The clinical applications of acrosin activity are *** analyzed 61578 male partners in infertile couples who visited the outpatient department of the Reproductive and Genetic Hospital of CITIC-Xiangya(Changsha,China)between August 2014 and December 2019 to determine the reference ranges and thresholds for acrosin activity in infertile Chinese men;to determine whether correlations exist between acrosin activity and age,sperm concentration,sperm morphology,or sperm motility;and to evaluate whether acrosin activity could serve as an effective prognostic indicator for choosing between in vitro fertilization(IvF)and intracytoplasmic sperm injection(icsl)in the *** cut-off value for the normal reference range of acrosin activity for male partners in infertile couples was 24.78μlU per 106 *** was no significant association between acrosin activity and age,sperm concentration,semen volume,total sperm count,progressive motility,or total motile spermatozoa.A weak positive correlation was found between acrosin activity and normal sperm *** was a statistically significant difference in abnormal acrosome morphology between the group with high acrosin activity(>24.78μlU per 106 sperm)and the group with low acrosin activity(lization rate had a high index of abnormal acrosomal morphology at 21.2%,while the group with a high IVF fertilization rate had a low index of 0.2%.At an acrosin activity oflization rate,normal fertilization rate,and good-quality embryo rate for Icsl were significantly higher than those for ***,the most promising application of acrosin activity could be in the selection of IcsI over IVF for infertile male patients with complete fertilization failure or a low fertilization rate.

Tebuconazole exposure has been described as an increasing hazard to human *** increasing number of recent studies have shown a positive association between tebuconazole exposure and cardiovascular disease risk,which is characterized by the reduction of adenosine triphosphate(ATP)***,researches on the damage of tebuconazole exposure to energy metabolism and the related molecular mechanisms are *** the present study,male C57BL/6 mice were treated with tebuconazole at different low concentrations for 4 *** results indicated that tebuconazole could accumulate in the heart and further induce the decrease of ATP content in the mouse ***,tebuconazole induced an obvious shift in substrate utilization of fatty acid and glucose by disrupting their corresponding transporters(GLUT1,GLUT4,CD36,FABP3 and FATP1)expression,and significantly repressed the expression of mitochondrial biogenesis(Gabpa and Tfam)and oxidative phosphorylation(CS,Ndufa4,Sdhb,Cox5a and Atp5b)related genes in a dosedependent *** investigation revealed that these alterations were related to the IRS1/AKT and PPARγ/RXRα*** findings contribute to a better understanding of triazole fungicide-induced cardiovascular disease by revealing the key indicators associated with this phenomenon.

This study presents a new method for characterizing the thermal lattice deformation of a monochromator with high precision under service conditions and first reports the operando measurements of nanoscale thermal lattice deformation on a double-crystal monochromator at different incident *** nanoscale thermal lattice deformation of the monochromator first crystal was obtained by analyzing the intensity of the distorted DuMond *** diagrams of the 333 diffraction index,sensitive to lattice deformation,were obtained directly using a 2D detector and an analyzer crystal orthogonal to the *** increasing incident power and power density,the maximum height of the lattice deformation increased from 3.2 to 18.5 nm,and the deformation coefficient of the maximum height increased from 1.1 to 3.2 nm/*** maximum relative standard deviation was 4.2%,and the maximum standard deviation was 0.1 *** on the measured thermal deformations,the flux saturation phenomenon and critical point for the linear operation of the monochromator were predicted with increasing incident *** study provides a simple solution to the problem of the lower precision of synchrotron radiation monochromator characterizations compared to simulations.

lithium-sulfur battery is one of the most promising battery systems for industrialization due to its high theoretical specific capacity and high energy ***,the"shuttle effect"has restrained the advancement of lithium-sulfur *** this work,a gradient-structured nanofiber membrane with pure gelatin on one side and Super P-MoO_(2)/MoS_(2)-gelatin on the other side was created using a multi-step electrostatic spinning technique,which was applied for multi-functional separator for lithium-sulfur *** pure gelatin layer facing the anode side primarily homogenizes the lithium flux,whereas the Super P-MoO_(2)/MoS_(2)-gelatin layer facing the cathode side primarily adsorbs polysulfides by physical and chemical adsorption and enhancing polysulfide conversion *** findings demonstrate that even after 150 cycles at 0.2C,the lithium-sulfur battery can still sustain a discharge-specific capacity of 572.3 mAh·g^(-1).When used with li||li symmetric batteries,it has a cycle life of more than 1200 *** commercialization of lithium-sulfur batteries is given a fresh idea by this straightforward preparation technique.

