Early warning of thermal runaway(TR)of lithium-ion batteries(liBs)is a significant challenge in current application *** and effective TR early warning technology is urgently required considering the current fire safety situation of *** this work,we report an early warning method of TR with online electrochemical impedance spectroscopy(EIS)monitoring,which overcomes the shortcomings of warning methods based on traditional signals such as temperature,gas,and pressure with obvious delay and high *** in-situ data acquisition through accelerating rate calorimeter(ARC)-EIS test,the crucial features of TR were extracted using the RReliefF *** mechanisms corresponding to the features at specific frequencies were ***,a three-level warning strategy for single battery,series module,and parallel module was formulated,which can successfully send out an early warning signal ahead of the self-heating temperature of battery under thermal abuse *** technology can provide a reliable basis for the timely intervention of battery thermal management and fire protection systems and is expected to be applied to electric vehicles and energy storage devices to realize early warning and improve battery safety.

BACKGROUND The use of a problem-solving model guided by stimulus-organism-response(SOR)theory for women with postpartum depression after cesarean delivery may inform nursing interventions for women with postpartum *** To explore the state of mind and coping style of women with depression after cesarean delivery guided by SOR *** Eighty postpartum depressed women with cesarean delivery admitted to the hospital between January 2022 and October 2023 were selected and divided into two groups of 40 cases each,according to the random number table *** the control group,the observation group adopted the problem-solving nursing model under SOR *** two groups were consecutively intervened for 12 weeks,and the state of mind,coping styles,and degree of post-partum depression were analyzed at the end of the *** The Edinburgh Postnatal Depression Scale and Hamilton Depression Scale-24-item scores of the observation group were lower than in the control group after care,and the level of improvement in the state of mind was higher than that of the control group(Plivery reduced maternal depression,improved their state of mind,and coping level with illness.

Bone formation and deposition are initiated by sensory nerve infiltration in adaptive bone remodeling. Here, we focused on the role of Semaphorin 3A(Sema3A), expressed by sensory nerves, in mechanical loads-induced bone formation and nerve withdrawal using orthodontic tooth movement(OTM) model. Firstly, bone formation was activated after the 3rd day of OTM,coinciding with a decrease in sensory nerves and an increase in pain threshold. Sema3A, rather than nerve growth factor(NGF),highly expressed in both trigeminal ganglion and the axons of periodontal ligament following the 3rd day of OTM. Moreover, in vitro mechanical loads upregulated Sema3A in neurons instead of in human periodontal ligament cells(hPDLCs) within 24 ***, exogenous Sema3A restored the suppressed alveolar bone formation and the osteogenic differentiation of hPDLCs induced by mechanical overload. Mechanistically, Sema3A prevented overstretching of F-actin induced by mechanical overload through ROCK2 pathway, maintaining mitochondrial dynamics as mitochondrial fusion. Therefore, Sema3A exhibits dual therapeutic effects in mechanical loads-induced bone formation, both as a pain-sensitive analgesic and a positive regulator for bone formation.

This study investigates the unsteady natural convection and entropy generation under the effects of magnetic field and baffles inside a nanofluid filled E-shaped *** nanofluid flow is driven by time-varying sidewall temperature and is partitioned by *** factors are discussed,including the enclosure aspect ratio(0.2≤AR≤0.7),nanofluid volume fractions(0≤φ≤0.1),Hartmann numbers(0≤Ha≤80),frequency of time-varying side wall temperature(0.01≤ω≤0.1),baffle locations(0≤d≤0.4)and length(0≤l≤0.4).An economic analysis is conducted to show the nanofluid cost of enhancing thermal transfer and reducing entropy *** modelling results show that increasing aspect ratio and nanofluid volume fraction enhance the thermal transfer behavior,while the magnetic field suppresses the nanofluid natural *** entropy generation monotonically decreases with the increasing nanofluid volume fraction and Hartmann *** baffles into horizontal walls can boost the thermal transfer behavior and decrease the total entropy generation.

