目的:明确血栓弹力图和凝血试验指导对预防创伤骨折手术术后DVT的应用价值。方法:根据临床检测结果将80例发生创伤骨折患者分为观察组(DVT组,n=41)与39例对照组(非DVT组,n=39),评估术前血栓弹力图与凝血指标对创伤性骨折术后DVT的预测效能。结果:对照组手术时间、术中出血量、切口大小分别为(85.34±12.33)min、(113.53±25.79)ml、(5.34±1.54)cm,手术相关指标改善情况较观察组更好;对照组骨折愈合时间为(11.18±1.37)d,较观察组(15.26±1.75)d更短(t=11.571,P=0.001);对照组凝血功能指标优于观察组(P<0.05);T2时间段内,观察组血液凝固时间(K)、凝血反应时间(R)、凝固角(α)及最大振幅(MA)均较对照组更高(P<0.05),观察组患者处在高凝状态;术后K、α角、MA、PT、TT及PLT的AUG在0.7~1.0间,预测价值较高。结论:血栓弹力图中的K、α角、MA三项参数与凝血实验中PT、TT、PLT能有效筛查创伤骨折患者中术后发生DVT的高危人群。

某三级医院EB病毒感染的临床数据分析

目的:探讨某三级医院EB病毒(EBV)感染的相关疾病分析。方法:利用回顾性方法选取了2021年11月-2023年2月某三甲医院503例EBV-DNA阳性病例,分析了各种疾病的比例以及血液病造血干细胞移植前后比例。结果:503例EBV-DNA阳性病例中,鼻咽癌患者145例占总比例的28.83%,淋巴瘤患者69例占总比例的13.72%,血液系统恶性疾病患者156例占总比例的31.01%,传染性单核细胞增多症患者12例占总比例的2.39%,肾移植患者37例占总比例的7.36%,自身免疫系统疾病患者21例占总比例的4.17%,其他疾病患者63例占总比例的12.52%。血液系统恶性疾病患者包括急性非淋巴细胞白血病占36.54%,急性淋巴细胞白血病占13.46%,地中海贫血占28.21%,再生障碍性贫血占12.18%,骨髓异常综合征占5.77%及其他一些血液疾病占3.85%。156例血液系统疾病中有140例进行了造血干细胞移植,其中EBV-DNA移植前阴性移植后阳性的有86例,移植前阳性移植后阴性的有18例,移植前阳性移植后阳性的有36例。结论:血液系统恶性疾病在EBV-DNA阳性病例中占有最高的比例,且移植后的感染率高于移植前。鼻咽癌和淋巴瘤占EBV-DNA阳性的第二、三位,说明两种疾病的发生与EBV有极大的相关性。

Erhualian(E),Meishan(MS)and Mi(MI)pigs are excellent indigenous pig breeds in Chinese Taihu Basin,which have made great contributions to the genetic improvement of commercial *** of the genetic structure and inbreeding level of the 3 pig breeds is of great significance for the sustainable breeding of commercial *** length and number of runs of homozygosity(ROH)as well as the frequency of genomes covered by ROH can be used as indicators to evaluate the level of inbreeding and the origin of the *** this study,the ROH characteristics of E,MS,MI and Landrace(L)pigs were analyzed by SLAF-seq data,and the inbreeding coefficient based on ROH(F_(ROH))was *** addition,we have identified candidate genes in the genomic regions associated with ROH.A total of10568 ROH were detected in 116 individuals of 4 pig *** analysis showed that there were significant differences in genetic structure between 3 Taihu Basin pig breeds and L,and the genetic structure of E and MI was *** results of F_(ROH)showed that the inbreeding level of MS was the highest(0.25±0.07),while E and MI were lower than *** with the other 3 pig populations,MS showed a higher frequency of long ROH(>5 Mb),indicating higher inbreeding in MS in recent generations.A large number of candidate genes related to reproductive traits are located in the genomic regions with a high frequency of ROH,and these genes are expected to be used as candidate genes in marker-assisted selection(MAS)breeding *** findings can provide theoretical support for genetic conservation and genetic improvement of 3 pig breeds in Chinese Taihu Basin.

Layered P2-type cathodes with high voltage,large capacity,and easy synthesis show great potential for developing sodium(Na)-ion batteries(NIBs).However,the P2–O2 phase transition makes their structural degradation and the Na^(+)/vacancy ordering lowers their redox ***,we rationally propose a compositionally graded P2-type cathode,where nickel(Ni)and manganese(Mn)fractions decrease gradually,and cobalt(Co)content increases contiguously from the inside to the outside of a secondary *** these particles,the Ni/Mn-based compound delivers high capacity and high *** the surface of particles,the Co/Mn-based solid solution offers a stable buffer *** from these synergistic effects,this graded P2-type cathode shows the elimination of P2–O2 transformation even when charged to 4.4 V,which enables good structural stability,maintaining capacity retention reaching~80%within 300 ***,the Na^(+)/vacancy ordering superstructure is further suppressed,and the Na^(+)diffusion kinetics is significantly *** proposed graded structure with optimized chemical composition offers a new perspective for eliminating the unwanted phase transition and thus enhancing the electrochemistry of high-voltage layered cathodes for advanced NIBs.