With the increasing consumption of fossil fuels,proton exchange membrane fuel cells(PEMFCs)have attracted considerable attention as green and sustainable energy conversion *** slow kinetics of the cathodic oxygen reduction reaction(ORR)has a major impact on the performance of PEMFCs,and although platinum(Pt)can accelerate the reaction rate of the ORR,the scarcity and high cost of Pt resources still limit the development of ***,the development of low-cost high-performance ORR catalysts is essential for the commercial application and development of *** paper reviews the research progress of researchers on Pt-based ORR catalysts in recent years,including Pt/C catalysts,Pt-based alloy catalysts,Pt-based intermetallic compounds,and Pt-based single-atom catalysts(SACs),with a focus on Pt-based alloy catalysts with different *** described in detail the difficulties and solutions in the research process of various ORR catalysts and explained the principle of their activity enhancement with density functional theory(DFT).In addition,an outlook on the development of Pt-based catalysts is given,and reducing the amount of Pt used and improving the performance of catalysts are the directions to work on in the coming period.

Ensuring a stable power output from renewable energy sources,such as wind and solar energy,depends on the development of large-scale and long-duration energy storage ***–bromine fl ow batteries(ZBFBs)have emerged as cost-eff ective and high-energy-density solutions,replacing expensive all-vanadium fl ow ***,uneven Zn deposition during charging results in the formation of problematic Zn dendrites,leading to mass transport polarization and *** Zn plating and stripping are essential for the successful operation of high-areal-capacity *** this study,we successfully synthesized nitrogen and oxygen co-doped functional carbon felt(NOCF4)electrode through the oxidative polymerization of dopamine,followed by calcination under ambient *** NOCF4 electrode eff ectively facilitates effi cient“shuttle deposition”of Zn during charging,signifi cantly enhancing the areal capacity of the ***,ZBFBs utilizing NOCF4 as the anode material exhibited stable cycling performance for 40 cycles(approximately 240 h)at an areal capacity of 60 mA h/cm^(2).Even at a high areal capacity of 130 mA h/cm^(2),an impressive energy effi ciency of 76.98%was *** fi ndings provide a promising pathway for the development of high-areal-capacity ZBFBs for advanced energy storage systems.

Owing to the atomically thin nature,two-dimensional(2D)oxide materials have been widely reported to exhibit exciting transport and dielectric properties,such as fine gate controllability and ultrahigh carrier mobility,that outperform their bulk ***,unlike the successful synthesis of bulk oxide single crystals,reliable methods for synthesizing large-area single crystal of 2D oxide,that would suppress the negative influence from defective grain boundaries,remain unavailable,especially for nonlayered ***,we report that the lattice symmetry between the substrate and cerium dioxide(CeO_(2))would allow for the aligned nucleation and epitaxial growth of CeO_(2)on sapphire substrates,enabling the wafer-sized growth of CeO_(2)single *** careful tuning of the growth temperature and oxygen flow rate contributed to the harvesting of CeO_(2)wafer with reduced thickness and enhanced growth *** removal of grain boundaries improved the dielectric performance in terms of high dielectric strength(E_(bd)≈8.8 MV·cm^(-1)),suppressed leakage current,along with high dielectric constants(ε_(r)≈24).Our work demonstrates that with fine dielectric performance and ease of synthesizing wafer-sized single crystals,CeO_(2)can function as potential candidate as gate insulator for 2D-materials based nanoelectronics,and we believe the reported protocol of aligned nucleation can be extended to other 2D oxides.

Based on the 12-state nonlinear aircraft dynamic model, a nonlinear decoupling controllaw which contains command static error integral loop is designed by combiningnonlinear inverse dynamics theory and modern optimal control theory. This control lawcould minimize the performance index which contains the weighted state variables, controlvariables and their varying rates. Using this control law, the aircraft could capture the desiredflight state more accurately and decouple the motions more completely with smoothcontrol responses and less control energy. As the control law more accurately representsthe nonlinear factors that arise in aircraft dynamic model and remedies the degrading ofaircraft nonlinear dynamical behavior during maneuvering flight, it offers the potential forproviding high levels of handling quality and flight performance in the entire flight envelopeof the aircraft.
