The achievement of a functional cure for chronic hepatitis B(CHB)remains limited to a minority of patients treated with currently approved *** primary objective in developing new anti-HBV drugs is to enhance the functional cure rates for CHB.A critical prerequisite for the functional cure of CHB is a substantial reduction,or even eradication of covalently closed circular DNA(cccDNA).Within this context,the changes in cccDNA levels during treatment become as a pivotal *** have previously analyzed the factors influencing cccDNA dynamics and introduced a preliminary classification of hepatitis B treatment strategies based on these *** this review,we employ a systems thinking perspective to elucidate the fundamental aspects of the HBV replication cycle and to rationalize the classification of treatment strategies according to their impact on the dynamic equilibrium of *** upon this foundation,we categorize current anti-HBV strategies into two distinct groups and advocate for their combined use to significantly reduce cccDNA levels within a well-defined timeframe.

AIM:To evaluate the clinical efficacy of small-diameter acellular porcine corneal stroma(SAPS)for the treatment of peripheral corneal ulceration(PCU).METHODS:This retrospective clinical study included 18 patients(18 eyes)with PCU between April 2018 and December *** patients had PCU and underwent lamellar keratoplasty with *** indicators included preoperative and postoperative best-corrected visual acuity(BCVA)and transparency of *** infection control rate in the surgical eye-lesion area was also ***:Eighteen patients underwent lamellar keratoplasty with SAPS to treat *** of the patients experienced rejection after 6mo(18/18)and 12mo(16/16)of *** BCVA(0.47±0.30)at the 6mo followup after operation was significantly improved compared with the baseline(0.99±0.80),and the difference was statistically significant(Z=-3.415,Plinically effective in the treatment of PCU,improving the patient’s BCVA and reducing the incidence of rejection after keratoplasty.

In this paper, we are concerned with the Riesz transform on the direct product manifold H^(n)× M,where H^(n) is the n-dimensional real hyperbolic space, and M is a connected complete non-compact Riemannian manifold satisfying the volume doubling property and generalized Gaussian or sub-Gaussian upper estimates for the heat kernel. We establish its weak type(1, 1) property. In addition, we obtain the weak type(1, 1) of the heat maximal operator in the same setting. Our arguments also work for a large class of direct product manifolds with exponential volume growth. Particularly, we provide a simpler proof of weak type(1, 1) boundedness of some operators considered in the work of li et al.(2016).

For ventilated cavitating flows in a closed water tunnel, the wall effect may exert an important influence on cavity shape and hydrodynamics, An isotropic mixture multiphase model was established to study the wall effect based on the RANS equations, coupled with a natural cavitation model and the RNG k-ε turbulent model. The governing equations were discretized using the finite volume method and solved by the Gauss-Seidel linear equation solver on the basis of a segregation algorithm. The algebraic multigrid approach was carried through to accelerate the convergence of solution. The steady ventilated cavitating flows in water tunnels of different diameter were simulated for a conceptual underwater vehicle model which had a disk cavitator. It is found that the choked cavitation number derived is close to the approximate solution of natural cavitating flow for a 3-D disk. The critical ventilation rate falls with decreasing diameter of the water tunnel. However, the cavity size and drag coeflicient are rising with the decrease in tunnel diameter for the same ventilation rate, and the cavity size will be much different in water tunnels of different diameter even for the same ventilated cavitation number.

Sulfide-based all-solid-state lithium metal batteries(ASSLMBs)have received extensive attention due to their high energy density and high safety,while the poor interface stability between sulfide electrolyte and lithium metal anode limits their ***,a hybrid SEI(liCl/li F/li Zn)was constructed at the interface between li_(5.5)PS_(4.5)Cl_(1.5)sulfide electrolyte and lithium *** li Cl and li F interface phases with high interface energy effectively induce the uniform deposition of li^(+)and reduce the overpotential of li^(+)deposition,while the li Zn alloy interface phase accelerates the diffusion of lithium *** synergistic effect of the above functional interface phases inhibits the growth of lithium dendrites and stabilizes the interface between the sulfide electrolyte and lithium *** hybrid SEI strategy exhibits excellent electrochemical performance on symmetric batteries and all-solid-state *** symmetrical cell exhibits stable cycling performance over long duration over 500 h at 1.0 mA cm^(-2).Moreover,the liNbO_(3)@NCM712/li_(5.5)PS_(4.5)Cl_(1.5)/li-10%Zn F_(2)battery exhibits excellent cycle stability at a high rate of 0.5 C,with a capacity retention rate of 76.4%after 350 cycles.

