Dielectric capacitors have been widely used in pulsed power devices owing to their ultrahigh power density,fast charge/discharge speed,and excellent ***,developing lead-free dielectric materials with a combination of high recoverable energy storage density and efficiency remains a ***,a high energy storage density of 7.04 J/cm^(3) as well as a high efficiency of 80.5%is realized in the antiferroelectric Ag(Nb_(0.85)Ta_(0.15))O_(3)-modified BiFeO3-BaTiO3 ferroelectric *** achievement is mainly attributed to the combined effect of a high saturation polarization(Pmax),increased breakdown field(Eb),and reduction of the remnant polarization(Pr).The modification of pseudotetragonal BiFeO3 by Ag(Nb_(0.85)Ta_(0.15))O_(3) leads to a high Pmax,and the enhanced relaxor behavior gives rise to a small *** promoted microstructure(such as a dense structure,fine grains,and compact grain boundaries)after modification results in a high breakdown ***,both the recoverable energy density and efficiency exhibit high stability over a broad range of operating frequencies(1–50 Hz)and working temperatures(25–120℃).These results suggest that the(0.67–x)BiFeO_(3)-0.33BaTiO_(3)-xAg(Nb_(0.85)Ta_(0.15))O_(3) ceramics can be highly competitive as a lead-free relaxor for energy storage applications.

Human monocyte is an important cell type which is involved in various complex human diseases. To better understand the biology of human monocytes and facilitate further studies, we developed the first comprehensive proteome knowledge base specifically for human monocytes by integrating both in vivo and in vitro datasets. The top 2000 expressed genes from in vitro datasets and 779 genes from in vivo experiments were integrated into this study. Altogether, a total of 2237 unique monocyte-expressed genes were cataloged. Biological functions of these monocyte-expressed genes were annotated and classified via Gene Ontology （GO） analysis. Furthermore, by extracting the overlapped genes from in vivo and in vitro datasets, a core gene list including 541 unique genes was generated. Based on the core gene list, further gene-disease associations, pathway and network analyses were performed. Data analyses based on multiple bioinformatics tools produced a large body of biologically meaningful information, and revealed a number of genes such as SAMHDI, G6PD, GPD2 and EN01, which have been reported to be related to immune response, blood biology, bone remodeling, and cancer respectively. As a unique resource, this study can serve as a reference map for future in-depth research on monocytes biology and monocyte-involved human diseases.

Specialized households serve as the primary units within specialized villages in China,and their capacity to withstand risks and external influences significantly shapes the future trajectory of specialized villages and the overall vitality of the rural *** this study,we established a measurement indicator system based on the definition of specialized households’resilience,elucidating the logical connection between specialized households’resilience and rural industrial development in *** musical instrument industry in Lankao County,Henan Province of China,was employed as a case;survey data,the entropy method,and an obstacle diagnosis model were used to examine how instrument production specialized households responded to the challenges posed by Corona Virus Disease 2019(COVID-19)and the tightening of national environmental protection policies,yielding the following key findings:1)there exists substantial variation in the comprehensive resilience levels among different specialized households;2)the ability to learn and adapt is the most significant contributor to the overall resilience level of specialized households;3)technological proficiency and access to skilled talent emerge as pivotal factors influencing specialized households’resilience;4)the positioning of specialized households within the industrial supply chain and the stability of their income have a direct bearing on their resilience *** influence of specialized households’resilience on industrial development primarily manifests in the following ways:stronger resilience correlates with increased stability in production and sales,fostering a more proactive approach to future ***,heightened exposure to the external macroeconomic environment can lead to a higher rate of export *** enhance the development resilience of entities like specialized households and family farms,and to invigorate rural economic development,escalating investments in rural science and technology

The developed track detector consists of two parts: a small drift region to obtain a good tracking and a relatively large multiplication region for getting an enough high gain at low pressure. All the track detector can be moved in the direction perpendicular to the beam by means of a micrometric screw. An automatic system allows the counting gas to flow continuously at constant pressure through the detector during the measurements. The system can measure ionization distributions at a few nanometer range.

Polyolefins are used widely due to their good performance and low price, but the poor compatibility and adhesion with other materials limits their applications in broader areas. Reactive monomer approach is effective to synthesize functional polyolefins[1]. In this case, olefin is copolymerized with a reactive comonomer to produce reactive intermediary which is then converted to functional group or initiator to initiate graft-from polymerization of polar monomer.

