目的采用两样本孟德尔随机化(MR)分析评价二甲双胍改善结直肠癌是否存在潜在的因果关系。方法从遗传变异全基因关联研究(genome-wide association analyses, GWAS)数据库获取二甲双胍及结直肠癌数据样本及单核苷酸多态性（SNP），以MR Egger回归、IVW(inverse variance weighted)两种方法进行异质性检验，利用MR-Egger回归截距进行多效性分析，最后采用逆方差加权(IVW)作为主要分析方法，MR-Egger回归、加权中位值法（WM）、简单模式法（SM）、加权模式法为补充方法，计算OR值评估两者的潜在因果关系，以散点图、森林图的形式进行可视化。结果异质性检验MR Egger回归（P=0.61）、IVW(P=0.55)表明不存在异质性；多效性检验回归截距（MR Egger intercept=0.02,P=0.14）表明不存在多效性；IVW(OR=0.005 0,95%CI:0.000 4～0.070 3,P<0.001)、MR Egger(OR=5.47×10-6,95%CI:5.05×10-10～0.059 2,P=0.01)、加权中位值（OR=0.003 4,95%CI:6.68×10-5～0.169 7,P=0.004 4）、SM(OR=0.013 7,95%CI:2.46×10-5～7.599 1,P=0.19)、加权模式（OR=0.000 3,95%CI:2.26×10-5～0.036 7,P=0.002）方法 OR值均<1，且IVW、MR-Egger回归、加权中位值、加权模式均P<0.05。结论基于本次MR分析结果表明，二甲双胍能降低结直肠癌发病率。

Quantitative characterization of fusion state of virgin and aged asphalt using nano-ferrous ferric oxide tracer

The exact evaluation of the fusion rate of virgin and aged asphalt is essential to optimize the performance of the recycled asphalt *** fusion rate index was developed by tracing the distribution of tracer asphalt,which contains nano-ferrous ferric oxide(nano-Fe_(3)O_(4))*** fusion simulation tests were performed on three types of asphalt to obtain different fusion states,and fatigue tests were performed to evaluate the influence of the fusion rate on the fatigue life of the recycled *** was found that the tracer asphalt containing 4%nano-Fe_(3)O_(4)shows the optimal trace effect,and the developed fusion rate index can quantitatively characterize the influence of different factors on the fusion state of the recycled *** fusion state is closely related to the fatigue performance of recycled asphalt,and the fusion rate index can fairly evaluate its fatigue *** relationship between the fusion rate and the fatigue life of recycled asphalt depends on the factors that cause the fusion rate *** the influence of the amount of rejuvenator,the fatigue life of recycled asphalt grows exponentially with increasing fusion rate due to enhancement of molecular motion as well as a supplement of lightweight *** the influence of heat preservation treatment,fatigue life increases linearly with increasing fusion *** proposed fusion rate index can be utilized to quantitatively characterize the fusion state of virgin and aged asphalt,thus providing a simple way to guide the practical application of recycled asphalt.

Objective Due to the rarity of angioimmunoblastic T-cell lymphoma(AITL),very limited data concerning its incidence patterns and prognostic factors are *** study aimed to explore the incidence,characteristics,survival outcomes,and prognostic factors of *** Age-adjusted incidence and temporal trends were calculated based on 1247 AITL patients from the National Cancer Institute’s Surveillance,Epidemiology,and End Results(SEER)-13 database.A total of 1525 AITL patients from the SEER-18 database and 43 patients from our single center were included for survival analysis and nomogram *** The age-adjusted incidence for overall cohort was 0.123[95%confidence interval(CI),0.117–0.131)per 100000 during 1992–*** overall incidence increased steeply at the rate of 15.3%(95%CI 11.0%–19.8%,Plidation cohort-1 and cohort-2,*** the disease-specific survival(DSS),the nomogram also demonstrated a good discrimination level,with the C-index for predicting the probability of DSS at 5 years of 0.716,0.682 and 0.813 for the three cohorts,*** calibration displayed good concordance between the nomogram-predicted and actual observed *** The age-adjusted incidence for AITL was low during 1992–*** incidence continuously increased during 1992–2004,but remained stable during 2004–*** nomograms as proposed may provide a favorable and accurate prognostic survival prediction in AITL.

Forest trees can establish symbiotic associations with dark septate endophytes(DSEs)and ectomycorrhizal fungi(ECMF)***,the combined effects of these two fungi on the growth and cadmium(Cd)tolerance of host plants remain largely *** address this knowledge gap,a pot experiment was conducted to examine the effects of the interaction between an ECMF strain(Suillus granulatus)and a DSE strain(Pseudopyrenochaeta sp.)on Pinus tabulaeformis under Cd stress,by assessing plant growth and physiological parameters,nutrient uptake,and soil ***,the colonization rates of both fungal strains were found to increase in response to Cd stress,with the extent of this increase being influenced by the specific fungal species and the Cd level in the *** to the non-inoculation treatment,single inoculation with fungal strain resulted in enhanced biomass,root development,and nutrient contents in *** seedlings under Cd ***,a synergistic effect was observed when these seedlings were co-inoculated with *** and Pseudopyrenochaeta sp.,as indicated by significantly greater measurements in various indicators compared to both the single and non-inoculation *** inoculation effectively regulated the antioxidant defense responses and photosynthesis of *** seedlings subjected to Cd stress,particularly in the co-inoculation *** addition,fungal inoculation facilitated the Cd accumulation in ***,suggesting a promising potential for the implementation of bioremediation strategies in the areas contaminated with heavy *** findings from this study indicate that the utilization of root symbiotic fungi obtained from stress environments could potentially enhance the growth performance and tolerance of *** towards heavy metals,and co-inoculation of both fungal groups may result in even more pronounced synergistic effects on the overall fitness of the plant.