The solving of dynamic matrix square root(DMSR)problems is frequently encountered in many scientific and engineering *** the original zeroing neural network is powerful for solving the DMSR,it cannot vanish the influence of the noise perturbations,and its constant-coefficient design scheme cannot accelerate the convergence ***,a noise-tolerate and adaptive coefficient zeroing neural network(NTACZNN)is raised to enhance the robust noise immunity performance and accelerate the conver-gence speed ***,the global convergence and robustness of the pro-posed NTACZNN are theoretically analysed under an ideal environment and noise-perturbed ***,some illustrative simulation examples are designed and performed in order to substantiate the efficacy and advantage of the NTACZNN for the DMSR problem *** with some existing ZNNs,the proposed NTACZNN possesses advanced performance in terms of noise tolerance,solution accuracy,and convergence rate.

The estimation of pain intensity is critical for medical diagnosis and treatment of *** the development of image monitoring technology and artificial intelligence,automatic pain assessment based on facial expression and behavioral analysis shows a potential value in clinical *** paper reports a framework of convolutional neural network with global and local attention mechanism(GLA-CNN)for the effective detection of pain intensity at four-level thresholds using facial expression ***-CNN includes two modules,namely global attention network(GANet)and local attention network(LANet).LANet is responsible for extracting representative local patch features of faces,while GANet extracts whole facial features to compensate for the ignored correlative features between *** the end,the global correlational and local subtle features are fused for the final estimation of pain *** under the UNBC-McMaster Shoulder Pain database demonstrate that GLA-CNN outperforms other state-of-the-art ***,a visualization analysis is conducted to present the feature map of GLA-CNN,intuitively showing that it can extract not only local pain features but also global correlative facial *** study demonstrates that pain assessment based on facial expression is a non-invasive and feasible method,and can be employed as an auxiliary pain assessment tool in clinical practice.

The pandemic of SARS-CoV-2 worldwide with successive emerging variants urgently calls for small-molecule oral drugs with broad-spectrum antiviral ***,we show that carrimycin,a new macrolide antibiotic in the clinic and an antiviral candidate for SARS-CoV-2 in phase III trials,decreases the efficiency of programmed–1 ribosomal frameshifting of coronaviruses and thus impedes viral replication in a broad-spectrum *** binds directly to the coronaviral frameshift-stimulatory element(FSE)RNA pseudoknot,interrupting the viral protein translation switch from ORF1a to ORF1b and thereby reducing the level of the core components of the viral replication and transcription *** carrimycin with known viral replicase inhibitors yielded a synergistic inhibitory effect on *** the FSE mechanism is essential in all coronaviruses,carrimycin could be a new broad-spectrum antiviral drug for human coronaviruses by directly targeting the conserved coronaviral FSE *** finding may open a new direction in antiviral drug discovery for coronavirus variants.

The reaction of carbonyl-to-imine/hemiaminal conversion in the atmospheric aqueous phase is a critical pathway to produce the light-absorbing N-containing secondary organic compounds(SOC).The formation mechanism of these compounds has been wildly investigated in bulk solutions with a low ionic ***,the ionic strength in the aqueous phase of the polluted atmosphere may be *** is still unclear whether and to what extent the inorganic ions can affect the SOC *** we prepared the bulk solution with certain ionic strength,in which glyoxal and ammonium were mixed to mimic the aqueous-phase *** characterization by High-resolution Mass Spectrometry was performed to identify the N-containing products,and the light absorption of the mixtures was measured by ultraviolet-visible ***-nine N-containing compounds were identified and divided into four categories(N-heterocyclic chromophores,high-molecular-weight compounds with N-heterocycle,aliphatic imines/hemiaminals,and the unclassified).It was observed that the longer reaction time and higher ionic strength led to the formation of more N-heterocyclic chromophores and the increasing of the lightabsorbance of the *** added inorganic ions were proposed to make the aqueous phase somewhat viscous so that the molecules were prone to undergo consecutive and intramolecular reactions to form the *** general,this study revealed that the enhanced ionic strength and prolonged reaction time had the promotion effect on the lightabsorbing SOC *** implies that the aldehyde-derived aqueous-phase SOC would contribute more light-absorbing particulate matter in the industrial or populated area where inorganic ions are abundant.
