Strength through unity: Alkaline phosphatase-responsive AIEgen nanoprobe for aggregation-enhanced multi-mode imaging and photothermal therapy of metastatic prostate cancer

Prostate cancer(PCa) is characterized by high incidence and propensity for easy metastasis, presenting significant challenges in clinical diagnosis and treatment. Tumor microenvironment(TME)-responsive nanomaterials provide a promising prospect for imaging-guided precision therapy. Considering that tumor-derived alkaline phosphatase(ALP) is over-expressed in metastatic PCa, it makes a great chance to develop a theranostics system with ALP responsive in the TME. Herein, an ALP-responsive aggregationinduced emission luminogens(AIEgens) nanoprobe AMNF self-assembly was designed for enhancing the diagnosis and treatment of metastatic PCa. The nanoprobe exhibited self-aggregation in the presence of ALP resulted in aggregation-induced fluorescence, and enhanced accumulation and prolonged retention period at the tumor site. In terms of detection, the fluorescence(FL)/computed tomography(CT)/magnetic resonance(MR) multi-mode imaging effect of nanoprobe was significantly improved post-aggregation, enabling precise diagnosis through the amalgamation of multiple imaging modes. Enhanced CT/MR imaging can achieve assist preoperative tumor diagnosis, and enhanced FL imaging technology can achieve “intraoperative visual navigation”, showing its potential application value in clinical tumor detection and surgical guidance. In terms of treatment, AMNF showed strong absorption in the near infrared region after aggregation, which improved the photothermal treatment effect. Overall, our work developed an effective aggregation-enhanced theranostic strategy for ALP-related cancers.

Consumer products are important reservoirs and sources of organophosphate tri-esters and di-esters:Characteristics,mass inventory,and implication for waste management

Numerous studies documented the occurrence of organophosphate tri-esters(tri-OPEs)and di-esters(di-OPEs)in the *** information is available on their occurrence in waste consumer products,reservoirs and sources of these *** study collected and analyzed 92 waste consumer products manufactured from diverse polymers,including polyurethane foam(PUF),polystyrene(PS),acrylonitrile butadiene styrene(ABS),polypropylene(PP),and polyethylene(PE)to obtain information on the occurrence and profiles of 16 tri-OPEs and 10 *** concentrations of di-OPEs(18−370,000 ng/g,median 1,700 ng/g)were one order of magnitude lower than those of tri-OPEs(94−4,500,000 ng/g,median 5,400 ng/g).The concentrations of both tri-and di-OPEs in products made of PUF,PS,and ABS were orders of magnitude higher than those made of PP and *** compositional patterns of OPEs varied among different polymer types but were generally dominated by bisphenol A bis(diphenyl phosphate),triphenyl phosphate,tris(1-chloro-2-propyl)phosphate,di-phenyl phosphate(DPHP),and bis(2-ethylhexyl)*** industrially applied di-OPEs(di-n-butyl phosphate and DPHP)exhibited higher levels than their respective tri-OPEs,contrary to their production *** non-industrially applied chlorinated di-OPEs were also detected,with concentrations up to 97,000 ng/*** findings suggest that degradation of tri-OPEs during the manufacturing and use of products is an important source of *** mass inventories of tri-OPEs and di-OPEs in consumer products were estimated at 3,100 and 750 tons/year,*** study highlights the importance of consumer products as emission sources of a broad suite of OPEs.

In inverted perovskite solar cells (PSCs),effective modification of the interface between the metalcathode and electron transport layer (ETL) is crucial forachieving high performance and stability. Herein, sulfonatedbathocuproine, commonly known as disodium bathocuproinedisulfonate (BCDS), was employed as a cathode buffer layerto address the interfacial issues at the [6,6]-phenyl-C61-butyricacid methyl ester (PCBM)/Ag interface. BCDS possesses theability to form coordinate bonds with Ag electrodes. Theutilization of the BCDS buffer layer enhanced the chargeextraction capability at the cathode interface whilesimultaneously achieving interfacial defect passivation,improving interfacial contact and increasing the built-in electricfield. Consequently, a power conversion efficiency (PCE) of25.06% was achieved. Furthermore, owing to the excellent filmforminguniformity of BCDS on PCBM, the stability of thedevice was also improved. After storage in dry air for morethan 2000 h, the device maintained 96% of its initial efficiency. This work underscores the remarkable potential of tailoringcoordination groups to enhance charge extraction efficiency at the ETL-cathode interface, unveiling a promising newfrontier in buffer layer development and performance optimization strategies for PSCs.