Vegetation restoration through artificial plantation is an effective method to combat desertification,especially in arid and semi-arid *** study aimed to explore the ecological effect of the plantation of Sabina vulgaris on soil physical and chemical properties on the southeastern fringe of the Mu Us Sandy Land,*** collected soil samples from five depth layers(0-20,20-40,40-60,60-80,and 80-100 cm)in the *** plantation plots across four plantation ages(4,7,10,and 16 years)in November 2019,and assessed soil physical(soil bulk density,soil porosity,and soil particle size)and chemical(soil organic carbon(SOC),total nitrogen(TN),available nitrogen(AN),available phosphorus(AP),available potassium(AK),cation-exchange capacity(CEC),salinity,p H,and C/N ratio)*** results indicated that the soil predominantly consisted of sand particles(94.27%-99.67%),with the remainder being silt and *** plantation age increased,silt and very fine sand contents progressively *** 16 years of planting,there was a marked reduction in the mean soil particle *** initial soil fertility was low and declined from 4 to 10 years of planting before witnessing an *** positive correlations were observed for the clay,silt,and very fine sand(mean diameter of 0.000-0.100 mm)with SOC,AK,and p *** contrast,fine sand and medium sand(mean diameter of 0.100-0.500 mm)showed significant negative correlations with these *** findings ascertain that the plantation of *** requires 10 years to effectively act as a windbreak and contribute to sand fixation,and needs 16 years to improve soil physical and chemical ***,these improvements were found to be highly beneficial for vegetation restoration in arid and semi-arid *** research can offer valuable insights for the protection and restoration of the vegetation ecosystem in the sandy lands in China.

In order to better understand the specific substituent effects on the electrochemical oxidation process of β-O-4 bond, a series of methoxyphenyl type β-O-4 dimer model compounds with different localized methoxyl groups, including 2-(2-methoxyphenoxy)-1-phenylethanone, 2-(2-methoxyphenoxy)-1-phenylethanol, 2-(2-methoxyphenoxy)-1-(4-methoxyphenyl)ethanone, 2-(2-methoxyphenoxy)-1-(4-methoxyphenyl)ethanol, 2-(2,6-dimethoxyphenoxy)-1-(4-methoxyphenyl)ethanone, 2-(2,6-dimethoxyphenoxy)-1-(4-methoxyphenyl)ethanol have been selected and their electrochemical properties have been studied experimentally by cyclic voltammetry, and FT-IR spectroelectrochemistry. Combining with electrolysis products distribution analysis and density functional theory calculations, oxidation mechanisms of all six model dimers have been explored. In particular, a total effect from substituents of both para-methoxy(on the aryl ring closing to Cα) and Cα-OH on the oxidation mechanisms has been clearly observed, showing a significant selectivity on the Cα-Cβbond cleavage induced by electrochemical oxidations.

Tumor hypoxia severely limits the therapeutic efficacy of photodynamic therapy(PDT) for solid tumors,which is highly dependent on tissue oxygen *** this study,we developed a platinum(Ⅱ)-acetylide-based metallacycle compound bearing six 1,4-dimethylnaphthalenes(DMN) groups,and controlled the photodynamic and photothermal effects of the compound by adjusting the power of 730 nm laser to achieve reversible sensitization,storage and release of 1~O_(2) within a single *** compound formed nanoparticles by self-assembly and exhibited good water solubility and *** laser irradiation,the strong spin-orbit coupling of platinum atoms in the metallacycle facilitated 1~O_(2) *** produced 1~O_(2) was captured by the DMN carriers and transported into the hypoxic tumor,where 1~O_(2) release was triggered owing to the good photothermal effect of the extended conjugation of the *** therapy,the metallacycle serving as a photosensitizer,1~O_(2) carrier,and photothermal reagent,achieved the synergistic therapy of PDT/PTT,demonstrating the versatility of the *** study proposes a new strategy to develop phototherapy agents that are suitable for hypoxic tumors.

Monolayer transition metal dichalcogenides(TMDCs)have become a promising platform in valleytronics due to possessing the regulatable valley degrees of ***,as a result of the rapid intervalley scattering,it is difficult to measure the PL valley polarization of monolayer TMDCs at room temperature,which limits their application in valleytronics ***,we report a room temperature photoluminescence(PL)valley polarization up to 3.73%in an“optical bilayer”WS_(2)formed by transferring monolayer WS_(2)onto flat Ag ***,in the transient absorption(TA)measurements,a remarkably long valley depolarization lifetime is ***,we demonstrate the valley properties of such“optical bilayer”WS_(2)resemble actual bilayer WS_(2),in which the robust valley polarization can be attributed to the phonons depletion effect and the blocked interlayer hopping *** peculiar valley features in“optical bilayer”WS_(2)provide a particularly simple method to enhance valley control at room temperature.

Three-dimensional atom-probe tomography and first-principles calculation combined with density functional theory were used to study the effect of the co-segregation of different elements formed during the solidification process of S32205 duplex stainless steel on the Cr-depleted zone at the interface between ferrite and *** was found that the co-segregation of different elements formed during the solidification process of duplex stainless steel can also form Cr-depleted zone at the interface between ferrite and ***,Mo,Si,B,C and P atoms promote co-segregation with Cr atoms,which promotes the formation of Cr-depleted zone at the interface between ferrite and austenite in duplex stainless *** and Si strongly promote the segregation of Cr at the interface between ferrite and austenite,thereby promoting the formation of Cr-depleted zone.B,C and P elements also promote the segregation of Cr element at the interface between ferrite and austenite and the formation of Cr-depleted zone,but their effect is weaker than that of Mo and Si *** conclusions provide a new theoretical basis for improving the intergranular corrosion performance of duplex stainless steel.
