Data-driven evacuation and rescue traffic optimization with rescue contraflow control

In response to local sudden disasters,e.g.,high-rise office or residential building fire disasters,road occupation can cause conflicts,and traffic directions may be opposite between evacuation vehicles and rescue vehicles;moreover,lane contraflow can be adopted to meet these surge traffic ***,lane contraflow that provides more roads for rescue vehicles reduces the traffic supply in the evacuation *** is unclear how to control the number of contraflow roads used by rescue vehicles to coordinate evacuation and rescue traffic ***,we adjust the critical rescue traffic volume of reversing the normal road traffic direction to control rescue ***,we propose a multiobjective mixed integer linear programming formulation for evacuation and rescue traffic ***,considering that the upper limit of the critical rescue traffic volume is unknown and that the proposed formulation includes multiple objectives and multi-priority vehicle classes,a three-stage solving algorithm is ***,a large-scale evacuation and rescue traffic optimization result dataset is obtained for the Nguyen–Dupuis road network,and the impact of different rescue contraflow control plans on evacuation and rescue traffic is studied based on data-driven sta-tistical *** results show that by adjusting the optimal rescue traffic route,the critical rescue traffic volume for reversing the normal road traffic direction can reduce the interference of rescue traffic to evacuation traffic operation performance without reducing rescue traffic operation performance,and can be used to coor-dinate evacuation and rescue traffic operation under rescue contraflow.

Objective:The Vickers ligament is thought to hinder the growth of palmar ulnar radius by tethering the lunate to the radius,leading to Madelung *** purpose of this study was to clarify the nature of the Vickers ligament and investigate its pathogenesis in Madelung deformities based on our observation of the Vickers ***:All 22 patients(33 wrists)with Madelung deformities treated surgically between 2018 and 2022 were *** diagnosis was confirmed radiographically in all *** three-dimensional computed tomography(3D-CT)data of 16 patients(19 wrists)were *** resonance imaging(MRI)data were available for 9 patients(14 wrists).Wrist arthroscopy was used in 4 *** Vickers ligament was resected and submitted for histopathological examination in 8 *** outcomes,3D-CT,MRI,arthroscopy,surgical findings,and histopathology of the Vickers ligament were ***:The 3D-CT revealed that the Vickers ligament originated in the metaphysis and formed a metaphyseal defect at the palmar ulnar *** the sequential MR coronal images,the Vickers ligament could be divided into 3 branches,extending to the lunate,triquetrum and ulnar *** and surgical findings revealed that the nature of the Vickers ligament was the stretched palmar ligament of the *** histopathology results revealed ligamentous tissue and fibrocartilaginous metaplasia with a structure similar to that of the triangular fibrocartilage complex(TFCC).Conclusions:The Vickers ligament is not a separate aberrant *** nature of the Vickers ligament is a combination of the stretched TFCC ligament(palmar radioulnar ligament,ulnotriquetral ligament and ulnolunate ligament)and radiolunate *** possible pathogenesis of Madelung deformity might be focal early epiphyseal closure at the middle part of the sigmoid notch,which leads to focal growth retardation of the radius and pulls palmar ligaments proximally to for

Habitat quality is an important indicator for evaluating the quality of *** Qinghai Province section of the Yellow River Basin plays an important role in the ecological protection of the upper reaches of the Yellow River *** comprehensively analysis the alterations of habitat quality in the Qinghai Province section of the Yellow River Basin,this study utilized the Integrated Valuation of Ecosystem Services and Tradeoffs(InVEST)model to calculate the habitat quality index and analyze the spatio-temporal variation characteristics of habitat quality in the study area from 2000 to 2022,and calculated seven landscape pattern indices(number of patches,patch density,largest patch index(LPI),landscape shape index(LSI),contagion index(CONTAG),Shannon diversity index,and Shannon evenness index)to research the variation of landscape pattern in the study *** results showed that the number of patches,patch density,LPI,LSI,Shannon diversity index,and Shannon evenness index increased from 2000 to 2022,while the CONTAG decreased,indicating that the landscape pattern in the Qinghai Province section of the Yellow River Basin changed in the direction of distribution fragmentation,shape complexity,and *** average value of the habitat quality index in the Qinghai Province section of the Yellow River Basin from 2000 to 2022 was *** on the value of habitat quality index,we divided the level of habitat quality into five categories:lower(0.00-0.20),low(0.20-0.40),moderate(0.40-0.60),high(0.60-0.80),and higher(0.80-1.00).Most areas were at the higher habitat quality *** lower habitat quality patches were mainly distributed in Longyang Gorge and Yellow River-Huangshui River *** 2000 to 2022,the habitat quality in most areas was stable;the increase areas were mainly distributed in Guinan County,while the decrease areas were mainly distributed in Xining City,Maqen County,Xinghai County,Qumarleb County,and Darlag *** show the extent of

