Background： Lymphocyte subsets play important roles in rejection in liver transplant recipients, and the effect of splenic function on these roles remains unknown. The aim of this study was to explore the feasibility to adjust immunosuppressive agents based on splenic function status through detecting the lymphocyte subsets in liver transplant recipients. Methods： The lymphocyte subsets of 49 liver transplant recipients were assessed in the 309th Hospital of Chinese People＇s liberation Army between June 2014 and August 2015. The patients were divided into splenectomy group （n - 9）, normal splenic function group （n = 24）, and hypersplenism group （n = 16）. The percentages and counts of CD4＋ T, CD8＋ T, natural killer （NK） cell, B-cell, regulatory B-cell （Breg）, and regulatory T-cell （Treg） were detected by flow cytometer. In addition, the immunosuppressive agents, histories of rejection and infection, and postoperative time of the patients were compared among the three groups. Results： There was no significant difference of clinical characteristics among the three groups. The percentage ofCD 19＋CD24＋CD38＋ Breg was significantly higher in hypersplenism group than normal splenic function group and splenectomy group （3.29±0.97% vs. 2.12 i 1.08% and 1.90 ± 0.99%, P = 0.001）. The same result was found in CD4＋CD25＋FoxP3＋ Treg percentage （0.97 ± 0.39% vs. 0.54 ±0.31% and 0.56 ± 0.28%, P = 0.001 ）. The counts of CD8＋ T-cell, CD4＋ T-cell, and NK cell were significantly lower in hypersplenism group than normal splenic function group （254.25 ± 149.08 vs. 476.96 ± 225.52, P = 0.002; 301.69 ±154.39 vs. 532.50 ±194.42, P= 0.000; and 88.56± 63.15 vs. 188.33± 134.51, P = 0.048）. Moreover, the counts of CD4＋ T-cell and NK cell were significantly lower in hypersplenism group than splenectomy group （301.69 ± 154.39 vs. 491.89 ± 132.31, P = 0.033; and 88.56 ± 63.15 vs. 226.00± 168.85, P 0.032）. In the sewage treatment process,facilitating the conversion of pollutants into value-added resources holds great potential for reducing the amount of greenhouse gas emissions and promoting economic *** granule polypeptide(CGP),a recently discovered high value-added biopolymer present in activated sludge,has provided new avenues for the recovery of ***,the mechanisms that regulate CGP synthesis and the characteristics of this biopolymer in activated sludge remain unclear thus *** study investigated the synthesis of CGP,polyhydroxyalkanoates(PHA),and alginate-like exopolysaccharides(ALE)in various microbial aggregates under different carbon sources feeding *** results showed that the CGP yields was superior that of PHA and ALE when subjected to identical carbon source feeding ***,biofilm was more conducive to CGP accumulation than floc *** with glucose and methanol,sodium acetate significantly enriched the CGP synthetase-encoding gene(cphAabundance=~17419),resulting in the highest CGP yield(average 107.1 mg/g MLSS)in both biofilm and floc *** study is the first to reported the characteristic fluorescence of CGP(Ex/Em=~360/450 nm)caused by the aggregated luminescence of arginine on the side ***,this study highlights the potential application of CGP as a fluorescent material and offers insights into CGP recovery from activated sludge in wastewater treatment plants.

Burrs generated during the machining of Aramid-Fiber-Reinforced Composites(AFRPs)pose a challenge for the production efficiency of aircraft and helicopter housing *** studies have generally attempted to suppress burrs by referring to delamination suppression *** contrast to stratification,burrs are remediable machining *** such,a mechanochemical method with burrs trimming technological strategy are implemented to effectively combat ***,we clarify the mechanism by which aramid fibers cannot be cut off using analytical and numerical *** addition,the mechanism of fiber fracture with Modified Polyurethane Reactive Polymer(M-PUR),and development of anti-burr devices(thermostatic adhesive sealed generator)are ***,the experimental results show that the reduction rate in burr length is 87%-91%through the mechanochemical *** method not only opens a new avenue to solve the burr problem of aramid fibers but also builds an interdisciplinary bridge between polymer science and composite machining.

Metal-insulator-metal(MIM)cavity as a lithography-free structure to control light transmission and reflection has great potential in the field of optical ***,the dense top metal layer of the MIM prohibits any external medium from entering the dielectric insulation layer,which limits the application of the cavity in the sensing ***,we demonstrate a series of monolithic metal-organic frameworks(MOFs)based MIM cavities,which are treated by plasma etching to provide channels for chemical diffusion and to advance *** modulate the bandwidth of the MIM filters by controlling the MOF thickness as insulator *** plasma-etching is applied to build channels on the top metal layer without altering their saturation and brightness for chemical sensing *** etching time regulates the number and size of channels on the top metal *** behavior is demonstrated on the plasma-etched MOFs-based MIM cavity when external chemicals diffuse in the *** addition,we generate patterned structure of the MOFs-based MIM cavity via plasma-mask method,which can transfer to different substrates and produce a controllable structure color change for chemical *** MIM cavity may promote the advancement and applications of structural color in security imaging,color display,information anticounterfeiting,and color printing.

A novel separation identification strategy for the neural fuzzy Wiener–Hammerstein system using hybrid signals is developed in this *** Wiener–Hammerstein system is described by a model consisting of two linear dynamic elements with a nonlinear static element in *** static nonlinear element is modeled by a neural fuzzy network(NFN)and the two linear dynamic elements are modeled by an autoregressive exogenous(ARX)model and an autoregressive(AR)model,*** the system input is Gaussian signals,the correlation technique is used to decouple the identification of the two linear dynamic elements from the nonlinear ***,based on the input and output of Gaussian signals,the correlation analysis technique is used to identify the input linear element and output linear element,which addresses the problem that the intermediate variable information cannot be measured in the identified Wiener–Hammerstein ***,a zero-pole match method is adopted to separate the parameters of the two linear ***,the recursive least-squares technique is used to identify the nonlinear element based on the input and output of random signals,which avoids the impact of output *** feasibility of the presented identification technique is demonstrated by an illustrative simulation example and a practical nonlinear *** results show that the proposed strategy can obtain higher identification precision than existing identification algorithms.
