Solid-state sodium metal batteries utilizing inorganic solid electrolytes(SEs)hold immense potentials such as intrinsical safety,high energy density,and environmental ***,the interfacial inhomogeneity/instability at the anode-SE interface usually triggers the penetration of sodium dendrites into the electrolyte,leading to short circuit and battery ***,confronting with the original nonuniform and high-resistance solid electrolyte interphase(SEI)at the Na-Na_(3)Zr_(2)Si_(2)PO_(12)interface,an oxygen-regulated SEI innovative approach is proposed to enhance the cycling stability of anode-SEs interface,through a spontaneous reaction between the metallic sodium(containing trace amounts of oxygen)and the Na_(3)Zr_(2)Si_(2)POi_(2)*** oxygen-regulated spontaneous SEI is thin,uniform,and kinetically stable to facilitate homogenous interfacial Na^+transportation,Benefitting from the optimized SEI,the assembled symmetric cell exhibits an ultra-stable sodium plating/stripping cycle for over 6600 h under a practical capacity of 3 mAh cm^(-2).qua.si-sol id-state batteries with Na_(3)V_(2)(PO_(4))_(3)cathode deliver excellent cyclability over 500 cycles at a rate of 0.5 C(1 C=117 mA cm^(-2))with a high capacity retention of95.4%.This oxygen-regulated SEI strategy may offer a potential avenue for the future development of high-energy-density solid-state metal batteries.

A comparison of the Medieval Warm Period, little Ice Age and 20th century warming simulated by the FGOALS climate system model

To compare differences among the Medieval Warm Period (MWP), little Ice Age (liA), and 20th century global warming (20CW), six sets of transient and equilibrium simulations were generated using the climate system model FGOALS_gl. This model was developed by the State Key Laboratory of Numerical Modeling for Atmospheric Sciences and Geophysical Fluid Dynamics, Institute of Atmospheric Physics, Chinese Academy of Sciences. The results indicate that MWP warming is evident on a global scale, except for at mid-latitudes of the North Pacific. However, the magnitude of the warming is weaker than that in the 20th century. The warming in the high latitudes of the Northern Hemisphere is stronger than that in the Southern Hemisphere. The liA cooling is also evident on a global scale, with a strong cooling over the high Eurasian continent, while the cooling center is over the Arctic domain. Both the MWP and the 20CW experiments exhibit the strongest warming anomalies in the middle troposphere around 200-300 hPa, but the cooling center of the liA experiment is seen in the polar surface of the Northern Hemisphere. A comparison of model simulation against the reconstruction indicates that model's performance in simulating the surface air temperature changes during the warm periods is better than that during the cold periods. The consistencies between model and reconstruction in lower latitudes are better than those in high latitudes. Comparison of the inter-annual variability mode of East Asian summer monsoon (EASM) rainfall during the MWP, liA and 20CW reveals a similar rainfall anomalies pattern. However, the time spectra of the principal component during the three typical periods of the last millennium are different, and the qua.i-biannual oscillation is more evident during the two warm periods. Dynamic Seasonal Transition from Winter to Summer in the Northern Hemisphere Stratosphere

This study applied the modified spatial similarity coefficient method to define the seasonal transition(ST) from winter to summer in the extratropical stratosphere of the Northern *** features of the ST were examined using European Centre for Medium-Range Weather Forecasts(ECMWF) Interim reanalysis data;and the results showed that the time and duration of the ST,which is affected by the activity of planetary waves(PW) in the stratosphere,largely depended on the geophysical *** study also investigated the interannual variability of the ST and its relationship with stratospheric sudden warming(SSW) and the qua.i-biennial oscillation(QBO).It was shown that the late-onset SSW events(after 22 January) are close to the start of the *** easterly(westerly) QBO hastens(delays) the onset of the ST in high and low latitudes,whereas it delays(hastens) the ST in *** duration of the ST is significantly affected by the *** influence of SSW and the QBO have different significance in different latitudes,so they are both important and irreplaceable factors.

采用离子交换法制备了不同Mn含量及不同Fe/Mn物质的量比的HZSM-5改性分子筛,并以NH3为还原剂,在体积空速为12000h-1条件下,考察了上述催化剂选择性催化还原NO性能.同时,运用环境扫描电镜(ESEM)、比表面积(BET)和X-射线衍射(XRD)等方法对催化剂进行了表征.结果表明,改性催化剂中活性组分在载体表面呈高度分散形式,催化活性较高,复合改性较单独改性性能更为优越,适量Fe的加入提高了催化剂催化活性和稳定性;(0.25)Fe-Mn/HZSM-5(Fe/Mn物质的量比为0.25)的NO转化率于300℃时最高达到98%,在300～500℃范围内NO转化率均保持在90%以上.实验还研究了不同焙烧温度下制备的(0.25)Fe-Mn/HZSM-5对NO转化率的影响.结果表明,焙烧温度对催化剂的活性影响较大,550℃为最佳焙烧温度.

Anesthetic residues in fish represent a potential risk to human ***,it is important to develop a sensitive and broad-specific method for the detection of *** this study,we developed a colloidal gold-based qua.ruplex immunochromatographic(qua.ICS)assay using four highly sensitive monoclonal antibody immunotherapy(mAbs)that simultaneously detected 11 anesthetic residues in fish within 10 *** colorimetric and cut-off values(COVs)for procaines,eugenols,bupivacaines,and tricaine(TMS)were 0.37–1.1 and 3.3–10,11–222 and 100–2000,0.37 and 3.3,and 111 and 10,000µg/kg,*** analysis was achieved with a portable strip-reader,and the detection ranges were 0.15–2.6,6.3–677,0.13–2.8,and 83–1245µg/kg for procaines,eugenols,bupivacaines,and tricaine,*** developed method was reliable and accurate according to the recovery test results and analyses of real ***,the strip can be used as an alternative method for the rapid detection of anesthetic residues in fish.

目的观察家兔髋关节脱位模型中髋臼软骨的病理改变。方法建立单侧髋关节脱位的动物模型,通过X线片测量髋臼指数,HE染色观察组织病理改变。TUNEL法检测软骨细胞的凋亡情况。结果固定8周后,脱位侧髋关节的髋臼指数与固定前相比明显增大(P<0.05);髋臼软骨细胞的大小及排列均不规则,软骨基质中可见多个空泡样结构;肥大层中凋亡细胞明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论髋关节脱位可导致髋臼软骨组织发育过程出现变化,髋臼软骨中肥大层软骨细胞的凋亡数目减少,软骨细胞堆积,可能导致髋臼局部区域软骨层增厚。

婴幼儿配方奶粉是婴幼儿的主要食品,为加强其品质监管,建立了元素分析-稳定同位素质谱(EAIRMS)同时测定婴幼儿配方奶粉中酪蛋白δ15 N和δ13 C值的方法。通过优化的等电点沉淀法可以从婴幼儿配方奶粉中获得高纯度的蛋白(纯度大于96%)。利用纳升液相-四极杆飞行时间质谱对提取的蛋白进行定性分析,确认其为酪蛋白。利用EA-IRMS测定分离得到的酪蛋白δ15 N和δ13 C值发现,δ15 N和δ13 C与奶源产地有一定的相关性,同一产地的婴幼儿配方奶粉中酪蛋白的δ15 N和δ13 C值分布范围一致,而不同奶源产地的则存在差异。该方法前处理简单、重现性好、测试方便、准确度高,可以用来追溯国内市场上婴幼儿配方奶粉的奶源产地。
