one-way function via EPR pairs and quantum measurements. Based on this, a new quantum public-key cryptosystem is presented, which offers forward security,and can resist the chosen-plaintext attack and chosen-ciphertext attack. Compared with the existing quantum public-key cryptos,eavesdropping can be automatically detected in this new quantum public-key cryptosystem under a necessary condition, which is also detailed in the paper.

Influence of Alumina Addition on the Optical Property of Zirconia/Alumina Composite Dental Ceramics

The influence of various alumina additions on the optical property of zirconia/alumina composite ceramics was investigated. The relative sintered densities, transmittances, color and the microstructure of the composite ceramics were studied. The experimental results showed that the relative sintered densities and transmittances decreased with alumina addition. The lightness increased obviously but the chroma change was small. Pure zirconia nanopowders sintered densely could obtain the relatively high transmittance, while the transmittance and the lightness of slight addition changed significantly. The zirconia/alumina composite ceramics with alumina addition less than 7.5wt% could achieve the relatively stable and reliable optical properties.

Objective: The aim of this study was to explore the safe and effective method of expectoration in the preoperative period of patients with lung cancer resection and to promote the rehabilitation of ***: A total of 100 cases of lung cancer patients undergoing elective surgery were divided into the observation group and the control group, with 50 cases in each group. The control group was treated with vibration expectoration vest for expectoration during the perioperative period, and the observation group was treated with respiratory function exerciser that has expectoration function in the perioperative period, three times a day, and the effect was evaluated after 5 ***: The number of patients in the observation group after the first expectoration time was significantly less than that of the control group(Plization time was significantly shorter than that of the control group; and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions: Lobectomy for lung cancer patients with perioperative respiratory training for respiratory function exercise, compared with conventional methods, is helpful for postoperative expectoration and to reduce the incidence of adverse events.

MicroRNAs(miRNAs)are a class of endogenous small RNAs that play important regulatoryroles in both animals and plants,miRNA genes have been intensively studied in animals,but not in *** study,we adopted a homology search approach to identify homologs of previously validated plantmiRNAs in Arabidopsis thaliana and Oryza *** identified 20 potential miRNA genes in Arabidopsisand 40 in ***,providing a relatively complete enumeration of family members for these miRNAs *** addition,a greater number of Arabidopsis miRNAs(MIR168,MIR159 and MIR172)were found tobe conserved in *** the novel homologs,most of the miRNAs have closely related fellow miRNAs andthe number of paralogs varies in the different miRNA ***,a probable functional segmenthighly conserved on the elongated stem of pre-miRNA fold-backs of MIR319 and MIR159 family *** results support a model of variegated miRNA regulation in plants,in which miRNAs withdifferent functional elements on their pre-miRNA fold-backs can differ in their function or regulation,andclosely related miRNAs can be diverse in their specificity or competence to downregulate target *** that the sophisticated regulation of miRNAs can achieve complex biological effects through qualita-tive and quantitative modulation of gene expression profiles in plants.

Alzheimer's disease is an age-related neurodegenerative disorder with a complex and incompletely understood pathogenesis. Despite extensive research, a cure for Alzheimer's disease has not yet been found. Oxidative stress mediates excessive oxidative responses, and its involvement in Alzheimer's disease pathogenesis as a primary or secondary pathological event is widely accepted. As a member of the selenium-containing antioxidant enzyme family, glutathione peroxidase 4 reduces esterified phospholipid hydroperoxides to maintain cellular redox homeostasis. With the discovery of ferroptosis, the central role of glutathione peroxidase 4 in anti-lipid peroxidation in several diseases, including Alzheimer's disease, has received widespread attention. Increasing evidence suggests that glutathione peroxidase 4 expression is inhibited in the Alzheimer's disease brain, resulting in oxidative stress, inflammation, ferroptosis, and apoptosis, which are closely associated with pathological damage in Alzheimer's disease. Several therapeutic approaches, such as small molecule drugs, natural plant products, and non-pharmacological treatments, ameliorate pathological damage and cognitive function in Alzheimer's disease by promoting glutathione peroxidase 4 expression and enhancing glutathione peroxidase 4 activity. Therefore, glutathione peroxidase 4 upregulation may be a promising strategy for the treatment of Alzheimer's disease. This review provides an overview of the gene structure, biological functions, and regulatory mechanisms of glutathione peroxidase 4, a discussion on the important role of glutathione peroxidase 4 in pathological events closely related to Alzheimer's disease, and a summary of the advances in small-molecule drugs, natural plant products, and non-pharmacological therapies targeting glutathione peroxidase 4 for the treatment of Alzheimer's disease. Low-Reynolds-number effect is an important factor affecting the performance of compressors and other main components of high-altitude long-endurance unmanned aerial *** improve the flow condition and reduce flow loss under the condition of high altitude and low Reynolds number(Re),this paper proposes an optimization process based on a surrogate model,which combines the class-shape transformation method(CST),the Latin hypercube sampling(LHS) method,the light gradient-boosting machine algorithm(lightGBM),and a genetic algorithm(GA) to optimize a high-subsonic compressor *** surrogate model is verified to be accurate and can be used in the optimization *** accuracy of the GA is higher than the other algorithms under common test *** optimization results are verified by numerical simulation,and the flow differences before and after optimization are compared,especially the flow within the boundary *** changing the blade shape,the optimization process adjusts the loading distribution to delay the transition of the optimized blade on the suction surface,which changes the turbulent reattachment in the laminar separation bubble(LSB) into laminar ***,the mixing loss induced by the turbulent reattachment of the LSB and the wake loss of turbulent separation at the trailing edge are significantly reduced,and the performance of the compressor profile is finally *** addition,turbulent separation of the optimized profile is delayed reducing the range of the wake region on the suction *** this optimization process,the reduction of total pressure loss coefficient at Re of 2.5×10～5,3.5×10～5,and 4.5×10～5 are 16.32%,20.76%,and 22.16%,respectively.
