The amide functionality is one of the most important units in organic *** is the basic structural unit of proteins,but is also widely present in various polymers(***,nylon),natural products(***,penicillin),top-selling drugs and agrochemicals. It is present in more than 25% of all launched pharmaceuticals and 2/3 of the drug candidates. Moreover,it has been estimated that 16% of all reactions performed in pharma industry involve amide bond *** this work,N-(hetero)arylamino acid amides have been synthesized via a novel method based on N-(hetero)arylamine activation into isothioureas followed by reaction with amino acids under iron *** protocol shows a broad functional group compatibility,with respect to side chain functionality of the amino acid(*** and aromatic OH,(hetero)aromatic NH,amide NH,thioether),and the chiral amino acids do not undergo *** mechanism of the new amide synthesis has been studied.(Fig.1).

Non-Camellia Tea in China: Traditional usage, phytochemistry, and pharmacology

＜正＞Facing to a class of faults whose dynamic characteristics are known,but initial states and initial instants are unknown,fault diagnosis and self-restore fault-tolerant control are researched for linear systems with state delays.A novel observer-based approach to fault diagnosis is proposed,and a design approach to fault-tolerant control law is *** introducing a special linear transformation,the time-delay systems are transformed into the delay-free ones. Then,the problem of fault diagnosis for time-delay systems is transformed into a problem of state observation for delay-free *** constructing a novel fault diagnoser which doesn’t need residual to embody faults,fault diagnosis is realized ***,by using the results of fault diagnosis,a dynamic self-restore control law and a compensation law for output measurement values are designed,so that the states and the measured outputs of the system are isolated from faults.A simulation example is given to demonstrate the feasibility and validity of the proposed scheme.

极危植物云南火焰兰的发现及种群现状

[目的]探索云南火焰兰分布、群落及种群现状等特征,根据其种群生长和环境情况,提出相应的保护措施和建议。[方法]通过查阅文献、标本记录、实地群落及种群现状调查相结合的方法进行分析。[结果]表明:(1)发现并确认云南火焰兰分布于云南元江国家级自然保护区,目前发现共有两个分布点,位于海拔1 042 1 135 m的低山山地;(2)原文献记录中海拔500 m左右分布点的元江河谷原生境已变为农业耕作区,其原有分布点的种群已消失;(3)云南火焰兰种群数量极少,仅12株,除1株幼苗外均为成年植株,是典型的衰退型种群;(4)云南火焰兰更新困难,初步研究认为开花不结实是云南火焰兰濒危的直接原因,生存环境苛刻、种子繁殖率低、种群密度小等更加剧其濒危。[结论]云南火焰兰分布地植被群落类型主要为常绿落叶针阔混交林,仅发现12株云南火焰兰,其花而不实,更新幼苗仅1株,自然更新受限。

BACKGROUND Return to work(RTW)serves as an indication for young and middle-aged colorectal cancer(CRC)survivors to resume their normal social ***,these survivors encounter significant challenges during their RTW ***,scientific research is necessary to explore the barriers and facilitating factors of returning to work for young and middle-aged CRC *** To examine the current RTW status among young and middle-aged CRC survivors and to analyze the impact of RTW self-efficacy(RTW-SE),fear of progression(FoP),eHealth literacy(eHL),family resilience(FR),and financial toxicity(FT)on their RTW *** A cross-sectional investigation was adopted in this *** September 2022 to February 2023,a total of 209 participants were recruited through a convenience sampling method from the gastrointestinal surgery department of a class A tertiary hospital in *** investigation utilized a general information questionnaire alongside scales assessing RTW-SE,FoP,eHL,FR,and *** analyze the factors that influence RTW outcomes among young and middle-aged CRC survivors,Cox regression modeling and Kaplan-Meier survival analysis were *** A total of 43.54%of the participants successfully returned to work,with an average RTW time of 100 *** regression univariate analysis revealed that RTW-SE,FoP,eHL,FR,and FT were significantly different between the non-RTW and RTW groups(Plitating their timely reintegration into mainstream society.

Salsolinol(1-methyl-6,7-dihydroxy-1,2,3,4-tetrahydroisoquinoline,Sal)is a catechol isoquinoline that causes neurotoxicity and shares structural similarity with 1-methyl-4-phenyl-1,2,3,6-tetrahydropyridine,an environmental toxin that causes Parkinson's ***,the mechanism by which Sal mediates dopaminergic neuronal death remains *** this study,we found that Sal significantly enhanced the global level of N~6-methyladenosine(m~6A)RNA methylation in PC12 cells,mainly by inducing the downregulation of the expression of m~6A demethylases fat mass and obesity-associated protein(FTO)and alk B homolog 5(ALKBH5).RNA sequencing analysis showed that Sal downregulated the Hippo signaling *** m~6A reader YTH domain-containing family protein 2(YTHDF2)promoted the degradation of m~6A-containing Yes-associated protein 1(YAP1)mRNA,which is a downstream key effector in the Hippo signaling ***,downregulation of YAP1 promoted autophagy,indicating that the mutual regulation between YAP1 and autophagy can lead to *** findings reveal the role of Sal on m~6A RNA methylation and suggest that Sal may act as an RNA methylation inducer mediating dopaminergic neuronal death through YAP1 and *** results provide greater insights into the neurotoxic effects of catechol isoquinolines compared with other studies and may be a reference for assessing the involvement of RNA methylation in the pathogenesis of Parkinson's disease.

N-nitrosodimethylamine（NDMA） is an emerging disinfection by-product which is formed during water disinfection in the presence of amine-based precursors. Ranitidine, as one kind of amine-based pharmaceuticals, has been identified as NDMA precursor with high NDMA molar conversion during chloramination. This study focused on the characterization of NDMA formation during ozonation of ranitidine. Influences of operational variables（ozone dose, pH value） and water matrix on NDMA generation as well as ranitidine degradation were evaluated. The results indicate high reactivity of ranitidine with ***（DMA） and NDMA were generated due to ranitidine oxidation. High pH value caused more NDMA accumulation. NDMA formation was inhibited under acid conditions（pH ≤ 5） mainly due to the protonation of amines. Water matrix such as HCO-3and humic acid impacted NDMA generation due to UOH scavenging. Compared with UOH,ozone molecules dominated the productions of DMA and NDMA. However, UOH was a critical factor in NDMA degradation. Transformation products of ranitidine during ozonation were identified using gas chromatography–mass spectrometry. Among these products, just DMA and N,N-dimethylformamide could contribute to NDMA formation due to the DMA group in the molecular structures. The NDMA formation pathway from ranitidine ozonation was also proposed.
