目的:探讨不同心功能分级对妊娠合并心脏疾病患者新生儿及妊娠结局的影响.方法:选取2017年3月至2020年3月本院收治的118例妊娠合并心脏疾病患者作为研究对象.按心功能分级情况将其分为A组(n=92,心功能Ⅰ~Ⅱ级者)和B组(n=26,心功能Ⅲ~Ⅳ级者).比较两组患者分娩孕龄、新生儿情况(新生儿体重及新生儿评分)、终止妊娠方式及妊娠结局.结果:A组孕龄、新生儿体重及新生儿评分均优于B组,差异均有统计学意义(P0.05);A组阴道分娩率高于B组,治疗性引产率低于B组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05).A组围生儿死亡、早产、小于胎龄儿发生率均明显低于B组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论:妊娠合并心脏疾病患者的心功能变化与妊娠结局紧密相关,临床应加大产检的频率,增强母婴监护,以便有效改善心功能及妊娠结局,保障孕妇和新生儿的安全.

In the northwestern margin of the Youjiang basin(NWYB)in SW China,many Carlin-like gold deposits are highly antimony(Sb)-rich,and many vein-type Sb deposits contain much *** deposits have similar ages,host rocks,ore-forming temperatures,ore-related alterations and ore mineral assemblages,but the Au and Sb metallogenic relations and their ore-forming process remain *** we investigate the large Qinglong Sb deposit in the NWYB,which has extensive sub-economic Au mineralization,and present a new metallogenic model based on in-situ trace elements(EPMA and LA-ICP-MS)and sulfur isotopes(NanoSIMS and fs-LA-MC-ICPMS)of the ore *** Qinglong,economic Sb ores contain coarse-grained stibnite,jasperoid quartz and fluorite,whilst the sub-economic Au–Sb ores comprise dominantly veined quartz,arsenian pyrite and fine-grained *** generations of ore-related pyrite(Py1,Py2 and Py3)and two generations of stibnite(Stb1 and Stb2)are identified based on their texture,chemistry,and sulfur *** pre-ore Py1 is characterized by the lower ore element(Au,As,Sb,Cu and Ag)contents(mostly below the LA-ICP-MS detection limit)and Co/Ni ratios(average 0.31)than the ore-stage pyrites(Py2 and Py3),implying a sedimentary/diagenetic *** Py2 and Py3 have elevated ore element abundance(maximum As=6500 ppm,Au=22 ppm,Sb=6300 ppm,Cu=951 ppm,Ag=77 ppm)and Co/Ni ratios(average 1.84),and have positive As ***–Sb–Cu–Ag ***-ore Stb1 has lower As(0.12–0.30 wt.%)than late-ore Stb2(0.91–1.20 wt.%).These features show that the progressive As enrichment in ore sulfides is accompanied by increasing Au,Sb,Cu and Ag with the hydrothermal evolution,thereby making As a good proxy for ***-rich,As-poor and As-free zones are identified via NanoSIMS mapping of the Au-bearing *** As-rich zones in the Qinglong Au-bearing pyrites(Py2 and Py3)and ore stibnites(Stb1 and Stb2)have narrowδ^(34)SH_(2)S ranges(-8.9‰to +4.1‰,average-3.1‰)and-2.9‰to +6.9‰,average +

AIM: To investigate whether changes in the frequencyof peripheral natural killer T (NKT) cells were correlatedwith liver disease in patients who had metabolicpredispositions to nonalcoholic fatty liver disease(NAFLD).METHODS: Peripheral blood samples were obtainedfrom 60 Chinese NAFLD patients and 60 age and gendermatched healthy controls. The frequency of peripheralNKT cells was detected by flow cytometry. Clinical andlaboratory data were collected for further analysis. RESULTS: NAFLD patients had a lower frequencyof peripheral NKT cells than healthy controls (1.21%± 0.06% vs 1.62% ± 0.07%, P < 0.001). Furtheranalysis revealed that the frequency of peripheralNKT cells was negatively correlated with body massindex, waist circumference and serum levels of alanineaminotransferase. Logistic regression analysis revealedthat elevated body mass index [hazard ratio (HR):2.991], aspartate aminotransferase levels (HR: 1.148)and fasting blood sugar (HR: 3.133) increased the riskof NAFLD, whereas an elevated frequency of peripheralNKT cells (HR: 0.107) decreased the risk. CONCLUSION: Changes in the frequency of peripheralNKT cells were correlated with NAFLD and a decreasedfrequency of peripheral NKT cells was a risk factor forNAFLD.

