In this paper,an adaptive disturbance-rejection proportional–integral–differential(PID)control method is proposed for a class of nonlinear ***,PID-type criterion is introduced in a model-free adaptive control(MFAC)framework,which gives an optimal control interpretation for PID ***,the design of adaptive disturbance rejection PID is proposed based on this new interpretation to realize controller gain *** to the ingenious integration of active disturbance rejection and adaptive mechanism,the proposed adaptive disturbance rejection PID control scheme exhibits better control performance than MFAC ***,the boundedness of controller gain,the convergence of tracking error and the bounded-input–bounded-output stability are proved for the proposed control ***,the effectiveness of the proposed method is verified by numerical simulation.

Phosphorus(P) bioavailability is an important factor in alpine meadows and plays an important role in the response to climate change and the maintenance of ecosystem ***,little is known about how environmental factors,such as elevation and slope aspect,affect soil P *** explored the effects of elevational gradient and slope aspect on different forms of P and P availability in the alpine meadows on the southern slope of the Tian Shan Mountain *** P was found to be 851.9-1556.7 mg·kg^(-1) at different elevational gradients and 437.5-1547.0 mg·kg^(-1) at different slope aspects,and highest at 3337 and 3652 m.a.s.l.,but little differences between slope *** P and Labile P linearly increased with the elevational *** valley and the base of the shady slope had higher contents of H_***_3-Pi,and NaHCO_3-Po,and high-active organic P(NaHCO_3-Po,NaOH-Po,and H_2O-Po) was positively correlated with soil total carbon(TC),total nitrogen(TN),soil organic carbon(SOC),and aboveground biomass(AGB),but was negatively correlated with pH,aluminum(Al),and calcium(Ca) at different elevational ***-active bioavailable P(H_2OPi,H_2O-Po,NaHCO_3-Pi,and NaHCO_3-Po) was positively correlated with soil SOC and AGB and was negatively correlated with pH at different slope *** results suggest that soil P availability in alpine meadows is significantly controlled by topographical factors and the valleys and base of shady slopes are reservoirs of high-active bioavailable P.

Since the little Ice Age and as a consequence of climate warming,many recently deglaciated forefields have become and will continue to evolve into large ice-debris complexes exposed to periglacial processes and *** transitional processes have significant implications for geomorphologic shaping and water supply for the downstream communities,especially in arid regions,but our understanding of their evolutionary processes and their potential geomorphic and hydrological impacts is stil limited.A landform transition from partly debris-covered glaciers to ice-rich permafrost debris undergoing slow viscous creep was revealed in the Aerzailaikunai Valley in the eastern Tianshan Mountains in China based on the results of in-situ observations and measurements(boreholes,ground temperature monitoring,electrical resistivity tomography surveys,and continuous global positioning system measurements,among others).The internal structure of ice-tll mixture contains pure ice layers,supersaturated frozen sands with ice lenses,and ice-bearing blocks with maximum volumetric contents of heterogeneous ice at 35%-60%.Beneath an 1.5-m-thick active layer,permafrost reached far into the underlying bedrock with the mean annual ground temperature of-2.1℃ at the depth of 20 *** higher surface velocities(with an accumulative displacement of 65 mm from October 2019 to May 2020)and extremely high electrical resistivity(several million Ω m)of the debris-covered glacier margin were in sharp contrast to those of the progressively stabilizing ground surface(up to 16 mm)and the lower zones with relatively smaler electrical resistivity(several thousand Ω m).Combined with the borehole stratigraphy(higher rock content),monitored ground temperatures(permafrost environment),lower electrical resistance(ice-rich moraine),and continuous global positioning system results(viscous creeping),this study documents a transition from glacial to periglacial conditions,materials and processes characteristic

The purpose of this study is to explore the associations among dry eye disease(DED),air pollution,and meteorological conditions in the cold region of a northeastern Chinese metropolis(i.e.,Changchun).Data on ambient air pollutants and meteorological parameters as well as diagnosed DED outpatients during 2015–2021 were *** associations between DED and environmental factors were analysed at multiple time scales using various statistical methods(i.e.,correlation,regression and machine learning).Among the 10,809 DED patients(21,617 eyes)studied,64.60%were female and 35.40%were male.A higher frequency of DED was observed in March and April,followed by January,August and *** and multiple factor models showed the positive importance of particles with aerodynamic diameterslighting the importance of coordinated policies in air pollution control and climate change mitigation.