Methane(CH_(4))emissions from ruminant production are a significant source of anthropogenic greenhouse gas production,but few studies have examined the enteric CH_(4)emissions of lactating dairy cows under different feeding regimes in *** study aimed to investigate the influence of different dietary neutral detergent fiber/non-fibrous carbohydrate(NDF/NFC)ratios on production performance,nutrient digestibility,and CH_(4)emissions for Holstein dairy cows at various stages of *** evaluated the performance of CH_(4)prediction equations developed using local dietary and milk production variables compared to previously published prediction equations developed in other production *** this purpose,36 lactating cows were assigned to one of three treatments with differing dietary NDF/NFC ratios:low(NDF/NFC=1.19),medium(NDF/NFC=1.54),and high(NDF/NFC=1.68).A modified acid-insoluble ash method was used to determine nutrient digestibility,while the sulfur hexafluoride technique was used to measure enteric CH4 *** results showed that the dry matter(DM)intake of cows at the early,middle,and late stages of lactation decreased significantly(Plity values were the highest(Plinearly(Plic body weight,DM intake,NDF intake,or fat-corrected milk yield increased with increasing dietary NDF/NFC *** addition,CH_(4)emissions expressed per unit of GE intake increased significantly(P<0.05),from 4.87 to 8.12%,5.16 to 9.25%,and 5.06 to 8.17%respectiv

For rough machining of a complex narrow cavity,e.g.,a complex blisk channel on an aero-engine,the typically used cutting tools are the slender cylindrical cutter and conical ***,as neither of the two is particularly suited for rough machining,wherein the main purpose is to remove a large volume as quickly as possible,the machining efficiency is low,especially when the part materials are of hard-to-cut types(e.g.,Titanium-alloy)for which it often takes days to rough machine a ***,disc machining provides a new and efficient roughing solution,since a disc cutter with a large radius enables a much larger cutting speed and thus a larger material removal ***,due to the large radius of the disc cutter,its potential collision with narrow and twisted channels becomes a serious *** this paper,we propose a novel twophase approach for efficiently machining a complex narrow cavity workpiece using a disc-shaped cutter,i.e.,3+2-axis disc-slotting of the channel by multiple layers(rough machining)+five-axis disc-milling of the freeform channel side surfaces(semi-finish machining).Both simulation and physical cutting experiments are conducted to assess the effectiveness and advantages of the proposed *** experimental results show that,with respect to a same cusp-height threshold on the channel side surfaces,the total machining time of the tested part by the proposed method is about only 36%of that by the conventional approach of plunging-milling(for roughing)plus milling by a slender cylindrical cutter(for semi-finishing).

Hybrid metal-organic framework(MOF)derivatives play a significant role in the novel catalyst development in energy conversion ***,we demonstrated the low-temperature fully fluorinated zeolitic imidazole framework(ZIF)coupled with a three-dimensional open framework Prussian blue analog(PBA)with combined advantages for electrocatalytic oxygen evolution reaction(OER)in water splitting *** spectroscopic analysis and the electrochemical studies revealed the combined advantages of efficient electronic effect and active site *** of good conductivity improvement by Ndoped carbon derived from ZIF and the high electrochemical surface area and active site exposure from PBA derivatives,good catalytic performance was obtained on the optimal catalyst of Co Ni ZIF/Co Fe-PBAF-300,which required a low overpotential of 250 m V to reach 10 m A/cm^(2)loaded on the glassy carbon electrode,with Tafel slope of 47.4 m V/dec,and very high dynamic and steady *** addition,the multi-component with the mixed structure from highly polar metal fluorides promoted the easy formation of the active phase as revealed by the post-sample *** current results showed a novel composite catalyst materials development from the hybrid MOF derivatives,which would be promising in the electrolysis of water oxidation reactions and energy-relevant catalysis reactions.

Exceptional points(EPs)have recently emerged as a new method for engineering the response of open physical systems,that is,systems that interact with the *** systems at the EPs exhibit a strong response to a small ***,we show a method by which the sensitivity of silicon resonant sensors can be enhanced when operated at *** our experiments,we use a pair of mechanically coupled silicon micromechanical resonators constituting a parity-time(PT)-symmetric *** perturbations introduced on the mechanically coupled spring cause the frequency to split from the EPs into the PT-symmetric regime without broadening the two spectrum linewidths,and this frequency splitting scales with the square root of the perturbation *** overall signal-tonoise ratio is still greatly enhanced,although the measured noise spectral density of the EP sensing scheme has a slight increase comparable to the traditional *** results pave the way for resonant sensors with ultrahigh sensitivity.
