Graphene nanosheets （GS） were easily prepared through liquid-phase exfoliation of graphite powder in N,N-dimethylformamide （DMF） with the assistance of sodium citrate. Then, GS was coated onto a glassy carbon electrode （GCE） surface by drop to fabricate a GS]GCE nanointerface. Subsequently, by using tetraethylorthosilicate sol as precursor, nanosilica was electrochemically deposited onto the GS]GCE surface to produce a nanocomposite film electrode （nanosilicaJGSJGCE）. Electrochemical behaviors of methyl parathion （MP） on the nanosilica/GS/GCE surface were investigated thoroughly. It was found that the nanosilicaJGS nanocomposites can improve the redox peak currents of MP significantly due to the synergetic effect. The oxidation peak current was linearly related to MP concentration in the range from 0.0005 μmol/L to 5.6 μmol/L. The detection limit was calculated to be 0.07 nmol/L （SJN = 3）. The developed method was used to determine MP in real samples. The recoveries were in the range from 95.4% to 104.2%, demonstrating satisfactory results.

Three-dimensional(3D)functional graphenebased architecture with superior electrical conductivity and good mechanical strength has promising applications in energy storage and ***-adjustable inks make it possible to achieve desired 3D architectures with interconnected and continuous interior networks by microextrusion *** this work,ultra-low-concentration graphene oxide(GO)inks of~15 mg·ml-1 have been obtained and demonstrated in direct 3D printing with a facile cross-linking(direct ink writing).The rheological behavior of the GO strategy by cations,which is the lowest concentration to achieve direct ink writing inks,could be adjusted from 1×10^(4) to 1×10^(5) Pa·s^(-1) with different concentrations of cations due to strong cross-linking networks between GO sheets and ***,the specific strength and electrical conductivity of 3D-printed graphene architecture are notably enhanced,reaching up to 51.7×10^(3) N·m·kg^(-1)and 119 S·m^(-1),which are superior to conventional graphene ***,3D printing graphene-based architecture assembled in micro-superc apacitor exhibits excellent electrochemical performance,which can be ascribed to the effective ion transportation through the interconnected *** strategy demonstrated is useful in the design of complex-shaped,graphene-based architectures for scalable manufacturing of practical energy storage applications.

Improving Geese Production Performance in “Goose-Fish” Production System by Competitive Reduction of Pathogenic Bacteria in Pond Water

This study investigated whether competitive reduction of pathogenic bacteria growth in pond water alleviates lipopolysaccharide （LPS） contamination and improves geese production performances in the ＂goose-fish＂ production system, thereby providing the potential for an improved technique for ecological water fowl production. In the first experiment, 240 Magang goslings of 15-d age were randomly and equally allocated into 16 ＂yard and pond＂ pens using a 2-2 factorial design with 4 replications per treatment. In the 55-d experimental period, the goslings received 2 main treatments： supplementation of Bacillus subtilis spores in the feed and addition of photosynthetic bacteria （PSB） to the pond water. Both B. subtilis spores and PSB treatments significantly suppressed water counts of Gram-negative bacteria Escherichia coli, Salmonella and Shigella, and LPS concentrations in pond water and in gosling blood （P〈0.05）. As the result, the two treatments significantly improved gosling weight gain and carcass quality, marked by enhanced breast and leg muscle percentages and reduced subcutaneous fat proportions （P〈0.05）. Moreover, the improved effects of B. subtilis spores and PSB treatments were additive. In the second experiment, 1 160 adult geese were induced to start egg laying from May throughout the summer months. The geese were separated equally into control and experimental flocks to fit into 2 integration production units, with a density of 1 bird m-2 meter on pond water. Experimental flock geese were treated with B. subtilis spores in feed and PSB in the pond water for the duration of the study. Such treatment combination significantly depressed the growth of E. coli, Salmonella and Shigella in the pond water and reduced LPS concentrations both in pond water and in geese blood （P〈0.01）. The effects of acid deposition on pine forest ecosystems in Longli of Guizhou Province, southwestern China are studied using indoor experiments and model simulations. Indoor experiments are designed to explore the aluminum toxicity on pine seedlings, and the long-term soil acidification model （LTSAM） and a terrestrial biogeochemistry model （CENTURY） are used to simulate the influences of acid deposition on pine forest ecosystems. The indoor experiment results of aluminum toxicishow that aluminum ions in solution limit plant growth and acid deposition enhances this effect by facilitating the release of aluminum ions from the soil. Pine seedling bio- mass and root elongation decrease as the aluminum concentration increases. The results of model simulations show that the soil chemis- try varies significantly with different changes in acid deposition. When the acid deposition increases, the pH value in the soil solution decreases and the soil A13＋ concentration increases. The increased acid deposition also has negative impacts on the forest ecosystem, i.e., decreases plant biomass, net primary productivity （NPP） and net C02 uptake. As a result, the soil organic carbon （SOC） decreases be- cause of the limited supply of decomposition material. Thus acid deposition need be reduced to help protect the forest ecosystems.

Numerical Modeling of the Undertow Structure and Sandbar Migration in the Surfzone

A process-based 3D numerical model for surfzone hydrodynamics and beach evolution was established. Comparisons between the experimental data and model results proved that the model could effectively describe the hydrodynamics, sediment transport feature and sandbar migration process in the surfzone with satisfactory precision. A series of numerical simulations on the wave breaking and shoaling up to a barred beach were carried out based on the model system. Analyzed from the model results, the wave-induced current system in the surfzone consists of two major processes, which are the phase-averaged undertow caused by wave breaking and the net drift caused by both of the nonlinear wave motion and surface roller effect. When storm waves come to the barred beach, the strong offshore undertow along the beach suppresses the onshore net drift, making the initial sandbar migrate to the seaside. Under the condition of calm wave environment, both the undertow and net drift flow to the shoreline at the offshore side of the sandbar, and then push the initial sandbar to the shoreline. The consideration of surface roller has significant impact on the modeling results of the sandbar migration. As the roller transfer rate increases, the sandbar moves onshore especially under the storm wave condition.

The feeding parameters in the final stage of vacuum arc remelting process obviously affect the solute segregation and shrinkage pore *** with the electromagnetic field,fluid flow,and solute transport,a numerical model was built to investigate the effect of feeding parameters on the ingot solidification *** Nb segregation and shrinkage pore depth in the solidified ingot were *** results show that the liquid moves along the solidification front and the vertex flow is formed in the liquid pool,which promotes solute *** the solidified ingot,the Nb segregation in the lower part is negative,while that in the upper part is *** the differential electrode applied,the positive segregation is slightly reduced but the segregation distribution remains *** the feeding current decreases,the positive segregation zone moves toward the ingot top surface,due to the final solidification position moving *** the feeding time extended,the positive segregation moves to the top surface and the shrinkage pore depth is *** the feeding time is set at 12 min,the shrinkage pore depth can be reduced to 21 mm.

The intramolecular charge transfer dual fluorescence of p-dibutylaminobenzoic acid-b-cyclodextrin inclusion complex showed a substantially higher sensitivity toward aqueous solution pH variation when compared with that of p-dibutylaminobenzoic acid alone, which established a new principle for direct CT fluorescence sensing in aqueous solution by using the CT fluorophore-cyclodextrin inclusion complex.