Fungal strain PA-2 was isolated from infected poplar leaves from the Ping’an District, Haidong City of Qinghai Province, China. Based on the culture characteristics and the internal transcribed spacer(ITS) sequence of its 16S r DNA, the strain was identified as Aureobasidium pullulans. The culture and metabolites of strain PA-2 showed high herbicidal potential to five tested weeds Galium aparine var. tenerum, Chenopodium album, Malva crispa, Polygonum lapathifolium and Avena fatua. For the in vitro test, 5 days after the detached leaves were inoculated with PA-2 culture, all leaves infected by the hyphae and became black and rotten. For the in vivo test, a metabolite filtrate of PA-2 culture was sprayed over the living weed plants, and five days after inoculation, the weed plants became withered and necrotic. Seven days after inoculation, the fresh weight reductions of G. aparine var. tenerum, C. album, M. crispa, P. lapathifolium and A. fatua were 87.25, 78.46, 82.25, 62.11, and 80.27%, respectively. Galium aparine var. tenerum and M. crispa exhibited significant reductions in fresh weight. The bio-safety test on the five crops showed no significant plant height reductions, which was also observed for wheat(Triticum aestivum), faba bean(Vicia faba), and barley(Hordeum vulgare). By contrast, oilseed rape(Brassica napus) and pea(Pisum sativum) exhibited light spots but no significant reductions in plant height. These results indicated that A. pullulans could be a potential microbial herbicide for the control of the target weeds in crops. Optimization of the carbon and nitrogen sources for cultural media and substances for solid-state fermentation indicated that PA-2 had better colony growth and spore production with the optimal carbon source of glucose(C4), nitrogen source of soybean flour(N2), and the optimal substance was wheat bran. We investigate the photoluminescence(PL)emission from InGaN/GaN multiple quantum-well structures before and after 1 MeV electron *** PL peak intensity exhibits a slight enhancement after low-dose electron irradiation(2×10^(13) e/cm^(2)),and then decreases with the cumulative electron ***,the full width at half maximum of the PL spectrum narrows after low-dose electron irradiation and widens when the irradiation dose is relatively *** respect to the yellow photoluminescence,there is no significant change until the electron fluence has accumulated up to 10^(14) e/cm^(2).

The morphology and crystallography of phases in the Cu-0.12% Zr alloy were investigated by scanning electron microscope(SEM), transmission electron microscope(TEM), and high-resolution transmission electron microscope(HRTEM). The results show that the as-cast microstructure of Cu–Zr alloy is mainly Cu matrix and eutectic structure which consist of Cu and Cu5Zr phases with a fine lamellar structure. The disk-shaped and plateliked Cu5Zr phases with fcc structure are found in the matrix, in which habit plane is parallel to {111}a plane of the *** the copper matrix and Cu5Zr phase,there exists an orientation relationship of [112]a|| [011]Cu5Zr;(111)a||(111)Cu5Zr. The space structure model of Cu5Zr phase can be established.

Optical coherence tomography(OCT)is a new intravascular imaging technique with high resolution and could provide accurate morphological information for plaques in coronary ***,its segmentation is still commonly performed manually by experts which is *** aim of this study was to develop automatic techniques to characterize plaque components and quantify plaque cap thickness using 3 machine learning methods including convolutional neural network(CNN)with U-Net architecture,CNN with Fully convolutional DenseNet(FC-DenseNet)architecture and support vector machine(SVM).In vivo OCT and intravascular ultrasound(IVUS)images were acquired from two patients at Emory University with informed consent *** OCT image slices which included lipid core and with acceptable image quality were selected for our *** segmentation from imaging experts was used as the gold standard for model training and *** OCT has limited penetration,virtual histology IVUS was combined with OCT data to improve reliability.A 3-fold cross-validation method was used for model training and *** overall tissue classification accuracy for the 18 slices studied(total classification database sample size was 8580096 pixels)was 96.36%and 92.72%for U-Net and FC-DenseNet,*** best average prediction accuracy for lipid was 91.29%based on SVM,compared to 82.84%and 78.91%from U-Net and FC-DenseNet,*** overall average accuracy(Acc)differentiating lipid and fibrous tissue were 95.58%,92.33%and 81.84%for U-Net,FC-DenseNet and SVM,*** average errors of U-Net,FC-DenseNet and SVM from the 18 slices for cap thickness quantification were 8.83%,10.71%and 15.85%.The average relative errors of minimum cap thickness from 18 slices of U-Net,FC-DenseNet and SVM were 17.46%,13.06%and 22.20%,*** conclude,CNN-based segmentation methods can better characterize plaque compositions and quantify plaque cap thickness on