文章采用OLS、ECM和ECM-BGARCH模型,对港交所2015-2016年美元兑人民币的离岸期货价格和在岸现货价格进行数据分析,以期对人民币期货的套期保值这个基本经济功能进行研究。通过研究发现,离岸人民币期货和在岸人民币现货之间存在协整关系,两个市场的波动幅度具有很强的相关性,并且运用ECM-BGARCH模型计算出人民币期货的套期保值比率最小,且进一步测算出其组合收益率标准差最小,套期保值的绩效最好,能够最大程度规避风险、降低套保成本,取得较好的套保效果。研究结论在一定程度上可为企业、机构投资者等交易参与者进行套期保值时提供方法上的借鉴,同时,也为研究其他人民币衍生品的套期保值提供参考。

Heavy metal stress strengthens the stability and complexity of microbial molecular ecological networks in Sanyang wetland sediments

Experimental Study on Diesel Spray and Flame Asymmetry Characteristics of Dual-Orifice Nozzles for a Medium-Speed Engine

The asymmetry of the multi-orifice spray will cause uneven heat load of the marine diesel engine,thereby affecting its working performance and service ***,an in-depth understanding of the spray and flame characteristics of multi-orifice nozzles will guide the optimization of the nozzle structure,needle design and diesel atomization and combustion *** this reason,four groups of dual-orifice nozzles with different hole diameters(0.1-0.55 mm)and mass flow rates covering the typical marine medium-speed diesel injections are designed and customized,and the constant volume chamber(CVC)with high temperature and pressure is used to simulate the actual in-cylinder working conditions of the diesel engine for the spray visualization *** study the asymmetry of the fuel sprays discharged from a diesel injector,the multi-orifice nozzle is simplified as a dual-orifice nozzle in this *** with X-ray Computed Tomography(CT)imaging technology,the influences of the nozzle internal structure on the spray and flame asymmetry are studied in the constructed supercritical *** is found that the asymmetry of the inlet angle and the equivalent length-diameter ratio is positively correlated with the inconsistency of the dual *** an increase in the injection pressure and nozzle diameter,the asymmetry of the dual spray becomes more pronounced,resulting in greater disparities in the ignition delay times and ignition positions of the two ***,the increase in nozzle diameter also leads to combustion instability,resulting in a flame with a serrated *** the increase of ambient temperature,the proportion of liquid phase in the jet decreases and the relative density of spray front decreases.

HLA-DM Polymorphism and Risk of Trichloroethylene Induced Medicamentosa-like Dermatitis

Objective To establish the association between genetic polymorphisms of HLA-DMA and HLA-DMB and risk of developing trichloroethylene-induced medicamentosa-like dermatitis （TIMLD）. Methods Sixty-one cases were medically confirmed to have been affected with TIMLD and 60 controls were selected from exposed workers who were free from TIMLD The TIMLD cases and controls were similar in terms of age, sex, and duration of exposure. DNA was extracted both from the TIMLD cases and controls, HLA-DMA and HLA-DMB loci were amplified by using Touchdown PCR, and the alleles and genotypes were confirmed by restriction fragment length polymorphism （RFLP） and direct sequencing. Finally, the frequencies of HLA-DMA and HLA-DMB variants were compared between the two groups. Results The results showed that the frequency of HLA-DMA＊0101 and HLA-DMB＊0103 alleles was significantly increased in TIMLD patients than in controls （71.3% wv. 55.0% for HLA-DMA＊0101; P〈0.05）（11.5% vs. 3.3% for HLA-DMB＊0103; P〈0.05）. In addition, the frequency of HLA-DMA＊0102-＊0102 homozygous genotype was also significantly higher in the controls than in the patients （25.0% wv. 8.2%, P〈0.05）, whereas the frequency of heterozygous HLA-DMB ＊0101-＊0102 genotype was lower in the patients in comparison with the controls. Conclusion The polymorphisms of HLA-DM may be associated with the susceptibility to TIMLD.
