A novel mixed integer linear programming (NMILP) model for detection of gross errors is presented in this paper. Yamamura et al.(1988) designed a model for detection of gross errors and data reconciliation based on Akaike information cri- terion (AIC). But much computational cost is needed due to its combinational nature. A mixed integer linear programming (MILP) approach was performed to reduce the computational cost and enhance the robustness. But it loses the super performance of maximum likelihood estimation. To reduce the computational cost and have the merit of maximum likelihood estimation, the simultaneous data reconciliation method in an MILP framework is decomposed and replaced by an NMILP subproblem and a quadratic programming (QP) or a least squares estimation (LSE) subproblem. Simulation result of an industrial case shows the high efficiency of the method.

We concentrate on the skin effects and topological properties in the multilayer non-Hermitian su−Schrieffer−Heeger (SSH) structure, by taking into account the nonreciprocal couplings between the different sublattices in the unit cells. Following the detailed demonstration of the theoretical method, we find that in this system, the skin effects and topological phase transitions induced by nonreciprocal couplings display the apparent parity effect, following the increase of the layer number of this SSH structure. On the one hand, the skin effect is determined by the parity of the layer number of this SSH system, as well as the parity of the band index of the bulk states. On the other hand, for the topological edge modes, such an interesting parity effect can also be observed clearly. Next, when the parameter disorders are taken into account, the zero-energy edge modes in the odd-layer structures tend to be more robust, whereas the other edge modes are easy to be destroyed. In view of these results, it can be ascertained that the findings in this work promote to understand the influences of nonreciprocal couplings on the skin effects and topological properties in the multilayer SSH lattices.

With the fast generation of electronic waste(e-waste)and the increasing depletion of metal resources,“urban mining”that can selectively recover gold from secondary resources has attracted great *** of materials with high extraction capacity and satisfying selectivity in complex aqueous-based matrices still remains ***,a novel metal-organic framework/polymer composite(Fe-BTC/poly(thioctic acid),denoted as Fe-BTC/pTA)has been newly synthesized and applied for selective gold recovery in different matrices(river water,seawater,and leaching solution of e-waste).Benefiting from the high specific surface area and suitable pore sizes as well as the rational design of active sites,the composite exhibits high adsorption capacity(920 mg/g),high removal efficiency(>99%),fast kinetics(below 0.1 ppb within 10 min),and good applicability in complex matrices,which are better than those of most reported sulfur-containing ***-state metallic gold with high purity can be effectively enriched due to the high recyclability and long-term stability of the *** material after adsorption can be further applied as a heterogeneous catalyst for water remediation due to the in situ generated gold nanoparticles by the redox reaction between Au(III)ions and the S-containing groups in the composites.

Objective This study aimed to understand the epidemic status and phylogenetic relationships of rotavirus group A(RVA)in the Pearl River Delta region of Guangdong Province,*** This study included individuals aged 28 days–85 years.A total of 706 stool samples from patients with acute gastroenteritis collected between January 2019 and January 2020 were analyzed for 17 causative pathogens,including RVA,using a Gastrointestinal Pathogen Panel,followed by genotyping,virus isolation,and complete sequencing to assess the genetic diversity of *** The overall RVA infection rate was 14.59%(103/706),with an irregular epidemiological *** proportion of co-infection with RVA and other pathogens was 39.81%(41/103).Acute gastroenteritis is highly prevalent in young children aged 0–1 year,and RVA is the key pathogen circulating in patients 6–10 months of age with diarrhea.G9P[8](58.25%,60/103)was found to be the predominant genotype in the RVA strains,and the 41 RVA-positive strains that were successfully sequenced belonged to three different RVA genotypes in the phylogenetic *** analysis showed that gene reassortment events,selection pressure,codon usage bias,gene polymorphism,and post-translational modifications(PTMs)occurred in the G9P[8]and G3P[8]*** This study provides molecular evidence of RVA prevalence in the Pearl River Delta region of China,further enriching the existing information on its genetics and evolutionary characteristics and suggesting the emergence of genetic *** the surveillance of genotypic changes and gene reassortment in RVA strains is essential for further research and a better understanding of strain variations for further vaccine development.

Correlation between elevated FOXP3 expression and increased lymph node metastasis of gastric cancer

Background FOXP3 was thought to express in the T-cell lineage exclusively until recently when FOXP3 was shown to be expressed by cancer cells. It was indicated that FOXP3 may play a wider role in biology by endowing tumor cells with immune suppressive activity. However, researches between FOXP3 and lymph node metastasis of gastric cancer were relatively infrequent, so the present work was aimed to investigate the relationship between FOXP3 expression and lymph node metastasis in human gastric *** A total of 122 gastric cancer patients were enrolled in this study, and gastric tumor specimens and lymph nodes were acquired. Thirty patients who had chronic superficial gastritis diagnosed by gastroscopy contemporaneously in the Peking University People＇s Hospital were chosen randomly as the control group. Immunohistochemistry was performed to evaluate FOXP3 expression. A survival analysis on the 122 patients was then performed. Then, NCI-N87cell lines were used to confirm FOXP3 expression in gastric carcinoma cells. Finally, evaluation of FOXP3 expression in gastric tumor and peritumor tissues in 12 patients were conducted using immunohistochemistry and Western blotting. A X2 test or Fisher＇s exact test （bilateral） was conducted to compare the percentage of positive percentage staining between groups. Kaplan-Meier analysis was performed for survival *** FOXP3 was expressed by gastric cancer cells and peritumor epithelial cells. FOXP3 expression was increased in primary tumors （58.2%） than that in control group （26.7%）. In the lymph-node metastasis group, the incidence of lymph node metastasis which was less than 60% had a significant upregulation of FOXP3 in primary tumors and lymph ***, the frequency of FOXP3 expression had no relationship with *** FOXP3 probably has a relationship with lymph node metastasis of gastric cancer.

Multi-access edge computing(MEC)presents computing services at the edge of networks to address the enormous processing requirements of intelligent *** to the maneuverability of unmanned aerial vehicles(UAVs),they can be used as temporal aerial edge nodes for providing edge services to ground users in ***,MEC environment is usually dynamic and *** is a challenge for multiple UAVs to select appropriate service ***,most of existing works study UAV-MEC with the assumption that the flight heights of UAVs are fixed;i.e.,the flying is considered to occur with reference to a two-dimensional plane,which neglects the importance of the *** this paper,with consideration of the co-channel interference,an optimization problem of energy efficiency is investigated to maximize the number of fulfilled tasks,where multiple UAVs in a threedimensional space collaboratively fulfill the task computation of ground *** the formulated problem,we try to obtain the optimal flight and sub-channel selection strategies for UAVs and schedule strategies for *** on the multi-agent deep deterministic policy gradient(MADDPG)algorithm,we propose a curiosity-driven and twin-networks-structured MADDPG(CTMADDPG)algorithm to solve the formulated *** uses the inner reward to facilitate the state exploration of agents,avoiding convergence at the sub-optimal ***,we adopt the twin critic networks for update stabilization to reduce the probability of Q value *** simulation results show that CTMADDPG is outstanding in maximizing the energy efficiency of the whole system and outperforms the other benchmarks.
