Milk fat globule membrane(MFGM),which contains abundant glycoproteins and phospholipids,exerts beneficial effects on intestinal health and *** aim of this study was to evaluate the protective effects and possible underlying mechanisms of MFGM on cow’s milk allergy(CMA)in aβ-lactoglobulin(BLG)-induced allergic mice *** was supplemented to allergic mice induced by BLG at a dose of 400 mg/kg body *** demonstrated that MFGM alleviated food allergy symptoms,decreased serum levels of lipopolysaccharide,pro-inflammatory cytokines,immunoglobulin(Ig)E,Ig G1,and Th2 cytokines including interleukin(IL)-4,while increased serum levels of Th1 cytokines including interferon-γand regulatory T cells(Tregs)cytokines including IL-10 and transforming growth factor-β.MFGM modulated gut microbiota and enhanced intestinal barrier of BLG-allergic mice,as evidenced by decreased relative abundance of Desulfobacterota,Rikenellaceae,Lachnospiraceae,and Desulfovibrionaceae,while increased relative abundance of Bacteroidetes,Lactobacillaceae and Muribaculaceae,and enhanced expressions of tight junction proteins including Occludin,Claudin-1 and zonula ***,MFGM increased fecal short-chain fatty acids(SCFAs)levels,which elevated G protein-coupled receptor(GPR)43 and GPR109A *** increased expressions of GPR43 and GPR109A induced CD103+dendritic cells accumulation and promoted Tregs differentiation in mesenteric lymph node to a certain *** summary,MFGM alleviated CMA in a BLG-induced allergic mice model through enhancing intestinal barrier and promoting Tregs differentiation,which may be correlated with SCFAs-mediated activation of *** findings suggest that MFGM may be useful as a promising functional ingredient against CMA.

In an experiment performed on the Shenguang-III prototype laser facility, collective Thomson scattering (TS) is used to study the spatialgrowth of stimulated Brillouin scattering (SBS) in a gas-filled hohlraum by detecting the SBS-driven ion acoustic wave. High-quality timeresolved SBS and TS spectra are obtained simultaneously in the experiment, and these are analyzed by a steady-state code based on theray-tracing model. The analysis indicates that ion–ion collisions may play an important role in suppressing SBS growth in the Au plasma;as aresult, the SBS excited in the filled gas region is dominant. In the early phase of the laser pulse, SBS originates primarily from the high-densityplasma at the edges of the interaction beam channel, which is piled up by the heating of the interaction beam. Throughout the duration of thelaser pulse, the presence of the TS probe beam might mitigate SBS by perturbing the density distribution around the region overlapping withthe interaction beam.

There are at least two kinds of generalization of Hopf algebra, i.e. pre-Hopf algebra and weak Hopf algebra. Correspondingly, we have two kinds of generalized bialgebras, almost bialgebra and weak bialgebra. Let L = （L, ×, I, a, l, r） be a tensor category. By giving up I, l, r and keeping ×, a in L, the first author got so-called pre-tensor category L = （L, ×, a） and used it to characterize almost bialgebra and pre-Hopf algebra in Comm. in Algebra, 32（2）： 397-441 （2004）. Our aim in this paper is to generalize tensor category L = （L, ×, I, a, l, r） by weakening the natural isomorphisms l, r, i.e. exchanging the natural isomorphism ll^-1 = rr^-1 = id into regular natural transformations lll= l, rrr = r with some other conditions and get so-called weak tensor category so as to characterize weak bialgebra and weak Hopf algebra. The relations between these generalized （bialgebras） Hopf algebras and two kinds generalized tensor categories will be described by using of diagrams. Moreover, some related concepts and properties about weak tensor category will be discussed.

We present a novel time-of-flight resolved Bessel light bullet-enabled stimulated Raman scattering(B2-SRS)microscopy for deeper tissue 3D chemical imaging with high resolution without a need for mechanical *** accomplish the tasks,we conceive a unique method to enable optical sectioning by generating the counterpropagating pump and Stokes Bessel light bullets in the sample,in which the group velocities of the Bessel light bullets are made ultraslow(e.g.,vg≈0.1c)and tunable by introducing programmable angular dispersions with a spatial light *** theoretically analyze the working principle of the collinear multicolor Bessel light bullet generations and velocity controls with the relative time-of-flight resolved detection for SRS 3D deep tissue *** have also built the B2-SRS imaging system and present the first demonstration of B2-SRS microscopy with Bessel light bullets for 3D chemical imaging in a variety of samples(e.g.,polymer bead phantoms,biological samples such as spring onion tissue and porcine brain)with high *** B2-SRS technique provides a>2-fold improvement in imaging depth in porcine brain tissue compared to conventional SRS *** method of optical sectioning in tissue using counter-propagating ultraslow Bessel light bullets developed in B2-SRS is generic and easy to perform and can be readily extended to other nonlinear optical imaging modalities to advance 3D microscopic imaging in biological and biomedical systems and beyond.

Efficient metal recovery from industrial wastewater facilitates addressing of the environmental hazards and resource requirements of heavy *** conventional electrodeposition recovery method is hampered by the limitations of interfacial ion transport in charge-transfer reactions,creating challenges for simultaneous rapid and high-quality metal ***,we proposed integrating a transient electric field(TE)and swirling flow(SF)to synchronously enhance bulk mass transfer and promote interfacial ion *** investigated the effects of the operation mode,transient frequency,and flow rate on metal recovery,enabling determination of the optimal operating conditions for rapid and efficient sequential recovery of Cu in TE&SF *** conditions included low and high electric levels of 0 and 4 V,a 50%duty cycle,1 kHz frequency,and 400 L·h^(-1)flow *** kinetic coefficients of TE&SF electrodeposition were 3.5-4.3 and 1.37-1.97 times that of single TE and SF electrodeposition,*** the deposition process under TE and SF conditions confirmed the efficient concurrence of interfacial ion transport and charge transfer under TE and SF synergy,which achieved rapid and highquality metal ***,the combined deposition strategy is considered an effective technique for reducing metal pollution and promoting resource recycling.

lithium–sulfur(li–S)batteries are supposed to be one of the most potential next-generation batteries owing to their high theoretical capacity and low ***,the shuttle effect of firm multi-step two-electron reaction between sulfur and lithium in liquid electrolyte makes the capacity much smaller than the theoretical *** methods were proposed for inhibiting the shuttle effect of polysulfide,improving corresponding redox kinetics and enhancing the integral performance of li–S ***,we will comprehensively and systematically summarize the strategies for inhibiting the shuttle effect from all components of li–S ***,the electrochemical principles/mechanism and origin of the shuttle effect are described in ***,the efficient strategies,including boosting the sulfur conversion rate of sulfur,confining sulfur or lithium polysulfides(LPS)within cathode host,confining LPS in the shield layer,and preventing LPS from contacting the anode,will be discussed to suppress the shuttle ***,recent advances in inhibition of shuttle effect in cathode,electrolyte,separator,and anode with the aforementioned strategies have been summarized to direct the further design of efficient materials for li–S ***,we present prospects for inhibition of the LPS shuttle and potential development directions in li–S batteries.
