为提升轴流风机的气动性能,受到具有良好滑行飞行性能的海鸥翅膀独特的翼型结构的启发,本文研究通过提取海鸥翅膀特定截面位置处的翼型结构应用于轴流风机的叶片设计中,考察了叶片仿生设计对空调器用轴流风机气动性能的影响。首先采用数值计算方法求解定常流动雷诺时均Navier-Stokes方程,对仿海鸥翼型叶片的轴流风机的气动性能及其内部流场进行分析,然后采用大涡模拟方法和FW-H声类比方法对轴流风机的气动噪声进行数值预测。结果表明:在相同的设计转速下,仿海鸥翼型叶片的轴流风机的气动效率提高了3.1%;在相同风量条件下,仿海鸥翼型叶片的轴流风机的噪声相比于原型风机降低了约1.0dB(A)。采用仿海鸥翼型叶片,风机叶片表面的静压分布均匀,叶片中段的压力脉动明显减少。同时,在风机进口轮毂处和叶顶区域,流动分离被抑制,叶片尾迹涡脱落引起的气流脉动和气流不均匀性相对减弱,这就有效提升了轴流风机的气动性能。

Recent population studies have significantly advanced our understanding of how age shapes the gut ***,the actual role of age could be inevitably confounded due to the complex and variable environmental factors in human populations.A well-controlled environment is thus necessary to reduce undesirable confounding effects,and recapitulate age-dependent changes in the gut microbiota of healthy *** we performed 16S rRNA gene sequencing,characterized the age-associated gut microbial profiles from infant to elderly crab-eating macaques reared in captivity,and systemically revealed the lifelong dynamic changes of the primate gut *** the most significant age-associated taxa were mainly found as commensals such as Faecalibacterium,the abundance of a group of suspicious pathogens such as Helicobacter was exclusively increased in infants,underlining their potential role in host ***,topology analysis indicated that the network connectivity of gut microbiota was even more agedependent than taxonomic diversity,and its tremendous decline with age could probably be linked to healthy ***,we identified key driver microbes responsible for such age-dependent network changes,which were further linked to altered metabolic functions of lipids,carbohydrates,and amino acids,as well as phenotypes in the microbial *** current study thus demonstrates the lifelong age-dependent changes and their driver microbes in the primate gut microbiota,and provides new insights into their roles in the development and healthy aging of their hosts.

目的:探讨中药灌肠对宫颈癌急性放射性直肠炎(ARP)患者临床疗效及血清白介素-1β(IL-1β)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、白介素-8(IL-8)水平的影响。方法:选取2021年3月-2023年3月期间在邵阳市中心医院收治行放疗的宫颈癌ARP患者180例,采用随机数字表法将患者分为A组(常规治疗,n=90)和B组(A组的基础上接受中药灌肠,n=90)。观察两组临床疗效、放射损伤疗效、中医证候积分和IL-1β、IL-8、TNF-α水平变化情况,并对比不同放射性直肠炎分级患者的血清IL-1β、IL-8、TNF-α水平。结果:B组的临床总有效率高于A组(P<0.05)。两组治疗后黏液血便、腹痛、里急后重、稀便或便秘、肛门灼痛坠痛、口干口苦、尿赤等证候积分下降,且B组低于A组(P<0.05)。B组的放射损伤总有效率高于A组(P<0.05)。放射性直肠炎分级III级、Ⅱ级血清IL-1β、IL-8、TNF-α水平高于I级,且III级高于Ⅱ级(P<0.05)。两组治疗后血清IL-1β、IL-8、TNF-α水平下降,且B组低于A组(P<0.05)。结论:中药灌肠治疗宫颈癌ARP患者,可提高临床疗效,改善临床症状,可能与改善血清IL-1β、IL-8、TNF-α水平有关。

CsPbI_(2)Br perovskite solar cells(PSCs)have drawn tremendous attention due to their suitable bandgap,excellent photothermal stability,and great potential as an ideal candidate for top cells in tandem solar ***,the abundant defects at the buried interface and perovskite layer induce severe charge recombination,resulting in the open-circuit voltage(V_(oc))output and stability much lower than ***,a novel buried interface management strategy is developed to regulate interfacial carrier dynamics and CsPbI_(2)Br defects by introducing ammonium tetrafluoroborate(NH_(4)BF_(4)),thereby resulting in both high CsPbI_(2)Br crystallization and minimized interfacial energy ***,NH_(4)^(+)ions could preferentially heal hydroxyl groups on the SnO_(2)surface and balance energy level alignment between SnO_(2)and CsPbI_(2)Br,enhancing charge transport efficiency,while BF_(4)^(-)anions as a quasi-halogen regulate crystal growth of CsPbI_(2)Br,thus reducing perovskite ***,it is proved that eliminating hydroxyl groups at the buried interface enhances the iodide migration activation energy of CsPbI_(2)Br for strengthening the phase *** a result,the optimized CsPbI_(2)Br PSCs realize a remarkable efficiency of 17.09%and an ultrahigh V_(oc)output of 1.43 V,which is one of the highest values for CsPbI_(2)Br PSCs.
