Synergic catalytic effect between active sites and supports greatly determines the catalytic activity for the aerobic oxidative desulfurization of fuel *** this work,Ni-doped Co-based bimetallic metal-organic framework(CoNi-MOF)is fabricated to disperse N-hydroxyphthalimide(NHPI),in which the whole catalyst provides plentiful synergic catalytic effect to improve the performance of oxidative desulfurization(ODS).As a bimetallic MOF,the second metal Ni doping results in the flower-like morphology and the modification of electronic properties,which ensure the exposure of NHPI and strengthen the synergistic effect of the overall *** with the monometallic Co-MOF and naked NHPI,the NHPI@CoNi-MOF triggers the efficient activation of molecular oxygen and improves the ODS performance without an *** sulfur removal of dibenzothiophene-based model oil reaches 96.4%over the NHPI@CoNi-MOF catalyst in 8 h of ***,the catalytic product of this aerobic ODS reaction is sulfone,which is adsorbed on the catalyst surface due to the difference in *** work provides new insight and strategy for the design of a strong synergic catalytic effect between NHPI and bimetallic supports toward high-activity aerobic ODS materials.

Background Multifocal lens has become popular in cataract surgery. Short-term outcome after AcrySof ReSTOR Lens implantation had been reported by many studies, but long-term visual performance and the effect of posterior capsular opacification （PCO） on visual performance need further investigation. Methods This retrospective study involved 54 eyes from 41 cataract patients implanted with ReSTOR lens, with a follow-up period of 12 to 31 months. Manifest refraction spherical equivalence （MRSE）, monocular uncorrected and best-corrected distance visual acuity, uncorrected and distance-corrected near and intermediate visual acuity, contrast sensitivity were assessed. The effect of PCO on visual performance was evaluated by comparing visual parameters between pre and post-capsulotomy. Results Uncorrected distance visual acuity of eyes with MRSE within ±0.5 diopter （D） was better than those with MRSE greater than ±0.5 D （P 〈0.05）. Uncorrected distance and near visual acuity （LogMAR） was 0.10 and 0.17 respectively. Best corrected distance visual acuity and best distance-corrected near visual acuity （LogMAR） was 0.00 and 0.16, a significant improvement was noted after correction （P=0.000, P=-0.001, respectively）. Contrast sensitivity logarithm was comparable with the normal value at difference spatial frequencies except at 12 cpd. In 5 eyes with mild PCO, post-capsulotomy visual parameters were better than pre-capsulotomy （P 〈0.05）. Conclusion ReSTOR lens provides a good long-term distance and near vision, functional intermediate vision and contrast sensitivity. Mild PCO significantly affects visual performance and needs early intervention.

Objective To biodegrade the diesel pollution in aqueous solution inoculated with Mycobacterium and filamentous fungi. Methods Bacteria sampled from petroleum hydrocarbons contaminated sites in Karamay Oilfield were isolated and identified as Mycobacterium hyalinum （MH） and cladosporium. Spectrophotometry and gas chromatography （GC） were used to analyze of the residual concentrations of diesel oil and its biodegradation products. Results From the GC data, the values of apparent biodegradation ratio of the bacterial strain MH to diesel oil were close to those obtained in the control experiments. Moreover, the number of MH did not increase with degradation time. However, by using n-octadecane instead of diesel oil, the real biotic degradation ratio increased to 20.9% over 5 days of degradation. Cladosporium strongly biodegraded diesel oil with a real degradation ratio of up to 34% after 5 days treatment. When the two strains were used simultaneously, a significant synergistic effect between them resulted in almost complete degradation of diesel oil, achieving a total diesel removal of 99% over 5 days of treatment, in which one part of about 80% and another part of about 19% were attributed to biotic and abiotic processes, respectively. Conclusion The observed synergistic effect was closely related to the aromatics-degrading ability of Cladosporium, which favored the growth of MH and promoted the bioavailability of diesel oil

Background Hyperhomocysteinemia （HHcy）-mediated dysfunction of endothelial NO system is an important mechanism for atherosclerotic pathogenesis. Dimethylarginine dimethylaminohydrolase （DDAH） is the key enzyme for degrading asymmetric dimethylarginine （ADMA）, which is an endogenous inhibitor of endothelial nitric oxide （NO） synthase （eNOS）. This study was designed to investigate whether the dysfunction of endothelial NO system originates from HHcy-mediated aberrant methylation modification in promotor region of DDAH2 gene. Methods Human umbilical vein endothelial cells （HUVECs） were cultured to the third generation and treated with homocysteine （Hcy） at different concentrations （0, 10, 30, 100, and 300 μmol/L） for 72 hours. The methylation pattern in promoter region CpG island of DDAH2 gene was analyzed by nested methylation-specific PCR （nMSP）. The mRNA expression of eNOS gene and DDAH2 gene was detected by semi-quantitative RT-PCR. The activity of DDAH2 and eNOS in cells, and the concentrations of ADMA and NO in culture medium were assayed respectively. Results Mild increased concentration of Hcy （10 and 30 μmol/L） induced hypomethylation, while high concentration of Hcy （100 and 300 μmol/L） induced hypermethylation in the promoter CpG island of DDAH2 gene. The mRNA expression of DDAH2 increased in mild enhanced concentration of Hcy, and decreased in high concentration of Hcy correspondingly. The inhibition of DDAH2 activity, the increase of ADMA concentration, the reduction of eNOS activity and the decrease of NO production were all consistently relevant to the alteration of Hcy concentration. Conclusion The increased concentration of Hcy induced aberrant methylation pattern in promotor region of DDAH2 gene and the successive alterations in DDAH/ADMA/NOS/NO pathway, which showed highly relevant and dose-effect relationship. A 2D axisymmetric numerical model was established to investigate the variations of molten pool with different melt rates during the vacuum arc remelting of 8Cr4Mo4V high-strength steel,and the ingot growth was simulated by dynamic mesh *** results show that as the ingot grows,the molten pool profile changes from shallow and flat to V-shaped,and both the molten pool depth and the mushy width ***,the variation of both the molten pool shape and the mushy width melt rate is clarified by the thermal equilibrium *** melt rate increases,both the molten pool depth and the mushy width *** is caused by the increment in sensible heat stored in the ingot due to the limitation of the cooling capacity of the *** nonlinear increment in sensible heat leads to a nonlinear increase in the mushy *** addition,as melt rate increases,the local solidification time(LST)of ingot decreases obviously at first and then *** melt rate is controlled in a suitable range,LST is the lowest and the secondary dendrite arm spacing of the ingot is the smallest,which can effectively improve the compactness degree of 8Cr4Mo4V high-strength steel.