Background It has been known that platelet activating factor receptors （PAFR） may mediate many acute pathological responses and that PAFR antagonist Ginkgolide B （GB） possesses multiple effects, but the actions of GB on PAFR affinity and mitochondrial respiration in the ischemic neuron were unclear until now. This study explored the possible effects of GB on PAFR and the mitochondrial respiration of the neuron in the ischemic microenvironment. Methods Thrombotic cerebral ischemia in tree shrews was induced by a photochemical reaction; changes in the regional cerebral blood flow （rCBF, using ^99rnTc tracer technique ）, the brain water content （specific gravimetric method）, PAFR （3H-labelled PAF assay）, the respiratory control rate （RCR）, the phosphorus-oxygen （P/O） ratio of mitochondrial respiration （Clark oxygen electrode）, mitochonddal permeability transition （MPT） pore, and the mitochondrial ultrastructure in the ischemic neurons were also observed. Data were compared between the two groups （the ischemia group vs the sham group, and the ischemia group vs the GB group）. Results There were high affinity and low affinity sites for PAFR on the tree threws＇ brain cell membranes. The varying-affinity PAFR binding sites, the respiration state Ⅲ, the state Ⅳ, RCR, the P/O ratio of the mitochondria, and the rCBF all decreased markedly （respectively, P〈0.01 and P〈0.05）, but the water content increased （P〈0.01） in the ischemia group after the application of cerebral thrombosis. In tree shrews treated with GB （5 mg/kg i.v.） 6 hours after photochemical reaction, their PAFR binding sites and respiratory state increased markedly. The rCBF gradually increased and the brain edema ameliorated （P〈0.01） at 24h after cerebral ischemia. There were significant differences between the ischemJa group and sham group （P〈0.01）. In GB treated isolated neurons＇ mitochondria, with or without cerebral ischemia, the energy metabolism of the mitochondria had not been changed. Conclusions T

Hydrodynamic Characteristics of Undular Tidal Bores in the Qiantang River Based on Field Observations

Understanding the undular tidal bores in the Qiantang River is essential for effective river management and *** breaking tidal bores have been studied extensively, reports on undular tidal bores in the Qiantang Riverremain limited. Furthermore, observed data on undular tidal bores fulfilling the requirements of short measurementtime intervals, and spring, medium, and neap tide coverage, and providing detailed data for the global vertical stratificationof flow velocity are quite limited. Based on field observations at Qige in the Qiantang estuary, we analyzedthe characteristics of undular tidal bores. The results showed that the flooding amplitude (a) of the first wave isalways larger than its ebbing amplitude (b). Moreover, the vertical distribution of the maximum flood velocity exhibitesthree shapes, influenced by the tidal range, while that of the maximum ebb velocity exhibites a single shape. Duringthe initial phase of the flood tide in the spring and medium tides, the upper water body experiences multiple oscillatingchanges along the flow direction, corresponding to the alternating process of the crest and trough of the tide levelupon the arrival of the tidal bore. The tidal range is a crucial parameter in tidal bore hydrodynamics. By establishingthe relationship between hydrodynamic parameters and tidal range, other hydrodynamic parameters, such as the tidalbore height, maximum flood depth–averaged velocity, maximum flood stratified velocity at the measurement points,and duration of the flood tide current, can be effectively predicted, thereby providing an important reference for rivermanagement and maintenance.

Frontogenesis and Frontolysis of a Cold Filament Driven by the Cross-Filament Wind and Wave Fields Simulated by a Large Eddy Simulation

The variations of the frontogenetic trend of a cold filament induced by the cross-filament wind and wave fields are studied by a non-hydrostatic large eddy simulation. Five cases with different strengths of wind and wave fields are *** results show that the intense wind and wave fields further break the symmetries of submesoscale flow fields and suppress the levels of filament frontogenesis. The changes of secondary circulation directions—that is, the conversion between the convergence and divergence of the surface cross-filament currents with the downwelling and upwelling jets in the filament center—are associated with the inertial oscillation. The filament frontogenesis and frontolysis caused by the changes of secondary circulation directions may periodically sharpen and smooth the gradient of submesoscale flow *** lifecycle of the cold filament may include multiple stages of filament frontogenesis and frontolysis.

Sodium-ion batteries(NIBs)have emerged as a promising alternative to commercial lithium-ion batteries(liBs)due to the similar properties of the li and Na elements as well as the abundance and accessibility of Na *** of the current research has been focused on the half-cell system(using Na metal as the counter electrode)to evaluate the performance of the cathode/anode/*** relationship between the performance achieved in half cells and that obtained in full cells,however,has been neglected in much of this ***,the trade-off in the relationship between electrochemical performance and cost needs to be given more ***,systematic and comprehensive insights into the research status and key issues for the full-cell system need to be gained to advance its ***,this review evaluates the recent progress based on various cathodes and highlights the most significant challenges for full *** strategies have also been proposed to enhance the electrochemical performance of NIBs,including designing electrode materials,optimizing electrolytes,sodium compensation,and so ***,perspectives and outlooks are provided to guide future research on sodium-ion full cells.
