Using titrimetric method,enzymatic behavior of lipase AK against fullerene end-capped polycaprolactone(C60-PCL) was studied for the first time,compared with polycaprolactone(PCL).The results showed that degradation of both C60-PCL and PCL by lipase followed Mechaelis-Menten equation,with the degradation parameters of PCL and C60-PCL were 0.75 mg mL-1 and 0.16 mg mL-1 for Km,and 0.90 mL h-1 and 0.43 mL h-1 for Vmax,respectively.C60-PCL had a slower degradation rate than PCL under the same *** data indicated that the introduction of fullerene enabled PCL hard to be degraded by lipase.

BACKGROUND: Remote organ failure occurs in cases of acute pancreatitis (AP); however, the reports on AP induced by pancreatic duct obstruction are rare. In this study we determined the effect of L-cysteine on pancreaticobiliary inflammation and remote organ damage in rats after pancreaticobiliary duct ligation (PBDL). METHODS: AP was induced by PBDL in rats with 5/0 silk Sixty rats were randomly divided into 4 groups. Groups A and B were sham-operated groups that received injections of saline or L-cysteine (10 mg/kg) intraperitoneally (15 rats in each group). Groups C and D were PBDL groups that received injections of saline or L-cysteine (10 mg/kg) intraperitoneally (15 rats in each group). The tissue samples of the pancreas and remote organs such as the lung, liver, intestine and kidney were subsequently examined for pathological changes under a light microscope. The samples were also stored for the determination of malondialdehyde and glutathione levels. Blood urea nitrogen (BUN), plasma amylase, ALT and AST levels were determined spectrophotometrically using an automated analyzer. Also, we evaluated the effect of L-cysteine on remote organ injury in rats with AP induced by retrograde infusion of 3.5% sodium taurocholate (NaTc) into the bile-pancreatic duct. RESULTS: Varying degrees of injury in the pancreas, lung, liver intestine and kidney were observed in the rats 24 hours after PBDL. The severity of injury to the lung, liver and intestine was attenuated, while injury status was not changed significantly in the pancreas and kidney after L-cysteine treatment. Oxidativestress was also affected by L-cysteine in PBDL-treated rats. The concentration of tissue malondialdehyde decreased in the pancreas and remote organs of PBDL and L-cysteine administrated rats, and the concentration of glutathione increased more significantly than that of the model control group. However, L-cysteine administration reduced the severity of injury in remote organs but not in the pancre

The title compound, [Zn（NDC）（2,2＇-bipy）], （NDC = 1,5-naphthalenedicarboxylate, 2,2＇- bipy = 2,2＇-bipyridine）, has been synthesized by a hydrothermal reaction and characterized by single-crystal X-ray diffraction analysis. It crystallizes in monoclinic, space group C2/c with a = 19.967（4）, b = 17.158（3）, c = 14.276（3） A,β = 129.623（5）°, V = 3767.4（12） A^3, Z = 8, C22H14N2O4Zn, Mr = 435.72, Dc= 1.536 g/cm^3, F（000） = 1776, μ（MoKα） = 1.336 mm^-1, the final R = 0.0777 and wR = 0.2447 for 2032 observed reflections （I 〉 26（/））. The Zn（II） ion is six-coordinated by two nitrogen and four oxygen atoms in a distorted octahedral environment. NDC ligand has a bis（bridging bidentate） coordination mode in the compound, The zinc atoms are linked by carboxylate groups of NDC ligand in bridging mode into a one-dimensional zigzag chain.

With the development of ultra-wide coverage technology,multibeam echo-sounder(MBES)system has put forward higher requirements for localization accuracy and computational efficiency of ray tracing *** classical equivalent sound speed profile(ESSP)method replaces the measured sound velocity profile(SVP)with a simple constant gradient SVP,reducing the computational workload of beam ***,in deep-sea environment,the depth measurement error of this method rapidly increases from the central beam to the edge *** analyzing the positioning error of the ESSP method at edge beam,it is discovered that the positioning error increases monotonically with the incident angle,and the relationship between them could be expressed by polynomial ***,an error correction algorithm based on polynomial fitting is *** simulation experiment conducted on an inclined seafloor shows that the proposed algorithm exhibits comparable efficiency to the original ESSP method,while significantly improving bathymetry accuracy by nearly eight times in the edge beam.

A series of double perovskites RSrMnFeO6（R=La, Pr, Nd, Sm） was synthesized under mild hydrothermal conditions. Crystal growths of the samples were sensitive to alkalinity, temperature, filling fraction, and composition of initial reaction mixture. The desired series of compounds belongs to the class of AA＇BB＇O6 perovskites with a random distribution of Mn and Fe atoms over the B-cation sub-lattice. Their structures show the distorted orthorhombic symmetry with space group Pnma. The shapes and sizes of the crystals were analyzed on a Rigaku JSM-6700F by scanning electron microscopy. Analysis done by XPS, Mossbauer spectroscopy and iodometric titration reveals that Mn and Fe ions have ＋4 and ＋3 oxidation states, respectively.

Recent years have seen the wide application of natural language processing(NLP)models in crucial areas such as finance,medical treatment,and news media,raising concerns about the model robustness and *** find that prompt paradigm can probe special robust defects of pre-trained language *** prompt texts are first constructed for inputs and a pre-trained language model can generate adversarial examples for victim models via *** results show that prompt paradigm can efficiently generate more diverse adversarial examples besides synonym ***,we propose a novel robust training approach based on prompt paradigm which incorporates prompt texts as the alternatives to adversarial examples and enhances robustness under a lightweight minimax-style optimization *** on three real-world tasks and two deep neural models show that our approach can significantly improve the robustness of models to resist adversarial attacks.