A high-speed and effective packet scheduling method is crucial to the performance of Gigabit routers. The paper studies the variable-length packet scheduling problem in Gigabit router with crossbar switch fabric and input queuing, and a scheduling method based on neural network is proposed. For the proposed method, a scheduling system structure fit for the variable-length packet case is presented first, then some rules for scheduling are given. At last, an optimal scheduling method using Hopfield neural network is proposed based on the rules. Furthermore, the paper discusses that the proposed method can be realized by hardware circuit. The simulation result shows the effectiveness of the proposed method.

Background Primary percutaneous coronary intervention （PCI） is the best treatment of choice for acute ST segment elevation myocardial infarction （STEMI）. This study aimed to determine the clinical outcomes of tirofiban combined with the low molecular weight heparin （LMWH）, dalteparin, in primary PCI patients with acute STEMI. Methods From February 2006 to July 2006, a total of 120 patients with STEMI treated with primary PCI were randomised to 2 groups： unfractionated heparin （UFH） with tirofiban （group I： 60 patients, （61.2±9.5） years）, and dalteparin with tirofiban （group il： 60 patients, （60.5±10.1） years）. Major adverse cardiac events （MACE） during hospitalization and at 4 years after PCI were examined. Bleeding complications during hospitalization were also examined. Results There were no significant differences in sex, mean age, risk factors, past history, inflammatory marker, or echocardiography between the 2 groups. In terms of the target vessel and vascular complexity, there were no significant differences between the 2 groups. During the first 7 days, emergent revascularization occurred only in 1 patient （1.7%） in group I. Acute myocardial infarction （AMI） occurred in 1 （1.7%） patient in group I and in 1 （1.7%） in group II. Three （5.0%） patients in group I and 1 （1.7%） in group II died. Total in-hospital MACE during the first 7 days was 4 （6.7%） in group I and 2 （3.3%） in group Ⅱ. Bleeding complications were observed in 10 patients （16.7%） in group I and in 4 patients （6.7%） in group II, however, the difference was not statistically significant. No significant intracranial bleeding was observed in either group. Four years after PCI, death occurred in 5 （8.3%） patients in group I and in 4 （6.7%） in group Ⅱ. MACE occurred in 12 （20.0%） patients in group I and in 10 （16,7%） patients in group Ⅱ. Conclusions Dalteparin was effective and safe in primary PCI of STEMI patients and combined dalteparin with tirofiban was effective and safe without significant bleedi

BACKGROUND Gastric cancer remains a leading cause of cancer-related mortality *** open surgery for gastric cancer is often associated with significant morbidity and prolonged *** To evaluate the effectiveness of laparoscopic minimally invasive surgery as an alternative to traditional open surgery for gastric cancer,focusing on its potential to reduce trauma,accelerate recovery,and achieve comparable oncological *** This study retrospectively analyzed 203 patients with gastric cancer who underwent surgery at the Shanghai Health Medical College Affiliated Chongming Hospital from January 2020 to December *** patients were divided into two groups:Minimally invasive surgery group(n=102),who underwent laparoscopic gastrectomy,and open surgery group(n=101),who underwent traditional open *** compared surgical indicators(surgical incision size,intraop-erative blood loss,surgical duration,and number of lymph nodes dissected),recovery parameters(time to first flatus,time to start eating,time to ambulation,and length of hospital stay),immune function(levels of IgA,IgG,and IgM),intestinal barrier function(levels of D-lactic acid and diamine oxidase),and stress response(levels of C-reactive protein,interleukin-6,and procalcitonin).RESULTS The minimally invasive surgery group demonstrated significantly better outcomes in terms of surgical indicators,including smaller incisions,less blood loss,shorter surgery time,and more lymph nodes dissected(Plier return of bowel function,earlier initiation of diet,quicker mobilization,and shorter hospital stays(P<0.05 for all).Furthermore,patients in the minimally invasive surgery group had better preserved immune function,superior intestinal barrier function,and a less pronounced stress response postoperatively(P<0.05 for all).CONCLUSION Laparoscopic minimally invasive surgery for gastric cancer not on