Numerical investigations of floating platforms with different outer column inclined angles under two operating conditions of regular wave and irregular wave are presented in this paper.A coupled aero-hydrodynamic computational fluid dynamics in-house solver FOWT-UALM-SJTU is applied for the ***,the validation for wave and wind generation are conducted to determine mesh distribution *** on these,the hydrodynamic motion response,aerodynamic performance and wake flow are analyzed to explore the impact of inclined *** spectral analysis on the motion response under wave action,discuss the aerodynamic attack angle and inflow wind velocity along the blade spanwise direction in detail,reveal different trends in wake development and *** results show that for the regular wave condition with the increase of inclined angles,the equilibrium position of surge motion is constantly rising,while pitch is *** maximum root mean square(rms)value occurs at angle=30°,compared with the original OC4 FOWT,the rms in power and thrust increase 0.35%,0.71%.And there are two low regions of attack angle and high regions of axial inflow velocity,corresponding to aerodynamic *** spectral analysis indicates that the natural frequency of pitch motion will increase with inclined ***,from the middle to far region of wake flow,the velocity recovery of FOWT with inclined angle will become faster,which is beneficial for downstream turbines to enhance more wind energy.

This work presents a single-structure 3-axis Lorentz force magnetometer(LFM)based on an AlN-on-Si MEMS *** operation of the proposed LFM relies on the flexible manipulation of applied excitation currents in different directions and frequencies,enabling the effective actuation of two mechanical vibration modes in a single device for magnetic field measurements in three ***,the excited out-of-plane drum-like mode at 277 kHz is used for measuring the x-and y-axis magnetic fields,while the in-plane square-extensional mode at 5.4 MHz is used for measuring the z-axis magnetic *** different configurations of applied excitation currents ensure good crossinterference immunity among the three *** to conventional capacitive LFMs,the proposed piezoelectric LFM utilizes strong electromechanical coupling from the AlN layer,which allows it to operate at ambient pressure with a high *** understand and analyze the measured results,a novel equivalent circuit model for the proposed LFM is also reported in this work,which serves to separate the effect of Lorentz force from the unwanted capacitive *** demonstrated 3-axis LFM exhibits measured magnetic responsivities of 1.74 ppm/mT,1.83 ppm/mT and 6.75 ppm/mT in the x-,y-and z-axes,respectively,which are comparable to their capacitive counterparts.

Because DC conductivities of oil-paper materials can be easily affected by electric field and temperature,the electrical properties under electro-thermal coupling of oil-paper materials should be considered when optimising the insulation structure of valve-side winding of the converter *** on the finite element multi-physical field coupling simulation,the multi-objective optimisation of main insulation structure of valve-side winding is carried *** view of the high time consuming of multi-physical field calculation and the actual needs of an insulation structure optimisation,the Kriging method and technique for order preference by similarity to the ideal solution(TOPSIS)method are introduced,and combines them with NSGA-II to obtain a joint algorithm that can be used for the optimisation of insulation structure of the converter *** using the joint algorithm of multi-objective optimisation,the insulation structure configuration scheme of valve-side winding is *** can be seen from the experiment result that,on the one hand,the joint algorithm adopted can obtain the insulation structure configuration scheme that meets the design *** the other hand,when facing the configuration scheme optimisation under multi-field coupling,the computational time required by this method is only 0.15%of that required by original genetic algorithm.
