BACKGROUND Synaptotagmins(SYTs)are a family of 17 membrane transporters that function as calcium ion sensors during the release of Ca2+-dependent neurotransmitters and ***,few studies have reported whether members of the SYT family play a role in glucose uptake in diabetic retinopathy(DR)through Ca2+/glucose transporter-1(GLUT1)and the possible regulatory mechanism of *** To elucidate the role of the SYT family in the regulation of glucose transport in retinal pigment epithelial cells and explore its potential as a therapeutic target for the clinical management of *** DR was induced by streptozotocin in C57BL/6J mice and by high glucose medium in human retinal pigment epithelial cells(ARPE-19).Bioinformatics analysis,reverse transcriptase-polymerase chain reaction,Western blot,flow cytometry,EliSA,HE staining,and TUNEL staining were used for *** Six differentially expressed proteins(SYT2,SYT3,SYT4,SYT7,SYT11,and SYT13)were found between the DR and control groups,and SYT4 was highly *** induces SYT4 overexpression,manipulates Ca2+influx to induce GLUT1 fusion with the plasma membrane,promotes abnormal expression of the glucose transporter GLUT1 and excessive glucose uptake,induces ARPE-19 cell apoptosis,and promotes DR *** deficiency inhibits the proteasomal degradation of SYT4 in DR,resulting in SYT4 accumulation and enhanced GLUT1 fusion with the plasma membrane,and these effects were blocked by oe-Parkin ***,dysregulation of the myelin transcription factor 1(Myt1)-induced transcription of SYT4 in DR further activated the SYT4-mediated stimulus-secretion coupling process,and this process was inhibited in the oe-MYT1-treated *** Our study reveals the key role of SYT4 in regulating glucose transport in retinal pigment epithelial cells during the pathogenesis of DR and the underlying mechanism and suggests potential therapeutic targets for clinical DR.

We synthesize high-quality single crystal of CeGaSi by a Ga self-flux method and investigate its physical properties through magnetic susceptibility,specific heat and electrical resistivity measurements as well as high pressure *** measurements reveal that an antiferromagnetic order develops below T_(m)~10.4 K with magnetic moments orientated in the ab *** enhanced electronic specific heat coefficient and the negative logarithmic slope in the resistivity of CeGaSi indicate that the title compound belongs to the family of Kondo system with heavy fermion ground *** max magnetic entropy change-ΔS_(M)^(max)(μ_(0)H⊥c,μ_(0)H=7 T) around T_(m) is found to reach up to 11.85 J·kg^(-1)·K^(-1).Remarkably,both the antiferromagnetic transition temperature and-ln T behavior increase monotonically with pressure applied to 20 kbar(1 bar=10~5 Pa),indicating that much higher pressure will be needed to reach its quantum critical point.

以篮式研磨机为机械力化学活化设备对我国兰坪地区低品位氧化铅锌矿进行研究,提出将研磨与NaOH溶液浸出过程相结合浸出锌的机械力化学浸出(MCL)工艺。研究浸出温度、NaOH浓度、浸出时间、液固比和搅拌速度对锌浸出率的影响。实验结果表明,在最佳浸出条件下,采用MCL工艺锌的浸出率达到92.3%,比常规搅拌浸出(CSL)工艺的高7.2%,且两种工艺的能耗相差不大,证明了MCL工艺的优越性。通过对原矿进行锌物相分析以及对最佳条件下不同工艺浸出渣进行XRD、SEM-EDS、EPMA和粒度等分析,研究机械力化学活化的强化机理。

The production process of direct reduced iron from titanomagnetite by coal reduction in air in rotary kiln is a key step in the extraction of titanium and *** process is conducive to alleviating the stocking problem of a large amount of Tibearing blast furnace *** relationships between particle movement and pulverized coal injection combustion in rotary kiln were studied by the particle motion simulation and the pulverized coal injection combustion *** particle motion simulation,the repose angle of ore particles was calculated to be 28.06°,and the reaction zone was roughly determined by the reaction temperature isothermal surface and the repose angle;the axial discrete distribution of ore particles would further cause the axial energy fluctuation due to the endothermic nature of the *** pulverized coal injection combustion simulation,the rebound effect of coal injection under gravity would cause local overheating in the rebound region due to the benefits of heat and mass transfer processes,while this could strengthen the reduction reaction of ore particles and cause agglomerate by *** suggestions on weakening the energy fluctuation and agglomerate were proposed based on the characteristics of particle motion and external carbon reaction.

Thermodynamic Performance Analysis of E/F/H-Class Gas Turbine Combined Cycle with Exhaust Gas Recirculation and Inlet/Variable Guide Vane Adjustment under Part-Load Conditions

Exhaust gas recirculation control(EGRC),an inlet air heating technology,can be utilized in combination with inlet/variable guide vane control(IGV/VGVC) and fuel flow control(FFC) to regulate the load,thereby effectively improving the part-load(i.e.,off-design) performance of the gas turbine combined cycle(GTCC).In this study,the E-,F-,and H-Class EGR-GTCC design and off-design system models were established and validated to perform a comparative analysis of the part-load performance under the EGR-IGV-FFC and conventional IGV-FFC strategies in the E/F/H-Class *** show that EGR-IGV-FFC has considerable potential for the part-load performance enhancement and can show a higher combined cycle efficiency than IGV-FFC in the E-,F-,and H-Class ***,the part-load performance improvement in the corresponding GTCC was weakened for the higher class of the gas turbine because of the narrower load range of EGR action and the deterioration of the gas turbine ***,EGR-IGV-FFC was inferior to IGV-FFC in improving the performance at loads below 50% for the H-Class *** results obtained in this paper could help guide the application of EGR-IGV-FFC to enhance the part-load performance of various classes of GTCC systems.