Expression and purification of bioactive high-purity human midkine in Escherichia coli

Midkine is a heparin-binding growth factor, which plays important roles in the regulation of cell growth and differentiation. The non-tagged recombinant human midkine （rhMK） is therefore required to facilitate its functional studies of this important growth factor. In the present work, rhMK was expressed in Escherichia coli （E. coli） BL21 （DE3）. The expression of midkine was efficiently induced by isopropyl-13-D-thiogalactopyranoside （IPTG）. After sonication, midkine was recovered in an insoluble form, and was dissolved in guanidine hydrochloride buffer. Renaturation of the denatured protein was carried out in the defined protein refolding buffer, and the refolded protein was purified using S-Sepharose ion-exchange chromatography. The final preparation of the rhMK was greater than 98% pure as measured by sodium dodecylsulfate-polyacrylamid gel electrophoresis （SDS-PAGE） and reverse phase high performance liquid chromatography （RP-HPLC）. The purified rhMK enhanced the proliferation of NIH3T3 cells.

Ni2+ and Cd2+ in wastewater accumulated through the ecological chain and could jeopardize human health. Adsorption of Ni2+ and Cd2+ from wastewater using recovered perlite was an important way to solve the problem of resource utilization of solid waste from agar production. Our previous study confirmed that recovered perlite from agar extraction residue had better pore size and specific surface area than commercial perlite. However, the adsorption efficiency and adsorption mechanism of recovered perlite were the main factors limiting its adsorption application. The adsorption process of Ni2+ and Cd2+ by recovered perlite in aqueous solution was described by the pseudo-second-order kinetic equation, and the relevant adsorption mechanism was mainly chemisorption. Compared with commercial perlite, the adsorption removal rate of Ni2+ and Cd2+ by enzymatic recovered perlite could reach 92.9% and 89.2%, respectively, and were improved by 12.63% and 13.03%. Langmuir isothermal adsorption model could better describe the isothermal adsorption process of recovered perlite on heavy metal Ni2+ and Cd2+, and the relevant adsorption mechanism was mainly monolayer adsorption. The X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS) results indicated that the decrease of Si-O Si2+ hydroxyl coordination bond and the increase of C-Si bond might make the binding effect of recovered perlite with heavy metals stronger. The competitive adsorption of Ni2+ and Cd2+ by recovered perlite was still dominated by chemisorption and monolayer adsorption. This study was expected to provide a theoretical basis and technical support for the removal of Ni2+ and Cd2+ from wastewater using recovered perlite from seaweed residue. Precise measurement of micro-dispersion for optical devices(optical fiber,lenses,etc.)holds paramount significance across domains such as optical fiber communication and dispersion interference ***,due to its complex system,complicated process,and low reliability,the traditional dispersion measurement methods(interference,phase shift,or time delay methods)are not suitable for the accurate measurement of micro-dispersion in a wide spectral ***,we propose a spectral-interferometry-based diff-iteration(SiDi)method for achieving accurate wide-band micro-dispersion *** an optical frequency comb,based on the phase demodulation of the dispersion interference spectrum,we employ the carefully designed SiDi method to solve the dispersion curve at any position and any *** approach is proficient in precisely measuring micro-dispersion across a broadband spectrum,without the need for cumbersome wavelength scanning processes or reliance on complex high-repetition-rate combs,while enabling adjustable *** efficacy of the proposed method is validated through simulations and *** employed a chip-scaled soliton microcomb(SMC)to compute the dispersion curves of a 14 m single-mode fiber(SMF)and a 0.05 m *** to a laser interferometer or the theoretical value given by manufacturers,the average relative error of refractive index measurement for single-mode fiber(SMF)reaches 2.8×10^(-6) and for glass reaches 3.8×10^(-6).The approach ensures high precision,while maintaining a simple system structure,with realizing adjustable resolution,thereby propelling the practical implementation of precise measurement and control-dispersion.