Pentatricopeptide repeat(PPR)proteins represent one of the largest protein families in plants and typically localize to organelles like mitochondria and *** contrast,CYTOPLASMLOCAliZED PPR1(OsCPPR1)is a cytoplasm-localized PPR protein that can degrade OsGOLDENliKE1(OsGLK1)mRNA in the tapetum of rice ***,the mechanism,by which OsCPPR1 recognizes and binds to OsGLK1 transcripts,remains *** protein structure prediction and macromolecular docking experiments,we observed that distinct PPR motif structures of OsCPPR1 exhibited varying binding efficiencies to OsGLK1 ***,RNA-electrophoretic mobility shift assay experiment demonstrated that the recombinant OsCPPR1 can directly recognize and bind to OsGLK1 mRNA in *** further confirmed that the mutations in the conserved amino acids in each PPR motif resulted in loss of activity,while truncation of OsCPPR1 decreased its binding *** findings collectively suggest that it may require some co-factors to assist in cleavage,a facet that warrants further exploration in subsequent studies.

The microstructural characteristics including optical texture,porosity and pore structure and chemical structure of stamp-charged coke(SCC)and gravity-charged coke(GCC)with similar conventional macro-indicators were investigated,and the properties including micro-strength,reactivity of coke matrix and that after alkali enrichment were comparatively studied by various characterization *** anisotropic structure of SCC is composed of high content of fine mosaic texture,while the content of medium mosaic texture,coarse texture and fibrous texture is *** statistical average shows that the fine mosaic average of SCC(24.89%)is 3.78 times the GCC average(6.58%),and the coarse mosaic average(1.24%)is only about 1/3 of the GCC average(3.43%).The porosity of SCC is lower than that of GCC,but tamping process does not lead to the fact that the number of closed pores of SCC is significantly lower than that of *** the structure of SCC is compact,its pore number is large and the pore wall is *** of coke with diameter less than 150 nm seem unaffected by tamping *** aromatic structure of SCC was less ordered than that of GCC,which was speculated to be related to the addition of more low metamorphic coal in *** microscopic strength and structural strength of SCC are lower than those of *** reactivity of coke matrix is affected by the specific surface area,but it is not the determining factor of its *** improvement in dissolution reactivity of coke after potassium enrichment is independent of coke type.

Jupiter is one of the top priorities for deep space exploration in China and other countries. The structure of Jupiter's interior, in particular, is a crucial but still unclear scientific topic. This paper discusses current scientific understanding of Jupiter's interior by summarizing the history of past and current exploration and data analysis. We review recent space-based and ground-based observation methods and analyze their feasibility. To gain new insight into the internal structure of Jupiter, we propose to study Jupiter's innards by planetary seismology. Ground-based observation, namely the Jupiter Seismologic Interferometer Polarization Imager(SIPI) in Lenghu,will be developed to obtain the Doppler velocity distribution on the surface of Jupiter and identify oscillation signals. Lenghu has observation conditions that are not only exceptional in China but even in the world, capable of providing novel insight into the interior of Jupiter. This will also be the first study in China of the interior of Jupiter using asteroseismology, which has significant implications for China's plans to explore Jupiter via spacecraft-mounted instruments.