We describe the entanglement distribution and restricted shareability of the multipartite generalized W-class states and their reduced density matrix under arbitrary partitions by using monogamy and polygamy relation based on the unified-(q,s)***,we provide an analytical formula of unified-(q,s)entanglement(UE)and an analytical lower bound of unified-(q,s)entanglement of assistance(UEo A)for a reduced density matrix of a generalized W-class ***,we use these two analytical formulas to derive the monogamy and polygamy inequalities for a reduced density matrix of a qudit generalized W-class(GW)*** establish two partition-dependent residual entanglements based on the new monogamy relation,which is helpful to obtain a comprehensive analysis of entanglement dynamics of generalized W-class ***,we investigate tighter monogamy and polygamy relations based on the power ofαth(α≥0)for UE andβth(β≥0)for UEo A,*** results show that the entanglement distribution characteristics of generalized W-class states satisfying stronger constraints can be described more accurately.

Titanomagnetite concentrate is one of the important titanium *** apparent activation energy(Ea)of the direct reduction of titanomagnetite concentrate was composed of two parts(average activation energy:E_(a)=E_(a-L)+E_(a-Step1),where E_(a-L) is the lattice energy of titanomagnetite concentrate,and is the activation energy of step 1 for the reduction of titanomagnetite concentrate in the route ***^(3+)→^(Step1)Fe^(2+)→^(Step2)Fe_(2)O^(2)→^(Step3)Fe^(0)).Ea(583.43 kJ/mol),(426.4 kJ/mol),and(157.0 kJ/mol)were calculated by the model-free methods based on thermogravimetry and Dmol3 *** with the analysis of activation energy fluctuation and the shifting trend of related mechanism functions,the reduction kinetic system with three main characteristics,namely nucleation,diffusion and concentration fluctuation,was *** addition,the scanning electron microscopy comparison analysis of the samples from microwave reduction and conventional reduction shows that microwave heating could realize the microstructure Ti-Fe separation and reduce the lattice energy of the titanomagnetite concentrate,thus enhancing the reduction process by 7.68%from the perspective of activation energy.

Fine particulate matter produced during the rapid industrialization over the past decades can cause significant harm to human ***-fluid atomization technology is an effective means of controlling fine particulate matter *** this paper,the influences of the main parameters on the droplet size,effective atomization range and sound pressure level(SPL)of a twin-fluid nozzle(TFN)are investigated,and in order to improve the atomization performance,a multi-objective synergetic optimization algorithm is presented.A multi-physics coupled acousticmechanics model based on the discrete phase model(DPM),large eddy simulation(LES)model,and Ffowcs Williams-Hawkings(FW-H)model is established,and the numerical simulation results of the multi-physics coupled acoustic-mechanics method are verified via experimental *** on the analysis of the multi-physics coupled acoustic-mechanics numerical simulation results,the effects of the water flow on the characteristics of the atomization flow distribution were obtained.A multi-physics coupled acoustic-mechanics numerical simulation result was employed to establish an orthogonal test database,and a multi-objective synergetic optimization algorithm was adopted to optimize the key parameters of the *** optimal parameters are as follows:A gas flow of 0.94 m^(3)/h,water flow of 0.0237 m^(3)/h,orifice diameter of the self-excited vibrating cavity(SVC)of 1.19 mm,SVC orifice depth of 0.53 mm,distance between SVC and the outlet of nozzle of 5.11 mm,and a nozzle outlet diameter of 3.15 *** droplet particle size in the atomization flow field was significantly reduced,the spray distance improved by 71.56%,and the SPL data at each corresponding measurement point decreased by an average of 38.96%.The conclusions of this study offer a references for future TFN research.

Smart city situational awareness has recently emerged as a hot topic in research societies,industries,and governments because of its potential to integrate cutting-edge information technology and solve urgent challenges that modern cities *** example,in the latest five-year plan,the Chinese government has highlighted the demand to empower smart city management with new technologies such as big data and Internet of Things,for which situational awareness is normally the crucial first *** traditional static surveillance data on cities have been available for decades,this review reports a type of relatively new yet highly important urban data source,i.e.,the big mobile data collected by devices with various levels of mobility representing the movement and distribution of public and private agents in the *** especially focus on smart city situational awareness enabled by synthesizing the localization of hundreds of thousands of mobile software Apps using the Global Positioning System(GPS).This technique enjoys advantages such as a large penetration rate(∼50%urban population covered),uniform spatiotemporal coverage,and high localization *** first discuss the pragmatic requirements for smart city situational awareness and the challenges *** we introduce two suites of empowering technologies that help fulfill the requirements of(1)cybersecurity insurance for smart cities and(2)spatiotemporal modeling and visualization for situational awareness,both via big mobile *** main contributions of this review lie in the description of a comprehensive technological framework for smart city situational awareness and the demonstration of its feasibility via real-world applications.
